Mary Brown's Chicken

I dinned in today morning, the girl who was on cashier was very helpful she was friendly then i came to know she was supervisor too. She helped me alot in menu. Keep it up food was tasty tooo

Was in White Rock and looking for fried chicken after a long walk on the beach. Came across a Popeyes and headed that way until I looked across the street and saw Mary Brown’s! I’ve had Popeyes before. Not a super fan but it’s ok. Never tried Mary Brown’s but heard good things. We were not disappointed. Chicken was fresh, tender and not too greasy. The potato wedges were perfectly seasoned and cooked. Chicken tenders with the honey dill sauce was delicious. We also shared a chicken burger which was very good and noticed some amazing burger deals on Mondays! $5!
The place was very clean and the staff brought us our order to the table.
The gentleman who served us was surprisingly wonderful. Cheerful, helpful, and was very clearly a fan of his own fried chicken!

In the afternoon, we set off from Burnaby to the United States, and stopped by Mary Brown's in White Rock to eat chicken strips. It was so delicious. The children thought it was the most delicious Canadian food. We also unexpectedly discovered that the burgers were also great, with crispy fried chicken and The lettuce mixed with rich textures, because these delicacies made us feel better while waiting at the border.

Why say no - when you can say yes I can definitely help you with that!

When I realized our order doubled up the sides ie gravy and salad and was missing the fries I called immediately to cancel or modify the other

Generally when people order take out they have had a stressful day and were cut short on time and don't need more stress added to fix a honest mistake.

The lady who answered made every excuse as to why she couldn't simply cancel. She did offer to give us a store credit for salad and gravy for next time but.unable to add the fries on.

Our order finally was cancelled and I was able to reorder. The experience was not great.

First time trying this place. Good food, good service, prices are reasonable and staff very nice. Will go back and recommend to others.

We ordered lunch for work and when they forgot to pack people’s lunch that they missed they said to either buy more instead or they can’t help. Then they just hung up after not giving us the food that we had already paid for.

I ordered a reg Big Mary sandwich.but it was not like they used to be when they first opened.and a two peice chicken pack with no sides, to eat the next day. Do you usually give a wing as one of the 2 pieces? Have never been served that at any chicken place.unless I ordered wings; and the other piece was like a 1/4 breast? Not much of a serving for the money

What kind of chicken restaurant has no chicken ready? Stopped in after work and was told I would have to wait over 20 minutes for a 9 piece meal. I said I would take what was ready and the snotty cook said "I have no chicken. " well you will lose customers if you can't give them what they come for. CHICKEN.

They missed apart of our order and questioned us and tried to make us pay for the food that we had already paid for.

Managers are horrible, plus I seen a rat running around the kitchen

Whenever you order after 9: 00 pm or on skip or other order deliver app you will get cold and dry chicken that taste like overnight leftovers

Really good fried chicken. Bought the chicken tenders with the wedges. Crispy, juicy and well flavoured! Will go there again for sure!

I couldn’t decide what sauce my boyfriend wanted, so they gave me an extra one without me asking. I only realized once I got to the car. Thank you! 10/10 customer service and made me smile in my car.

Ordered a 9 piece feast meal it was horrible nothing about this experience was good never had before and never will again the Spicy was only on one side just a season powder the original was undercooked and mushy skin DONT GET Popeyes is right across the street. And as if that wasn't enough the taters were soggy and customer service was horrible. Was of money 100 percent.

Best fried chicken in South Surrey + amazing customer service!
We recently moved to South Surrey and as a fried chicken lover, I am sooooo happy we found this place. We have been there a few times and have always been greeted with a smile and amazing service.
Mary Brown's is now our go to place for fried chicken

They close at 9 pm. It was 8: 30 pm and they had only one piece of chicken. They refused to cook more for us. We were going to order two 4-piece chicken combos (8 pieces). We ended buying at Popeye’s crossing the street.

My chicken burger was nothing like I expected, it was thrown together. Tables had not been cleared off or cleaned

Tried it for the first time and it's pretty good. The fried chicken taste a little less greasy than the others. There are many locations across lower mainland so go give it a try!

Overpriced but chicken is high quality and seasoned well. Never soggy and deep fried to a proper crunchy golden brown. Definitely the best place to go for your craving in the south surrey white rock area!

The chicken is very suculent, flavourful, and moist. It is a reasonable priced and a great spot to go with family or to grab a bite with friends for something quick.

Decent but nothing stands out. I ordered the 4 pieces chicken combo that goes with coleslaw and a drink. Also requested that the chicken be half spicy and regular. The spicy one’s are pretty hot.

Also got a chicken sandwich. It’s my first time here so the sample size is small but IMO Popeye’s across the street got the better sandwich.
