Absolutely not worth the money… sloppy service, tiny portions and half melting runny icecream… the dukes icecream in Clayton is a much better spot for premium cremary ice creams

Delicious ice cream and friendly staff but does not have enough products like snickers pieces, fruits, etc.to add and mix with ice cream

This place never disappoints, so many flavours and mixins to choose from. Cookie dough drizzle and Raspberry Cheesecake are their must try. Friendly and welcoming place

Nice place with lots of parking. I have been here twice and unfortunately on both days I had to compromise because they didn’t have what I wanted. May be it’s summer and everybody is lining up for ice cream.

Used to be awesome new owners got rid of all the awesome old employees was way cleaner before the slab is never cleaned off just gross like the white rock one is now.new staff needs major training and the ice cream cooler needs to be turned up I buy a liter and it has ti sit in my freezer overnight to not be runny

They were out of almond flakes which is okay but my ice-cream did not look good at all. It was so drippy. Staff needs better training.

How can you go wrong piling delicious ice cream full of all your favorite mix-ins into a delicious cone dipped (or not) and rolled in even more deliciousness.

Very disappointing, staff should cover their head and must pay extra attention of hygiene while doing their job.

It’s too chaotic in there.i’ve never been in there before and couldn’t even see/read any of the toppings.the girl behind the counter literally told me to hurry up and made me rush when i couldn’t even see anything.yikes

Want to buy a cake and the cashier refused to see if they have any box's they could put ice in to keep ot cool for my hour long drive.

Really good and rich flavor. And the thing I love most about this place is how I can make my own ice cream by mixing different flavors and toppings.

Came with friends. I have a dairy-allergy so unfortunately for me they only had 1 option: Vanilla and yeah. Not very good. 2/5 in taste. The service was friendly so 3 stars. The other 40 dairy flavors they had looks good though.

They are consistently out of all flavours. They say one thing and provide another. Super disappointing for a big company. They need to get their act together promptly. If I could leave 0 stars I would.

The server behind the counter can be rude.
It is safe to not eat from here.
The flavors are not the best and the speciality ice creams are not something the server does right

Went here on Feb 25 2023 at 6: 30pm, the snow has not even sat on ground and they shut the store closed with a sign on window saying " sorry closed due to heavy snow " what a joke.terrible management! Its only wet snow just starting too lol cry baby owner habits turn into cry baby workers.
