Mary Brown's Chicken

The service here is as good as it gets! The staff is so cooperative and friendly. And this experience isn't from one visit. It's from almost 10 visits in the last year or so. The service is always Amazing! Food is always fresh. I don't ever remember walking out of here dissatisfied.

The worker was very kind and nice and she was clear and gave proper service. The food was very nice and I got extra of my favourite sauce. I will definitely be coming back again.

Tried a chicken sandwich. Fresh and tasty as expected but they barely added any sauce on the bun. Didn't feel going back in to get more sauce.

They have bad costumer service. We waited long time and no one taking our orders and when we want to order burger wraps with lettuce instead of buns she said we don’t have it, any restaurants do that why they don’t do that.

Not real impressed.so cheap with their dipping sauce for kids chicken tenders.come on. 50 for an additional tiny packet.don't ask for any deletions or add ons to their combos.food was good but not worth driving to Surrey from Langley to be nickel and dimed.

Not happy with my order, chicken is salty, taste is bland, l called them to address my concern but no call back from the manager. Very disappointing.

This is absolutely the best place for chicken lovers. Super friendly staff, they ask you about everything so you wouldn’t miss anything. Their prices are amazing and anyone can afford it including students and low income workers. Also, they follow safety protocols and procedures. Perfectly clean washrooms with all equipments needed.

Hand sanitizers in different spots.

Everyone is wearing gloves so you can be assured that you are eating a properly done meal. And the best part is that your order will maximally be ready in 5 minutes.
I’ve been going their for a while and literally nothing changes.
It deserves this five stars.

I found these chickens better than most other franchises but burgers were so so. Wedges are just ok but price point, I can’t complain.

Phenomenal food and wonderful service. Food was served hot and the fried chicken was not oily or greasy at all. Highly recommended for all chicken enthusiasts.

First visit. Ordered Big Mary Monday takeout. Foods are ready waiting when we got in.

Taste not bad, sandwich is pretty hot, taters is not and lost some crispiness. Big Mary Monday is a great value for sure.

Nice staff, said the chicken would take a little longer to cook. While I waited, they gave me some fries you snack on.

I really like Mary brown's Chicken. It was very clean. Atmosphere was really good. I went with my friends now I'm thinking I have to go again to the same place with my family.

I'm not gonna ly the food was good but I don't think it was worth the price tag! It's better than fast food but twice the price if price was what I was going for I'd go to KFC! It would of got 4 or 5 stars if the price was more reasonable!

Glad to finally have this restaurant in the Guilford area. I've been here three times and so far each time has been great the chicken is the best probably out of all chicken restaurants. The mojo potatoes are kind of dry and bland though.

First time having Mary Browns and I'm in love with it. The limited edition sweet corn salad especially. It's a "healthy" fried chicken option.

Im in here twice a week, the chicken is served fast and fresh. I've never had a problem. The chicken is the best i've ever had.

The service was great, ordering through the app was easy and convenient. The establishment was clean and presentable, unfortunately I found the chicken to not be very flavorful it pretty much tastes like churches chicken. The wedge fries are really good, for the price they charge you would expect to be blown away with flavour. I'll definitely be sticking to places I know over Mary Browns, if they could just add some herbs and spices I think it would be top notch fried chicken.

Great option which is similar to Popeyes, KFC, or Church's Chicken. Of all of those, I preferred Mary Brown's the most.

There's a surprising amount of chicken for the price and taste really good. The fried chicken is good and shockingly cheap.

We ordered for a family picnic of 30 plus people and everyone's tatse buds confirmed that it was the best quality and flavored fried chicken we have all ever had.

Way better than Popeyes - it’s more flavourful and they use seemingly higher quality ingredients.

Buffalo Mary is my go to.

Taste is 10/10 if the chicken is not older than 15min some pieces i got were older than 15 min

If your from anywhere but india do not go to this location. Who i can only assume is the owners daughter will mess up your order unless you speek hindi. I kind of feel bad for her because she has the iq of 2 im not even sure how she manages to dress herself. The last 4 times i have been there ive had to give my order 3 times and she still manages to mess it up. Oh you ordered macaroni salad we will give you coslaw oh you wanted a 3 piece chicken we will forget to even put it on your order oh you ordered a poutine we will forget to put it in your bag. I swear she has to be related to the owner because who else can mess up so much and still have a job. Its like this every visit not just a 1 off.

Decent but nothing to get excited about. Nothing special on offer compared to KFC; actually the menu is much smaller than KFC.

Great tasting chicken, friendly staff, minimal wait after ordering- I recommend this location if you like chicken and lives around here

Good fresh Chicken. Not greasy. Love the tater fries. Very friendly staff. Low wait times. Currently my fave fried chicken spot, they've bumped Popeyes feom the top. Canadian owned and operated. I regularly eat here. Zero complaints.
