One guy working there was fairly helpful - a young Chinese guy - but another day I was in there I went up to three different staff members, a girl from India, a lady from I think the Philippines and a Canadian lady, and all of them didn't seem to want to engage too much. One told me the pants near me were the only waterproof pants in the whole store. That single style. Really only one to choose from? And a couple of them sort of just gave a vague idea where to find something, but I kept walking around trying to find it until finally I asked if they could show me. Seems like they think stocking shelves or whatever else is more their job than helping customers. So I feel I bought things despite the staff. Also the stuff isn't amazing there. It's a lot of marketing hype. Overpriced too.

I bought a bunch of clothes at marks in Abbotsford and kne item was defective so went to this store the following day to return. Due to the fact that this particular store is owned by corporate and Abbotsford is private, they refused the return. That's really poor customer service from a corporate-owned store. You are corporate. You literally make the rules. I won't shop at a corporate-owned store ever again. I will make the drive to Abbotsford, or other small businesses, where they have better service and selection.

Good for Men's clothes. Especially if you work outside and need clothing for harsh weather. Also a goof selectionnof jeans, shirts, and workbooks. Staff are gracious but not overly attentive.

Bought pants and shirts, Father's day 40% off alot of clothes. Selection in pants slim. 34 x 34 hard to find and large in shirts hard to find. Lady at till very nice and helpful.

Nice selection. Service was excellent. I went shopping with my mother and the clerk was more than patient and explained everything well. Would definitely shop there again.

I’ve had a beyond upsetting interaction with the manager and assistant manager. They were very rude to me and both of them yelled at me for returning a tshirt with tags on, never work, within 16 days of purchase even though they policy is 30 days! And said we can only give you a gift card at current price of 50$ even though I had a receipt which showed I purchased it at 89! But we’re beyond rude, went to Langley marks and they gave me full refund and coupon for next time! Don’t go here!

Went to return a pair of work boots within the 100 day boot guarantee. The rubber sole was coming completely off the bottom of the shoe itself and the female manager had the audacity to tell me that it's normal wear and tear (even tho the other boot was completely fine.) A sole coming off a shoe that quick is a manufacturer defect. She also tried to say I might be over the 100 days (I wasn't, I counted) Then she was extremely smug and acted like she was doing me a favor. She said this time she would accept the return but in the future this would be considered normal wear and tear. A work boot falling apart in less then 3 months is not wear and tear! I like this location but will no longer be shopping here due to the managers attitude.
