The best a patient can get in Van-city. Attentive and Caring professionals led by the Honourable Dr Karon and Dr Lizotte and a great staff. Always with a welcoming warmth.ernie

Dr. Lizotte is empathetic, thorough and the best doctor I’ve had in my 47 years! Their staff are also friendly, efficient and helpful,

Called to look into getting shots for an upcoming trip to Mexico.
Was told that the doctor charges almost $80 for a consultation IN ADDITION TO the cost of the shot!
COMPLETELY RIDICULOUS!
Not only do I not require a consultation, but to require and charge for one is so utterly unscrupulous that I still can't believe it!
Additionally, the reception staff here were rude and unhelpful. Among the worst I've ever encountered.
Somewhere along the line, these doctors forgot that they made a Hippocratic Oath to put the good of the patients above all else. Instead, they've let profits trump assistance and it's UTTERLY DISGUSTING.
I'll be looking for another family doctor IMMEDIATELY.as impossible as that seems to be here in Vancouver.

I am very shocked by this doctor. I went in to get my anxiety medication and was told I should drink and have a massage to deal with my anxiety. So is this how modern medicen is going to be? I wouldn't recommend this doctor to anyone Who is in need. He should have his licence pulled for recommend drinking alcohol to a patient. So I'm better off being a drunk to deal with my anxiety rather than give me my meds to help? What is wrong with this doctor? Not a good jugment call on this doctor at all.
