The experience was very bad we order spicy chicken sandwich which had hair and then they gave us the other one and that also had hair … I don’t know what’s wrong with these guys. They should have hair ties ….

Delicious food. Haven’t seen this type crispy chicken in surrey. I willl recommend this place to every one.

Food was very mediocre, chicken tenders felt like they had been left out for a few hours as they were almost rock hard. The chicken burger I had was mostly breading with a little piece of chicken inside. Go to Popeyes instead

Mary Brown's sells exactly chicken. And potatoes. If you're looking for chicken in varying ways and potatoes in varying ways there is honestly not a single place you're gonna find that does chicken or potatoes better than Mary Brown's. Thanks Mary. A pleasure, as always.

Great chicken. I ordered the spicy and boy did they deliver. The pieces were a little small but cooked to perfection an excellent flavor. I ordered the Joe Joe potatoes done as poutine. That too was excellent. All around one of the best places to get chicken in town for sure. Friendly staff and nice location

The manager working at 5: 20 on Monday may 1st was VERY unprofessional and rude, he was on his phone taking a call behind the counter and was interrupting the cashier as she was helping me WHILE he was on the phone, he was horribly rude to her I felt so upset for her. What a horrible manager seems very passive aggressive and nasty to his employees. Made my experience super uncomfortable. Talks to the employees like they’re less than

Food is always very delicious. Not greasy at all since they pressure cook the chicken to perfection. The apple pies are the best to finish to your meal.

We used to go to panorama before south surrey opened. We were in there and the owner freaked out on a customer, and they do things so much differently. They won’t take pre orders for big Mary’s on Mondays, because it is a special. And IF they do take pre orders they want you to pre pay. Needless to say I will drive from Guildford and bypass their location completely, and head to south surrey. The customer service in south surrey is top notch, the owner goes above and beyond to make sure you leave satisfied. Wish all locations had the same interest in the customers experience.

Went for a bite to eat and had the manager almost arguing with me.what I wanted was clear. The lady taking my order ended up not taking my order then the confusion started because the manager and another employee decided they were going to take my order then continued to ask me the questions I had just told the lady that had initiated my order in the first place. The manager was visibly irritated, ask me to figure it out when that's his Job. He was argumentative aswell. I still go to the original Mary brown in newfoundland.this Mary browns is nothing like it. You will be disappointed.

Had their meal for the first time and I am honestly Vee impressed. I think I have my chicken spot. The food was very very fresh and delicious. Hopefully everyday is like that because I’m in love with it

Love this location! The manager is so talkative and nice, you can see how much his staff love him. He answers your questions without making you feel dumb, and talks with the seated guests. The front staff are also awesome! Take your order super quick, and bring the food to you too! They also come by and check on you and the quality of the food. Not to mention the taters are AMAZING! And the Mary browns burger regular is so crispy and not greasy! The spicy one is HOT so if you love spicy you'll love that sandwich! Super clean, great seating, tons of parking and awesome staff and food:) 15/10.

First time I was there I was assisted by Nico, he always has a smile, very professional and while I waited for my order I observed how he was consistent and treated every customer the same way.

My most recent visit, Haleema helped me out with my order, she was really nice too.

The food is great! But the staff is even better! Super friendly and caring about the customers! Surprisingly so! They deserve compliments! Both the young woman out from and the guy behind the scenes, we watch they go the extra distance for another customer are I was wowed! Nice going!

I ordered today and was just 5 minutes late, but they closed the store at 9 and didn't give the order. Just 5 minutes late, despite telling them that we will be just 5 minutes late but they said we won't wait a minute longer, this shows how much they care about the customers.

Best fried chicken ever. The taters are to die for. Love the fact that several locations are open now in the LMD.

Good moist chicken, the Taters were good too, and really liked the gravy. Everything was good just a tad bit salty. The banana pudding was also decent

Horrible service, no one knows what they are going here. The food is garbage as well, 3 times I've been here and the chicken seems like it's sitting around, not fresh.

Good food, but when ever I go in the owner is always giving the workers a hard time by yelling at them. I feel bad for them they don’t even do anything wrong. I hope he fixes his attitude.

Had chicken when they first opened and it was fantastic. Tonight went in and ordered 9 pieces got it home right across the street chicken is cold and like rubber. Tried to call the store and the number goes to a cellphone that has no VM. Not impressed. Don’t think we will be back.

Excellent chicken, even better sides! First time trying out Mary browns. Order two piece spicy and four piece regular. No size between four and nine pieces. Liked the spicy, not too hot, just right. Loved the regular chicken, crispy skin and cooked perfectly. Thighs are naturally juicier, but wings and white meat not dry at all. Onion rings were awesome, lovely tempura batter. Cole slaw also very good. I didn't mind the wedge potatoes but not normally my thing. Prices are a bit steep for larger meals but glad to see a Canadian chain here.

