Mary Brown's Chicken

2023 June 25 Update. Seems the business has changed hands.
The food was old. Chicken dry and the coating coming off the Taters. The Taters were mush inside and leathery outside.
So disappointing, we won't be back.

Chicken, chips and gravy were cold and greasy. For the high price, I expected better quality. Prefer Church's Chicken.

Got a buy one get one for 2 Spicy Mary Browns, and 2 small poutines, no drinks. The total came to $27.

I was very excited for Mary Browns, as I haven’t had it in a year or so. I was raving about how good it was, which was mistaken. The chicken was so unbelievably dry, and with a lack of sauce on the burger it was hard to swallow. Absolutely will not be returning with better options in close range.

Great.crispy chicken. Nice big pieces.much better food than KFC. KFC has horrible service.

Sad to give it 1 star. I would advise to Not go to this place. There were 2 people there this time. The lady was just training though. The guy provided Very Bad service. I explained that the other time, the breast was wonderful but I couldn't eat the little leg. I asked about getting a wing instead. He said yes. We'll give you whatever you like. I mentioned the breast at least twice. I should have known not to trust. I get home and open the bag. The box is 1/2 the size as the first one I got. The chicken was horrible in comparison. He gave me a back with lots of bones and almost no meat. The wing was ok. He blatantly LIED to me. I would have gone back 2 more times this week. The fries were cheap both times. Potatoes are not expensive. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. BEYOND DISGUSTING service! I rarely treat myself. Even less now.

I got there at 9: 20pm, they told me they were closed. WOW.no, you're not closed, you just don't want to work. Four people goofing off doing nothing all standing in the front laughing with each other wasting time until closing. You must think the general public is stupid, the online hours say 10 pm, the hours of operation on the front door say 10pm, no excuse for lazy workers. Would not recommend, they should not be paid for the final hour of work since they were standing around goofing off. I will not go again and will make sure to let people know what kind of service to expect, what a waste of my time.

The employee was having a difficulty understanding my order and took a long time to place the order. Really bad experience both times I went their. Once the order was missing the fries and next time I ordered they missed the gravy in the combo. I recommend anyone who orders from here to check what’s in the bag before leaving the restaurant

Ordered poutine and tenders. Poutine gravy was bitter and very bland, chicken tenders soggy and stodgy, dips tasted plastic. All in all very disappointing would not order again

The fried chicken is only decent, but the chicken sandwiches and especially the poutine are very good! Worth going just for a poutine.

Yummmmmmmm. Best darn legs in town.well when they have chicken. 1 hour before closing.sorry sir.we have no chicken.just taders and tenders. WOW SMFH. NOT IMPRESSED.
