Great customer service and amazing food. Chicken is so fresh and was so tasty. I will definitely visit again

First time trying this location. When taking our order, the employee didn’t ask us what sauces, sides, etc.we wanted and just assumed our order (their guesses weren’t what we wanted). We ordered the crispy chicken twists and there was next to no chicken in it. The first 3 bites of each end were just tortilla. The poutine had made 4-5 cheese curds in the whole container. Compared to the Mary Brown’s on 104 st in Surrey, this one really skimped out. I’d much prefer driving an additional 5 minutes to the one on 104 st to get good quality Mary brown’s.

I cannot even put into words how much I appreciate the amazing staff at this location. A genuine shoutout to Parminder and Baljit who go above and beyond every single time I come in. They are the reason I keep coming back because not only are they so friendly and kind, but they also put so much effort into ensuring that the food is prepared to amazing standards and in an efficient manner. You guys are literally the best <3 thank you for everything!

Amazing experience every time. Pradeep was very helpful he suggested me different items on the menu to try. It's one of my favourite locations.

My top place to eat. The staff are amazing; they always bring a smile to my face whenever they greet me or my family. I never met such friendly staff who never missed greeting anyone. It's nice knowing food places remember a face, so knowing my order and my family's makes us feel appreciated. Businesses that put in the effort to create connections need more eyes and love. I 100% recommend this location (Clayton Crossing) if you like places like that, and of course, the food is amazing and halal. If you ever meet the manager and the people he works with, you're not going to get tired of coming back.

Chicken taters is disasters - person at counter told food will be ready to take out in 15, for my surprise it took less than 5mins. After 3 kms of drive to home, opened food which is not hot, seems to be left over from previous order or prepared well before I placed order. Having no option @9: 30pm want to eat half of it and rest to garbage. I highly recommend plan not to visit Mary Brown @ #103 – 18655 Fraser Highway Surrey, B. C. V3S 7Y3 unless you prefer to eat leftover, dried, tasteless chicken

Do not go here! So for the first time i went there to get a small meal i got a sidekick original sandwich with small fries. Just for that it ways 9.96$ way overpriced and then it took forever for the food 15 mins then when i received it i ate it in the restaurant and the burger bun ways crumbled into a ball and did not have one single small chicken patty it had two small chicken nuggets so it ways hard to eat and it ways cold and chewy the photo had a wide short small sidekick but ways a ball bun. The fries where a little warm and decently crispy but not for 4$ the guy did not were cloves and did not wash hands. Do not recommend a specially if you are in a rush witch ruins the point of fast food. Mc Donald's is better. But this isn't a branch issue they copied Popeyes theme with orange and ingredients.

Terrible customer service, will not be coming back to this location.gave us the wrong sauce and messed up the sandwiches.

Chicken was undercooked (it had a smell to it) and the potatoes wedges were very dry. The food did not come with a napkin. Restaurant was air conditioned so that was nice?

The expensive pricing was not justified by the quality of the meal.

I'm not impressed with the service and the 2pc.meal was tiny. At least gimme a big leg and a thigh but no, he just give my a tiny leg and a bony rib. But the chicken sandwich was good. The wedge potatoes was blunt.guy was a little rude, I wasn't even finished ordering and he already telling me the total.

The chicken was very very plan. No flavor or crust o the chicken breast on the sandwich I got. The pickles were over cooked and potato wedges were dry.

If you like the texture of rubber, the taste of cardboard, and mass amounts of diarrhea this is the chicken spot for you.

Ordered 4 piece meal all 4pcs of chicken were over cooked like eating leather the crust was so hard to chew the coleslaw tasted like dish water the potatoes were about the only high light of this meal!

Garbage service. Never been so disappointed in my life. I come here once a week same order. I ordered 5 Buffalo tenders meal with 5 on the side. I asked for the new smoky fries instead of the regular fries. Then when I called to complain, she said I ordered incorrectly, and so nothing was rectified. Which I saw on the register was okay. I will never go back here and don't recommend.

Went there tonight and a staff was putting up a big sign on the window that says Monday Mary Chicken Burger for $3.99. So I ordered 2 of them but the bill came out to $4.99 each. I asked the cashier why the difference. He then pointed to a smaller sign inside which says $4.99. I told him the big window sign clearly marked $3.99. He then went and looked at the windiw sign. As he return, he simply said it was an error without another explanation and insisted the correct price is $4.99. I didn't want to argue with him and paid the 2x$4.99 but it sure left a bad taste in my mouth about the management of this place.

Customer service was great. Food was brought to me fast. Food was tasty and I've been there twice so far. And everyone recommended it to me so I definitely recommend it to others