First time thought id give it a try.way better then popeyes or KFC.was close to closing but wasn't rushed I believe it was the owner who told us not to rush and to take our time. Staff was also friendly and the bathrooms were clean. Id come here again.

My husband drove all the way from Burnaby for this chicken Ordered the festive feast, specifically asked if there was breast and wings in the ten pieces of chicken. Told yes it was basically a whole chicken. The asked him if he wanted spicy or regular, he said spicy on the dark meat. Gets home no white meat just spicy legs and thighs. No apple pies which were included. {hone the restaurant no answer. Leave a message, do that. No return call. Called next day someone took a message said she would pass it along. No return call. Really poor customer service. No more money from us.

Great chicken great service. Met the owners, that were very nice and really seamed to have a passion for what they are doing. The chicken is tender and juicy. Delicious and properly cooked.

Quality chicken place for a quick bite to eat. Also a Canadian chain which means it's instantly better than the new American chains showing up.

Our first experience at Mary Brown's was amazing, the owner was friendly and the food was delicious. I promoted this location to many family and friends! We were excited to try them out again, my husband went in this evening at 6: 15pm and ordered a meal. When we got home our chicken was regular not spicy, we paid for large fries and got small and our coleslaw wasn't even in the bag. We decided to call in at 7: 00pm tonight to let them know of our experience and the woman on the other end turned around and told us that we were handed 2 bags when only 1 was given to us and then proceeded to say "did you order spicy chicken" once again stating we didn't know what we were talking about. Instead of an apology we were told twice that we were mistaken. Not impressed.

This is my go-to place for fried chicken in Surrey now. The chicken here is way better than Popeyes on 64 Ave and the KFC on King George.
We have done take-out and dine-in. The coleslaw is always fresh. The tater (fries) is delicious and not greasy.
I like its spicy fried chicken. When I say "spicy" I mean it! It is seasoned right and you definitely get the kick. The chicken is also not dry. The coating is not flaky but crispy.
The staff is friendly. The store manager even asked about our experience when we chose dine-in. When you go to a fast food restaurant, you almost never expect anyone working there asking how you like your food.
They have clean and spacious washroom. Both men and women's washroom have changing stations. This is very important to family with young kids. They win the 5th star because of this.

Good tasting chicken, not salty like the competition and large portion with just the right spice. It comes with a gravy in every order with affordable pricing. It is a brand new location and facilities with spacious parking space all around the store. Located conveniently in the business center of panorama drive along 152nd and highway 10 beside a bus stop making it accessible to both public and private transport. The taste reminds me of my all time favorite Jolibee chickenjoy along with its gravy. Will be back soon to try their other items on the menu.

Had a great first experience, delicious food. Owner went above and beyond to accommodate us just before closing. All staff were pleasant and courteous. I wish Big Al the best of luck with his new business. Looking forward to visiting them again.

The customer service is amazing especially Nate - as young as that man is - I hope he trains others due to the fact his customer skills and interpersonal skills are top notch! Kudos to you NATE - oh and the chicken is delicious and moist and the poutine is something to write home to your momma about.

Non greasy spicy warm not burning hot with old school mojo style potatoes wedged makes for a fantastic combo. Nee favorite fried chicken eatery!

The best Mary Brown's experience to date. Great customer service, very welcoming crew and very satisfied with the food. The owner/manager was a great people's person. Will now be a regular at this location at 152nd and Hwy 10.

Atmosphere was very warm and friendly, staff were friendly! However I didn't find the food particularly spectacular, the potato wedges were good but not very seasoned. Chicken skin was crispy though which I enjoyed but it's not as salted/flavourful as KFC or Popeyes is. Coleslaw was very crisp. Overall not too bad for late night snacking for a college student haha

Always a pleasure to get a taste of Newfoundland! We find excuses to come out here from Vancouver just for Mary Browns! The owner came around asking people how the food was! We highly recommend this place!

The Chicken is delicious and non greasy. However, the price is comparably cheaper than any other existing fast food brand. I wish every success to them.

Went to the Mary Brown's location on 152 amd Hwy 10. The chicken was jucier and tastier than its counterpart (KFC), but the price was the same, KFC is THIN and all breading, and at Mary Brown's the chicken was SMALLER than the bun (very unlike the pics). So worth trying but still should have a decent chicken sandwich for $7 plus. Not worth the money but between KFC and this, I would go to Mary Brown's if given the choice.

Best chicken I've had in a very long time. The wedges were hot the gravy was really good. I will definitely be back. Very clean and friendly owners and staff. It's nice to see a place like this operating again

Chicken was undercooked? It appeared to be a little pink inside. I didnt finish it because i didnt want to get sick. My order was also missing items. Will not return

Probably the best fried chicken I have had in a long time, not greasy, tasty, fresh, full of flavour and nice size pieces. Fast great service! Definitely recommend you try it for yourself!

I went on 9: 45 and the guy with disgusting attitude told me they are sold out wth i came all the way from burnaby for food and additional they will never android the phone pathetic customer service.
