Mark's

We purchased a pant for my son on 1st January and noticed that some strange type of cotton/threads were coming out from it. We went back on 3rd January to return but the store lady and her associate refused to take the return. I showed them same pants on the store having the similar thread issues (on less scale as my son wore his pant for one day). Then they started saying that due to some strange odor they can't take this return. I have no understanding why this happened but to me I just wanted to bring this to your attention as it gives a bad name to Mark's quality and bad customer experience.

I was in the store for about 40 minutes. Not once was i greeted or engaged with whatsoever. I was trying to buy a $250 carhartt jacket but since no one wanted to help i guess ill go order it online since i know my size now.

I went to go pick up a pair of black timberlands and came across some great service from Christina! She did a great job helping me out with my order and even helped me save some money with the sale going on at the time. People like Christina really bring back my trust in humanity. Thank you!

Visiting this store is just wastage of time. I am quick shopper and pick whatever under the deal. This time they have BOGO sign all over the store, but when we paid for all stuff I found out they charge me for individual items. I simply asked BEN a cashier their to do price adjustment because all of the shirts are hanging on the same rack. But he just started to shout on me and my wife. That was so ridiculous. This is the last time I visited the marks store. Very bad customer service

Great Mark's store. Lots of parking and ample outlet selections. Will definitely go back, as my favorite Mark's!

Staff was nice, and as usual the quality of the clothes were great. Had 3 people ask if I needed help, so for those who value stuff like that, you'll like the customer service

Do not go to this location they have zero customer care, nonexistent, and there's a girl who works there, her name is Anna and she is the worst lier and she should NOT be working there she has an attitude and she loves to do nothing but argue with the paying customer.
Never again will I go back to this marks because of her.

Incredibly incompetent staff at this location. The cashier who looked probably 15 didn't even know how to deduct the $100 balance from our Visa gift card. And to top it off, she didn't remove the security tag before we left. So we had to go back to another location to have it removed.

Used to have more stock now seems empty. Other than that thanks for hooking us up for all the gear needed

Walked in and as usual no one there to greet customers. An associate did finally ask if we were doing ok so I asked for some help, without even looking at what I was asking for she said "everything we have is out" well that is a lie
A different associate came to assist us and what do you know he found what we were looking for.
He assisted us a little more and I thanked him for his time and we continued to shop.
We ended up making a purchase and the fellow helped us at the cash desk. Unfortunately upon looking at the receipt the sale didnt even go to him which is a shame- Olivia the receipt said was RUDE and just walked around doing absolutley nothing but stand around. I am giving 4 stars based on the nice fellow that helped us but truthfully the store was a mess and the lack of service and Olivia's rudeness has put me off from ever returning.

This is the best marks in the city as far as I'm concerned. Soo helpful with any issues I have ever had with construction clothing. Get new selection all the time. Thank you workers and keep up the hard work.

Went in with a strict deadline for a fly out job, a long list of gear I needed to procure and an online order that would have taken weeks to fulfil. Obviously a stressful situation. Karan was there to handle any and all issues I was dealing with and truly went over and above for me. I almost never leave reviews but I've received worse service at luxury retailers and fine dining establishments. Kudos Karan and thank you again! Highly recommend

Good selection of practical clothing. This store is well organized though it appear their stock may be a bit depleted.

I needed some help getting the right shoes for work, and I'm so thankful Karan offered to help me. He loves shoes. I don't think I've ever met someone who actually knows more about the shoes they're selling. He was able to tell me why one pair of boots I bought was rated so well on ratemytreads.com, told me what other products my choice was comparable to, and made me feel really confident and excited about my choices. I'm coming back to this location if I ever need anything.

Good selection of Scrubs and other gear for nursing. You seem to have a large selection of outdoor clothes. I love the fact that if they don't have your size in stock they will find it at another store and bring it in for you. The staff are always very helpful and knowledgeable. I always wait for a sale and then you can get good pricing.

Elliot and his team will go out of their way to help you with your needs. Through out covid lots of PPE items were hard to come by and difficult to choose from. They helped us selecting and reserving what we needed when we needed them the most. Thanks so much guys! Much appreciated!

I went in to take advantage of their Father's Day sales. They are now carrying a mosquito and tick repellent line of clothing. I wanted to buy the coat in particular but was informed that because they are a franchised Outlet at this location that there selection was limited. And so, I was unable to buy a coat in this particular line. Disappointed.however, in retrospect I bought a hat in this line to try out the effectiveness of the repellent claims. Unfortunate that the coat was not available. Oh well!

Had exactly what I wanted, almost threadless waterproof boots for mowing the lawn. This way you are not tracking grass all over the garage.

The guys/gals in the store are extremely helpful. Although at times, the stores can be a bit messy, it is worth the savings.

This location is very well organized, and laid out well. They have a great big and tall selection, and an excellent selection of larger boot/shoes sizes.

If you’re a little dirty from coming from the workplace and looking to purchase work gear prepare to be discriminated against by the store owner.

Very disappointed in this store. Twice now I have called them to see if they have stock of a specific pair of gloves as advertised on their website. First time they told me they had them in stock but when I got to the store, none were to be found. Yesterday I called, asked them to find me a pair (two pairs in a package) and put them aside, which they said they did. I went to the store and there was only one pair, upon checking, one glove was an extra large and one was a large, and it turned out they were both for the left hand. The gloves were tied together with a professional plastic tie so someone had to have done this in the store and not at the manufacturer. Two wasted trips to this store. I have no confidence in the staff at this store. If I could give them zero stars I would.

The service was great prices good. But be careful they are running almost a bait and switch. Triangle points are not offered here and you do not know till you cash out.
To late to walk away after vesting the time.

Customer service has been top notch each time I been here, whether from the staff, especially from Olivia, she went out of her way to make an exchange right. Will continue to shop here!

I love this marks because its quiet and not busy like the other ones in the lower mainland, little bit of a drive, but usually fully stoked with sizes than just XL and XXL:), friendly staff as well. This is my go to marks

Excellent customer service by one of the gentleman that was working there. 10 minutes to closing and he still didn't rush me and helped me with all my concerns. My favorite location.
