We just finalized booking details for another trip using Maritime Travel and as usual dealing with Neelam was outstanding. After discussing our plan she worked her magic putting the trip together ensuring that all the details fall perfectly into place. Neelam has always provided us with the best options to accomplish our holiday goals. Whether it is accommodation, airfare, private transport, or additional activities (cooking school, wine tasting), everything has been top notch! This is what you get when you deal with a true professional!

I just want to add that dealing with a professional agent backed by a great company has its advantages. Unexpected things sometimes happen when you travel which your agent has no control over, it’s a fact of life. True professionals have your back. In our last trip to Italy we missed a connecting flight by 10 minutes due to a minor flight delay. Not really an issue here as there was another flight in a couple of hours which we got on. What the challenge was that we were going to the Amalfi Coast and there was a private driver waiting to pick us up when we landed. Using the Maritime Travel phone app I contacted the company who relayed the message to the driver who was waiting for us.

Like many others, our trip was abruptly cancelled when the world was thrown into chaos. Nobody could have prepared in advance on how to deal with this. A true measure of a person’s character and that of an organization is how one deals under adversity. There are not enough words to express our appreciation on how Neelam handled this situation. She is truly the best!

Recently Neelam at New Westminster Maritime Travel organized a 6 week trip to Australia which involved 3 different tours with internal flights and original return flight from Vancouver to Melbourne. Neelam also organized a hotel where I would spend time on my own in a good location and within my price range. I have had her as a travel agent for many years & she has helped me with complex trips world wide which included private nature excursions along with small group tours. She is dedicated and sincere and very quick to respond to requests and questions. I will continue to recommend her and am happy to have her as my agent.

We have been dealing with Halina Krulikowski for over 20 years. She always has provided an excellent service. 12 years ago she organized our destination wedding in Jamaica for family and friends coming from all over Canada and Europe. This was a lot of hard work on her part but it went off without a hitch. Every year except the covid years she organized our trips to Europe and all inclusive family trips. Last year Air Canada lost our luggage. We could not contact the airline from our resort in Costa Rica. Halina did all the work to talk to them and locate the missing luggage. I had a horrible experience Halina Krulikowski I was trying to book my wedding with her. I started planning in Oct.it took Halina a long time to get quotes back to me. Finally I settled on a resort. Then sunwing had issues. Me and my fiancé came into the office and she had no solutions to our problem. Not other quotes from west jet or air Canada. She just gave me problems! It was like she didn’t want us to book. Her coworker dead so shocked at her irresponsibility to us as well! Halina wasted 3-4 months of my time. I am still upset with her.

My husband and I had a trip of a lifetime planned and had to cancel last minute to do to an unfortunate illness. She was completely useless. She just stared at us from her desk, so we walked up and explained what we were looking for. She said she would look up airfares. I said we needed hotels as well. She sighed and said write down your email and I'll get back to you. We said no thanks and left.

Neelam booked the Golden Triangle Tour in India for myself, family and friends. She made sure we had great hotels, great tour guides and even added a safari to our tour in Ranthambore! The trip was a once in a lifetime kind of trip and I couldn't have asked for a better agent to work with! Neelam helped my fiance and I sort out major issues we were having with WestJet after having to cancel a trip during COVID. We got nowhere with them and she just completely handled it for us. She also helped us book a trip to France and Portugal for our honeymoon and had great recommendations for everything!
