The staff at Martin are courteous, accommodating and trustworthy. I had to remotely coordinate the storage of my out-of-province boat and everything went very smoothly. I have never been concerned about its security (unlike another unnamed boat storage place in the area). My interactions with Martin staff have been nothing short of excellent. No other storage facility comes close to Martin.

Over charged cost $500 for fogging of seadoos staff was very defensive and rude. We always deal with martins in Edmonton but will never return to this location banners will do same service for $70 per machine

I called Steve at Martin Motorsports mid afternoon after receiving a call from a client that needed a large boat moved asap. After explaining the delicate situation Steve arranged to have his driver's (Mike & Tom) to meet me on location after hours. Mike and Tom were extremely professional and super helpful given the situation. They promptly removed the boat from the harbor, hauled it to my storage yard and set it all up on stands. Myself and my client were absolutely amazed at the level of service this team provided and worked late into the evening. Wow what fantastic support from Martin Motorsports and especially Craig and Austin. From the initial contact to finding the right boat to lake testing to purchase, every step of the way they are fantastic!

Now today, Craig made a special trip to Osoyoos to pick up my boat and take it to storage as I could not make it to my cottage. The hoops he had to jump thru to get the boat as well. There's no stopping Craig.

Randall was excellent to deal with finding me a very hard to get part. He has the knowledge, expertise and is very professional.

I was getting the runaround from other places every time I called trying to get a hard to find part for my OMC cobra.then I dealt with Randall in parts at Martin motorsports. By far the best customer service I’ve had in years. He took a bunch of my information and called me back twice to get more information throughout the day and finally found my hard to find parts. When I got there the next day to pick up my parts he was just as helpful I was inquiring about another part that they didn’t have and he called other places trying to find it for me. He also printed off pictures and part numbers for the parts I needed that they didn’t have so it would be easier for me to find. He was extremely friendly, extremely knowledgable, and by far the best customer service I have received, and I will never go anywhere else for parts again due to Randall’s amazing costumer service.

We have been dealing with Lana, the manager in the accessory Department for your Kelowna location for a few years. She is very professional, knowledgeable, efficient and always a pleasure to deal with. She is a true asset for your company!

We had our boat go into Martin Motorsports prior to the August long weekend. They picked up the boat, repaired the impeller and returned it to the dock before the weekend. Great service and I would not hesitate to go back to Martin Motor Sports.

Would not shop here. I stopped by to look at life jackets. There is no stock, no one was there to help me, and the clothes are all small and look used. So disgusting! I will not be shopping here again.

Steve and the team at Martin Motor Sports have been a huge help storing our boats, maintaining them and being available all the time when we have emergency situations. With boating we seem to come across issues, what I appreciate the most is they always answer our calls, provide feedback for us to try and solve the problem ourself and if we can't they bring the boat in and have limited time out of the water by prioritizing our needs. Thanks to all from service/storage, retail, sales and all the way to ownership. Whether it’s Cam (service), John (sales), Lana (retail) and Kevin (boss) they always try make sure everyone is taken care of. Easy to deal with and get things done. On my 3rd boat from them and hopefully not my last.

Third time we stored our boat here for the winter. Had a few issues the first 2 years but this year everything was great. Our nice clean boat with new built in front seats was delivered to Naramata on time by some very friendly drivers. Great service; definitely recommend.

John McCloud has been our salesmen at your Kelowna location for our last 3 Cobalt Boats, one of which is to arrive this summer 2022. John is extremely helpful and trust worthy with his suggestions and advice. The only problem is he makes me spend too much money, lol. Our experience has always been great and we have enjoyed dealing with John for a number of years now and would highly recommend him.

I purchased my Cobalt at Rayburns and have continued to utilize the dealership as it transitioned to Martin Motor Sports. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and above all exceptionally helpful. This was most evident when my boat partially sank, and they had to be the go-between with the useless adjusters and insurance companies. Best product, best dealership in Kelowna!

Purchased our NXT22 out of the showroom in May 2018. Craig the sales rep was exceptional and Tony the sales manager was very accommodating. During the past 2 years the service has been very good. I have resided in Kelowna since 1972 and would highly recommend the company.

We bought a used Mooba ski/wakeboard boat from Shawn Green and we love the boat! It started experiencing a leak and starting problem and I have to say Martin Motorsports went above and beyond to repair these problems free of charge. Shawn Green is one of the nicest guys I have ever dealt with, very knowledgeable, very personable, no pressure and fun! Tony the manager is also a wonderful man and thanks again guys.

Our association with Martin Motor Sports in Kelowna began with our purchase of our boat from them only this past spring of 2020. We could not be more pleased with their prompt, friendly and attentive service they have rendered to us, from our first exploratory chat with with our sales representative Aaron L.over the phone. Most recently and deserving of emphasis, the commitment to our complete satisfaction demonstrated by their parts department during our latest transaction went above and beyond the call. Special mention of Lana and Serena's attention to our needs is particularly appropriate. The concept that we might ever consider shopping elsewhere for our boating needs is inconceivable. If and when we should ever find ourselves struggling with a case of "Sixfootitis" - to which from our previous experience as former boat owners for many years we recognize we are vulnerable - we will be most certainly be heading back to Martin Motor Sports Kelowna for the appropriate cure.

