My family gave Gary the task of designing 10 homes in Langley in 2017 he did a good job meeting our needs and following all subdivision guidlines. He is our go to designer for all of our projects. He is familar with differnt buidling bylawys in Surrey, delta, langley, coquitlam and many more. I have referred many builders and those building their dream home over to Gary and they have all had a pleasant experience with him!

We've used Marquee on our last 3 builds and always get compliments on our floor plans and design. Would highly recommend.
