Mary Brown's Chicken

The chicken was dry as hell, my regular sized chicken popping wasn’t even full, sandwich was sloppy. Waste of $25+ dollars

Visited the drive thru location and arrived home to discover missing items. 1 order of chicken and 2 orders of fries missing. Will not be returning.

Google hours say open till 10. Drove out there at 9 and its closed. Called and it says covid hours 12-8.covid is over.maybe update your hours on Google then. Not impressed

We spent over $100 on food forour family while trying to make funeral arrangements. I arrived home to discover quite a bit missing from the order i tried calling back to have them rectify the errors and their manager hung up on me. I went into the location and was met with dismissiveness, excuses and treated with total disregard. I was told by the manager “ lots of people spend lots of money here” and told me they comp’d nothing and did not give coupons for screw ups. After some pressure she offered me an upgraded pop, then some free fries and finally after a bit more discussion about poor customer service she gave me 6 chicken strips for a group of 6 people and 0 dipping sauce. I will still be contacting head office. Brutal!

One of the worst burgers I had ever had in my life.
Ordered for Nashville burger but it was totally tasteless and tossed in some coloured oil.

Awesome chicken, not to spicy, good for sensitive stomach meal, we love the juicy good chicken, taters dipping in gravy the biscuits are a must, we bought both the macaroni and coleslaw, what a great meal, family satisfaction.

Smells like rotting chicken flesh when they open. Something is definitely wrong in the back of the store.

Order the spicy big Mary and a bafflo wrap just slapped together not much sauce on it chicken so hard can't eat it was not good at all never going there

I feel like their chicken is simply one of the kind. The staff were very helpful especially Loren. I would love to visit the place again!

I've eaten here a few times but I'm not going back after this. The chicken had a very strange odor to it, im not kidding when I say it smelt like an ashtray. I'm not a picky eater by any means but this was the very seldom time I actually threw away the chicken.

Walked into the store and there was no line up, just a skipthedishes driver collecting an order. Ended up being ignored by the frontend employee for over 5 minutes while she packed the skip order. I ended up just leaving with nothing because I was being ignored for such a long time. I wasn't going to wait any longer just to place my order then wait even longer for my food. They could have very easily just stopped what they were doing for 30 seconds to take my order so it could get started while they packed the skip order.

Like how do you have someone walk into your store wanting to place an order and completely ignore them for 5+ minutes?

We have been to this Mary Browns a few times. Good food but very poor management! Drive across the city at supper time for chicken and they don’t have any ready so they let you know you will need to wait. Really at 5 pm to 6 pm? Owners need to wake up! So for the 3rd time we drive away! …. Jim

Slow.the service is so slow and honestly not very memorable. Sat in the drive through for 10 minutes and wasnt even acknowledged. Went inside and waited another 30+ minutes for food. If the food wasnt good i wouldnt go back.

I love marry browns but you folks really need to hier more staff 2 people for a lunch rush is ridiculous. I weighted 20 min just to be served (Basically ignored) then another 30 for my order of 2 sandwiches. Whitch is pretty un-exseptable for fast food

Mary brown’s used to be good. Ordered on the app, it said 15 minutes for pickup. Arrived at the store and they didn’t even look at the online orders. Then listen to the manager talk down to her worker as I waited another 20 minutes. Got home looked in bag and there was no dips I asked for. Continued to dish out he chicken to the family. First bite was so gross I had to spit it out. Tried another piece witch was just as horrible. Tasted fishy. My family thought the same. Nobody could eat the chicken it was so gross. We didn’t feel very good the next day. 50$ down the drain. Scared to go back ever again.

I was told that there would be 11 taters in a special side of spicy taters. Ohh maybe there was, but about 6 fresh ones and the bottom of the container was filled with old stale ones. The chicken was dry and tasteless. NO, I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK

This place used to serve crispy and juiciest chcken theyve got. I was just there at around 1: 30 in the afternoon ordered two piece spicy meal with fries and mc n cheese. What I got were 2 spicy chicken so dry to the bone and tasted like soap in some parts of the chicken that I took a bite. The fries were dark brown and hard to bite.it was not even warm after 1 minute driv to my workplace.from the look of it. The fries wer already set and go just waiting to be ordered because if it was fresh.the fries mini bag/paper would look clean and no dark oil residue. I come here 3/week and 2 out 3.they always missed giving me hot sauce. One time I had to ask again after i got my order cox they forgot to put it in the bag.

Ordered online gave a time it would be ready ended up saying it would be 2 more min ended up waiting another 35 min more
