Ok! Beware of black Friday sale! Lots of items are still regular price! Staff good a checkout, but asking a quick question from staff is like pulling teeth! Very busy this weekend! Great quality clothes, make sure you try them on!

After going to several Mark's around the city, we finally got to this one that we have found what we were looking for. Besides, the customer service that we received from Marcus was aboslutely fantastic. Good deal and perfect customer service from the team!

Helpfull staff for my hard to find fot size and had a small selection of quarter length rain jackets the 2 people eho helping me find my shoe size needed 2 different latters but wrre trying to find me a good deal and ryder on the till cool hair knew where the quater length jackets were n very personable at the till thx ryder

I always seem to forget the amazing sales and selection that this store has on clothing for men and women! Not just for workboots (although I did grab my son some new comfy worksocks)

North Shore store seems to always have the better selection and stock of inventory.

I get so annoyed with the Grandview location not having Keen, Cat and other higher end work boots. They often run out of, or just don’t carry sale items that are advertised either. (jeans, shirts etc)

I go to the North Van outlet and they have it all. The better managed and stocked store in my opinion.

Why the hell is your in-house brand (Wind River) producing made-in-China ripoffs of Stanfield sweaters, a Canadian product with a rich heritage, and selling them FOR THE SAME PRICE! Absurd and shameful. Direct copies and rip offs of a legendary and quality item of clothing. Seriously guys, you can do better than that.

Really high level of service. Wears casual and for work have a good quality. My recommendation

I went in looking for two pairs of boots and a Columbia jacket. My budget was $1000. For 16 minutes while in the shoe department not only did nobody approach me, I couldn't even see anyone to ask for help. I needed help with sizing and the spare socks they give you to check for fit. Unbelievable.

He can never get help from the staff I get my help from the Levi's lady if she happens to be there the last three times I've been there not one staff member has approached me for help and I need it every time and that's three times in the last 3 years because I don't go back until the following year just to see if I actually get customer service and again they failed this year

Closed an hour early, was treated rude at the fort by two was indian men. This place really needs some new management.

The closest store 14 minutes early to start cleaning and won't let customers in so the hours should be updated when you closed.
