Food tasted great and the portions were fairly large. The saganaki was delicious and the service was very prompt. We will definitely be back!

Absolutely delicious Greek food! Though busy at the time, we received our food quickly and were not disappointed.

I had a gathering of 22 people at home & ordered food. Amir was so easy to deal with …pleasant & very helpful. The food was amazing. It was delivered as promised by Amir …. Hot & on time. Highly recommend this restaurant. Had chicken souvlaki dinner & lamb chop dinner. Delicious

This place is amazing. My family and I are really picky when it comes to Greek food and we all loved the food here. We got lamb chops, roast lamb, hummus, and taramasalata. All delicious.

My go-to place for Greek take out. I love their traditional recipes, especially the Greek salad! Convenient location on 4th makes it an easy stop via transit. Recommend the prawn souvlaki. If you are gluten-free, you can ask for extra Greek salad instead of the bread that comes with the souvlaki.

Not at all worth the price. Disappointed with the presentation and overall wasn't feeling like the portion was a match to the price. I felt like having McDonalds after seeing this.

My girlfriend and I went there for dinner. Friendly and great service. We were there before 5 pm. Highly recommend. Excellent Greek food.

Overall mixed feelings on Maria's Taverna. The food is really good and the Lamb was excellent. I personally preferred the Hummus appetizer over the Tzatziki otherwise everything we had was really enjoyable.

I did however find the atmosphere a bit detracting from the experience. The space is long and narrow resulting in there being narrow paths between the three rows of tables. Sitting on the outside of the table along the path resulted in a lot of traffic constantly going by with the servers moving at a fairly fast pace. This unfortunately detected from the overall dinner experience.

This is our go to restaurant for Greek food in Vancouver! Delicious food and friendly service always.

Great Greek food as always! Ordered what one would think to be a normal amount of food, turns out I couldn't finish a fraction of it. This was a problem that I was more than okay with

We ordered the seafood platter.

It's not as good as I remember. Calamari was bland and disappointing. Salmon and halibut were bland and overcooked. Potatoes were dry and bland.

Tzaziki was also bland and missing acidity, garlic flavour and aroma.

It sadly did not satisfy my seafood needs.

This place used to have some quality but now has become a rather disappointing destination. The portion of lamb shoulder has gotten smaller, the rice is mushy and overcooked, the potatoes are bland and the salad is mediocre at best. Unfortunately the prices continue to climb without justification of the quality of their food
In hindsight if you're looking for authentic Greek cuisine in Kits do yourself a favour and go somewhere else.

June 3rd 2022 update:

Just had the Kleftiko. Very generous portion of lamb. And the rice & potatoes taste great. You get 2 meals out of 1 order. Fantastic value for the price. Honestly try this restaurant out.

This is a fantastic restaurant. Local and delicious. Their Hawaiian pizza is great! Also enjoy their Greek platter for 2.

Had an enjoyable family dinner for ten. Ordered multiple platters and pizza. Great Sunday evening.

Has really gone downhill. Been going over 20 years. The oil for calamari was old. Yogurt for tzatziki was curdled. Prawns not fully cooked. Forgot the garlic and chili oil for prawns. 1 kalamata olive on greek salad. Couldn't find the feta. Chicken kabob tasteless. 4 people in restaurant yet had to stack our dishes. Dessert of EKMEK was fantastic

Arguably some of the best greek food in Kits! I ordered off of Skip the Dishes recently and the entire process from ordering to arrival is seamless. The restaurant does their own delivery so you won't be able to track your delivery status but they will call you on arrival. I didn't qualify, but if you live within a 2km radius of the restaurant they offer free delivery. The food was really good and filling. Portion sizes were good and I had leftovers for lunch the next day - what a bonus! I would definitely recommend checking it out.

I had the seafood platter with broiled kalamari, it was delectable, best sea food I ever had. Highly recommend!

Food was great, but I don’t like that they gave us the bill and asked us to pay while we were still eating.

Adorable European decor that makes you feel like you're dining under the stars on a warm summer day in Greece. Food is delicious, not too oily or heavy.
