From the beginning speaking to Roxanne until the job was complete dealing with Drew, we are very happy and satisfied customers. I highly recommend them for gutter repairs/replacement. Great customer service, product quality and work ethic. Thank you guys so much!

The job itself was done properly in July of 2022 after originally being quoted in September 2021. Roxanne the office assistant called in March 2023 (year end) over late payment with little to no professionalism. We confirmed to her we hand delivered a cheque to the Marathon Office to the woman working at the front desk the same week the job was completed. She implied we were making that up and asked if we were sure, rather than saying the cheque was lost, apologizing and asking us to make payment again, we understand mistakes happen, and it’s easier to move forward when people admit there was a mistake. After multiple phone calls back and forth with Roxanne, she became extremely aggressive, angry and rude over the phone. We called back to ask if they would like to pay for the cheque cancellation fee or allow some time to find the cheque. Roxanne became very agitated, yelling that there is no cheque. We asked if we would be able to speak to her manager as she was raising her voice again. She continued to raise her voice saying that she wasn’t raising her voice and told us she is in fact the manager. We then asked if we could speak to the owner, and she transferred us to the receptionist. In the end no one would allow us to speak the a manager/owner.