Time and again, the customer service provided here has been outstanding. Khristie in the Parts and Service departments continually goes above and beyond to ensure that I am looked after. She has made me feel comfortable with learning maintenance, makes sure I get the best pricing, and goes WAY out of her way to help (even meeting me after hours to drop off a part). I will continue to come back to Martin Motor in Kelowna for all of my Mastercraft needs solely because of the outstanding customer service I receive.

Unbelievable, over-the-top service!
After doing a major repair late in the fall, the mechanic left some greasy boot prints on my carpet. The gentlemen in service advised me to bring my boat back for summerizing and they would clean my carpet. I brought my boat back and a few days later they called me to pick it up. When I got there a fellow in the shop, Tim, had done a full 100% detail on my boat. It was a red 1990 Campion 19.5 Allante and the paint had been faded for many years despite my attempts to revive the color. The red on my boat was like new, literally. The oxidation on the white hull had been removed and it was as shiny as new. The inside of my boat was immaculate. The tires and wheels were polished, even the trailer was cleaned up.
All at no charge. My wife was absolutely thrilled because she had been urging me to try to find someone who could paint the boat. Now it was not necessary. Thank you to all the guys at Martin Marine Kelowna, Tony the manager, Rob the service attendant and Tim the detailer.

I purchased a Cobalt surf from Craig McLeod and every phase of the deal went as planned and promised. Lana and Dayland in accessories got us set up with everything we needed. Cam and his crew picked up the boat cleaned it like new serviced and stored it for the winter. Overall an awesome experience with no suprises. Strongly recommend Martin Motorsports!

We have purchased 2 boats through Craig at the Kelowna location in the last 4 years and both experiences were great! Craig and the staff are all very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Tony went out of his way this season to ensure we were completely satisfied with some servicing requests we had and resolved any issues very quickly he was in contact with me on a regular basis to keep me updated on the progress! Shandelle always answers any questions we have very quickly and the parts/accessories have been a great help as well. Lastly Tom the truck driver (and side kick) have also been great to work with he’s extremely friendly and talented I enjoy watching him squeeze our boat into our storage facility. I can’t say enough good things about my sales associate Craig Mcleod. I bought a brand new master craft in 2018 that had a number of manufacturing defects that obviously weren’t the fault of the dealership. Craig made sure I had a loaner boat for the entire 2018 boating season and they delivered a brand new 2019 master craft for the start of the 2019 season. All of this was at no cost to me. This was an unfortunate situation for everyone involved and it necessitated many trips to the lake by Craig.

Martin Motorsports and Craig did everything possible to minimize the inconvenience to our family. There was literally nothing more they could have done and they stood behind their products every step of the way. I would highly recommend Martin Motorsports, and
specifically Craig McLeod, to anyone.

The staff are very dedicated to provided customers with great customer service and they do their best to make sure everyone is getting the service they deserve. This summer our boat broke down in the middle of the lake. It was half hour before closing time and Steve from service went above and beyond to get a trailer to get our boat picked up, he personally came out and picked up our boat. The next day they had it repaired and returned to us in less then 24 hours this was a huge accomplishment considering it was the prop shaft that broke. We thought we would be without our boat for days. Great job Steve thank you very much and keep up the great work.

Here is our update to our original review below: We met with Kevin, the owner of MMS Kelowna, right after writing the below review and he took us to our boat to review and discuss the issues we were experiencing. He was very professional and accommodating and it was clear that he wanted to make sure we were satisfied when we received our boat. The boat arrived on Saturday with all of the issues resolved plus some extras that Kevin provided to help make up for our earlier frustrations. Craig our sales broker also had a special package waiting for us in the boat which was very unexpected and appreciated. We also want to thank Mike the delivery driver from MMS as he is just a top notch person that just wants to ensure that the customer is happy. Thanks again Mike for driving through hell to ensure we got our boat as promised! Thanks to the entire team at MMS for delivering a beautiful boat to us.

Original Review:
We are currently in the process of purchasing a boat through Martin and so far the service has been very disappointing. The posted reviews indicate that most experiences are very good so it may be that ours is just an anomaly. I'm not going to get into all of the details however the short story is that we paid for our boat approximately 60 days ago and we still haven't received it. Part of the deal was for MMS to add fresh water cooling and a macerator which I would have expected to take a few weeks with ordering parts etc. They have confirmed a delivery date with us at least 4 times and cancelled each time including twice this morning. We have been paying for moorage on the coast for almost a month now which is adding to our frustration. Craig has been very good to deal with and is a very nice individual however the issues appears to be out of his control which leads us to believe the issue is with the service department. Problems come up, that I understand, it's how problems are dealt with is what really matters. I will provide an update to this review once the boat finally arrives and hopefully I will be able to report back with a more positive review on how the issues were handled in the end by MMS.
