Convenient. Clean. Friendly. I visit often as I live close. However, last 3 visits I've had - moldy mini carrots; rotten tasting orange, and full priced loaf of bread that expires in less than two days.

Great vibes very clean grocery store. And awesome fresh cut meat deli. Steak chicken lamb sausage chicken etc.

More a high end high cost store.

Its good for natural foods and its open until 11pm which is amazing especially for the location. But it is expensive, if you aren't shopping sales. Cheap for organic all natural rich people, expensive for my Walmart shoppinass lol

I went in to pre-order a birthday cake- I asked if they could do their baby slab in carrot cake for a birthday (they're pretty decorated cakes with ribbon on the sides, for reference). The girl who took my order said they couldn't do that size but could do an 8x8. We discussed the icing flavour and whether we wanted walnuts, and I left thinking all was in place.

When I arrived to pick it up today, what I got was a basic deli case cake in a foil pan- no decoration and not possible to serve except in the pan. What a disappointment. Unfortunately it was too late to order anything else, as I have to take it to a birthday tonight, but when I tried to give feedback to the same girl about being more clear about the product being ordered, she could not have cared less. She argued with me that she had told me it came in a tin- she certainly did not, and when I said from context she should have been aware I was looking for something different (inquiring about decorated cakes for a birthday), she just shrugged and stared at me. Why would someone come in to pre-order something like what I was given for a birthday? I asked to speak to her manager about her poor service because it was clear she didn't give a darn, and there was nobody present- apparently there was no manager on site for the entire store. I left my name and number with a cashier for a call back.

So.buyer beware. I am incredibly disappointed and embarrassed to show up with this sad cake for a birthday dinner, especially given the bakery's reputation for nice cakes. The only saving grace is that it was cheap.

More expensive of all the grocery store options but high quality produce and meat. Amazing bakery items, especially cheesecake. Always clean and stocked.

Good selection of fruits and veggies, lots of good pasta (including fresh local pasta), good selection of interesting beverages. Losing stars because of really high prices, especially compared to other grocery stores in Victoria. Great selection but definitely extremely overpriced.

Great supermarket with local foods. The bulk section is awesome because I get the dried organic mangos all the time.

The staff are always helpful, I especially like the bakery and deli as I go there the most.
The store is always clean and if something gets dropped and makes a mess it is cleaned up very quickly.

Meat and Fish prices are more expensive than other stores. The store is very nice and clean.

It should be illegal that a store that marks up prices this insanely has no tap for credit cards on self-checkout. Stop gouging customers while you’re at it. Brutal store. Brutal.

Great selection of foods and good prices in average, though some items are more expensive. Depends on what you want to buy. Place was short staffed but the ones working were nice and attentive.

There is some mental health problem with some of the staff. Today one section of eggs from the aisle was out of stock and one of the staff was sitting on the floor. I mean just sitting down. He looked lost. He was supposed to fill in the crate of eggs. When I asked can I get a new crate of eggs from his trolley. He said 'I don't know what you ate asking'?
