I have worked with many real estate brokers but Mark has gone way beyond what I would consider normal to help his clients. We had a fairly unique situation through COVID 19 and I was not able to personally inspect or be present for the home purchase transaction. Moreover, the home required many repairs and alterations prior to being move-in ready. Mark was able to sell my boyfriends house in Kelowna despite the housing market cooling down since 2017. Mark worked with us through a flood in the basement and the restoration work. Despite all of the challenges thrown his way, Mark was able to sell the house for a higher price then what we expected, and closed the deal seamlessly.
