I can’t say enough about the quality and the customer service at Marks Marine pharmacy. You talk to real people who are knowledgeable, friendly and so courteous. I wish every business I dealt with was this efficient, effective and of such high quality.

I have never used this pharmacy, however, I just watched Mark speak so compassionately on a documentary called Pay or Die. I am a type 1 diabetic. I almost died due to a series of issues within the American healthcare system before the ACA. I am lucky I live in a state that expanded Medicaid. Its still not good enough, no one who must have this to merely live, should have to wonder if they will be able to get their insulin. I experience symptoms of PTSD due to my experiences related to my diabetes misdiagnosis, and then not being able to afford insulin and all the other supplies. When a person could quite literally die everyday if they do not have insulin, it creates a fear within you that most people will never experience. Everyday is life or death for us. No one should have to drive to another country to ensure they can live another day. I wish I had known this option existed when I was suffering the most. I was so compelled to stop what I was doing and tell Mark thank you for being the human that you are. While I have what I need now, if I lose my Medicaid and cannot afford to buy insurance, I may be making a run for BC to get what I need. It makes me a little less scared to know you are a short few hours drive. My current doctors still are not sure how I survived my ordeal, however, watching that documentary made me appreciate my survival even more. Thank you!

Amazing customer service! I started ordering from them a couple years ago after my cat was diagnosed with diabetes. Insulin here is much cheaper than in the US, even with the extra costs for shipping. Everyone that has ever assisted me has been very friendly and helpful! We were recommended by our Veterinarian Office to use Marks Marine Pharmacy for getting inhaler prescriptions for our asthmatic cat. The customer service here is phenomenal and I think that goes a long way in the service/healthcare industry.

In the USA, one inhaler costs roughly $350 on average. While it's sad that I have to resort to purchasing from Canada, I am very grateful they provide affordable prices on prescriptions.

The inhalers have worked wonders for our cat, and I know she's very grateful too!

Shout out to Skip and manager Hussein for their helpfulness! Marks has always been great and they help me afford medication my American insurance doesn’t cover. Medication I desperately need and causes significant issues when I don’t have it. It cost me $500 in America for 30 pills and I get 84 from Marks for $250! What a difference it makes. Now back to these two awesome people, lately due to a customs delay and some other systemic delays my prescription was running late and I had been without it for a few, terrible weeks. Hussein was very sympathetic and rushed my order. He was also very accountable and kind enough to give me a call in addition to let me know before and after the shipment was processed! Skip also answered my call and was super friendly, helpful and reassuring. What I most appreciated was how he mentioned that any day he can fill a large order like mine, it makes his day just as much to fulfill the order as it does for me to receive it. I recently had an amazing experience with Can Ship Meds. I have been getting one of my meds from CSM in the past year, but this last experience was beyond expectation. Katie was totally on top of taking care of me as a customer. She went above and beyond to keep in touch with me on my order and make sure my doctor was providing the documentation to fill my prescription in an expedited manner. We (husband and I) have been ordering meds from Mark's Marine Pharmacy for a few years. They have been responsive, helpful and reliable. Pricing is very transparent and you can chose what country you want to get the medication from. (I find India a bit sketchy from a quality control standpoint.) I send scanned Rx from my doctor by email but the doctor cannot send electronically from her office, so you will need a paper prescription. They do not do controlled substances. Do be aware that it can take a while, like a few weeks, for the medication to arrive so plan ahead. The medication really does come from the country you choose so mail can be slow. So much better than the big-pharma rip off in the US.

Have ordered from Marks Marine Pharmacy in the past and they saved me a lot of money. Never had any problems with them and there service was alway prompt, plan to order from them again this fall.

Haven’t bought anything here but I don’t like the idea how they are selling to Americans because they can’t get the prescription they want. Why is this pharmacy and others leaving Canadians short of much needed prescriptions. For the sake of making money for their business. That is not being a good pharmacist for Canadians.

Fantastic experience. After weeks of trying to navigate though the US Doctor/Insurance/Pharmacy red tape, it was a refreshing change to talk to Katie at Marks' Marine Pharmacy. She helped me get the correct dosage approved from my doctor, explained the costs, shipping and the way to administer my new meds. Way more helpful than anyone I have talked to here in Florida. The first person I spoke with here seemed nice. He asked for me to email some information to get my medication. I did it right away. It’s been 3 business days and 5 days total. They still haven’t even processed order. The girl on the phone told me I wouldn’t get my medicine for two more weeks at least. Who takes that long to send medication?

Best pharmacy ever! I was referred by my doctor to have my prescription filled. At first I was hesitant because it was in Canada and I’m in US. I went onto their site, created an account and followed the idiot proof instructions. Less than 12 hours, I was called and emailed by the pharmacy that they needed additional info. I missed the call and I called back and spoke with Selena. She is amazing. She went above and beyond to take care of me. She explained to me in detail about the medicine that was prescribed because it’s my first time using it. Besides having excellent phone skills, she is extremely knowledgeable & sweet! Keep up the excellent work Mark’s Marine Pharmacy & Selena! You guys are the best!

The package was sent across the continent and from Canada to the US. It arrived quickly and undamaged.

The box was almost 35 pound (16kg), for arthritis meds. I understand the need to keep the package cold but it made it difficult to handle once it was delivered.

For anyone in the US, this pharmacy has been a lifesaver. My insurance will not cover my medication and out-of-pocket would cost me over $1,200 a month! Even though the price of my medication just went up, I'm still paying under $400, including shipping for a monthly supply. Both the online ordering options and the telephone customer service has been wonderful. They have contacted my doctor directly, when needed, and call me to remind me about refills when medications are in short supply/taking longer than usual to ship. I would definitely recommend them for anyone in the States going through something similar. Shout out to Patrick, who recently called me to process my refill!
