I usually get my winter boots and winter jacket here but no luck this year so kind of sad.everything was sold out and the boots that were advertised weren’t at the store

Very disappointing. They are changing the store around. Right now, it seems like a confusing mess.

The old lady at the front counter/cashier wasn’t professional at all, she didn’t want to be there and was extremely rude, never shopping from this store again.

Was told I had to leave because they were closing. Not that they carry workwear anyway. HATE MARK'S.

25% off store wide when I was there saved a $127 Dollars not entirely sure the length of the sale.only 2 checkouts bit of a wait and there heat is on still

Marks used to have really good quality women's clothing but then they got more into trendy cheaper fashions, but with higher prices. However my husband always finds what he needs for work. As usual men's clothing is made better than women's.

Terrible Customer service. Store shouldn’t be open when undergoing construction. Absolute mess. Only one employee greeted us and asked if we needed help. The rest were absolute hags. The construction crew were nicer than the staff for Marks. Will gladly never buy from here unless there’s a better change in attitude. Koodos to the younger lady who works there! The rest of the staff can learn from here

Reasonably good clothing and footwear store. They have some good specials and their clearance racks can have some great finds. Good quality clothing and generally helpful staff. Very little outdoor work clothing or work boots for women. Try Rivers work wear for that.
