When it first opened, it was pretty good. Seems like they cutting down on seasoning and spices since mid 2022. I tried again today 02.05.23. My last, taters tasted like just baked potatoes. I'd rather drive another 10 minutes to Pop eyes.

Could not try the food as they said they cannot make any more chicken as they closed the fryers. It was almost half an hour before the restaurant closed at 10 pm. Suggestion was to come the next day. Terrible, closing down before posted time.

Very slow service and dine in tables are too dirty.customers waiting to order food and cashier and employee on packline doing continuously chit-chat.

The worst chicken sandwiches ever. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and a regular chicken sandwich, well I got a buffalo chicken sandwich that was so soaked in hot sauce it was a soggy mess, the regular chicken sandwich tasted like fish was not worth the 20 minute wait. We will never go back. What a waste of money.

I usually order ahead of time. Lately I’ve been waiting for my order more than half an hour. I ordered half an hour ahead and I went to grab some groceries after an hour I went to pick up my order and it’s not ready yet. So I waited for another 15-20 minutes to get my order.they are getting inefficient. Can’t even understand the cashier. Too bad I like this store a lot. Might switch now. Getting frustrated with the wait times.

I ordered 3 piece an taters, food was warm pieces of chicken were very small. Services was good. Store was clean. One bathroom had an out of order sign and the other had the back of the toilet lid open so you can pull a lever to flush it. Chicken didn’t taste as good as normal. I eat at MB once to sometimes twice a week and been to over 50 locations. I grew up eating MB as a kid on the east coast. I tell many people to try it. This has been number three of poor quality. It was great in the last few years when they quickly opened but I feel the brand is just starting to go down hill. I hope they get on it and control the quality.

Service sucks, I had to drive twice for the food I ordered, because they forget to pack all the items I ordered.

I showed up at 12: 30, they say they open at 11: 00 am, but the only person there told me they will not be open until 1: 30 pm. Would not recommend to come here, unless you know for sure they are open.

I ordered a 4 piece chicken all white and received brown chicken along with a feather sticking out of one

S/o to the first MBS in surrey fam! I been coming here since all the other locations popped up all over the lowermainland! I tried the honey BBQ with extra spicy hot seasoning! If your faint of heart (sorry white people) then you can’t touch this! Delicious man! Go cop it now foo!

Got hooked when I was driving through Merritt (awesome food and service there). I had to get some for my family to try so I happened to be driving by then one on Scott & 72nd.
Been going to this location ever since (I live in Burnaby)
The manager, she is awesome to deal with, the young lady that served me on Friday evening - well let's say she is rare and I wish ever place I went had what she has in terms of interacting with customers. Just super friendly and motivated.

Gas is expensive and I get the family teaming up on me to travel to this store for the food! (when your kids are in martial arts and my wife uses profanity to express the how good the food is, l lose everytime!)

Not happy, food was not tasty. Chicken was undercooked and a waste of a hardworking students money.

I ordered a 2 piece meal with fries coleslaw and a gravy, another guy came in a couple minutes after me and ordered a 2 piece meal with poutine taters, as i was waiting and thinking this is taking longer than normal, the other guy got his food before me, so i thought because i ordered the fries and not the taters they were cooking them, so i thought thats ok then, as i drove away i decided to grab a few fries to find they were cold and to top it off the kid on my gravy must have not been closed all the way, there was gravy everywhere, i got home tossed out the fries and what was left of the gravy,
The chicken was warm and was good, then i went to eat the coleslaw to find no fork,

I have been to this place a good 1/2 dozen times, this was my worst experience at this location,

Me and my friend ride our motorcycles all over BC and have ate at 17 different MB restaurants multiple times each, we love MB chicken, if this was my first MB visit i may never go back again with this experience,

Thank you to Robbie who delivered my order for no extra charge when I screwed up. I did not specify "delivery"on the app. When I got a notification stating my order was ready for pick-up, I called the location and spoke with Robbie. No problem he said, I'll deliver it myself. Within 20 mins he was in my driveway. Thank you Robbie for doing that.

They served me cold dry chicken.half my order was missing! I called the store and they promised to credit and never honored it.after that it was all ' he said she said' Never going here again.

The thigh of the chicken had a massive hair on it. Lost my appetite. They gave me a new thigh but I was disgusted and left. No apology from staff.

I have ordered from this location 3 separate times now and will never again. When you order through a delivery app, it'd almost like they give you the oldest and crappiest pieces of chicken knowing that the app will credit you. I don't normally waste my time, however, I will be calling the HQ to let them know about this specific location. They need more quality control.

The lady working the front counter was not very nice. And the food was a big disappointment. This was the first time we tried Mary Brown’s chicken. Chicken was rather bland and the fries were so salty that they were almost inedible. The coleslaw was so soggy. Yuck. The food was not worth the money paid.

That's some good chicken and their macaroni salad is very good as well and then that banana dessert well I'm full. 1000 times better then KFC

I love there spicy Chicken and Taters and appreciate that some location have #HALAL Mary Brown's Chicken. It is delicious and fresh.

Came here a couple of weeks ago and the chicken was undercooked and greasy and slimy. Not crispy or cooked properly. They had a special going on so the lineup was incredible and we didn’t want to drive all the way back and wait to get it fixed.

Came here for the first time, the service was good. The food however, was thrown in the garbage. I didn't bother to complain, because I'd never return to this establishment again. The chicken was over salty and really dry, possibly a few days old. I' can honestly say this is the worst fried and dried chicken I've ever had.

Terrible customer service. Today, they had the national fried chicken day special at all Mary Brown's locations. And on their page they said no limits. My husband went today and the lady said their manager said there's a limit of 4. He showed her the screenshot of the comment from the Mary Brown's facebook page that said no limits and they kept arguing with him. Plus they charged extra for dark meat only. He went to the Guildford location and they told him no limits and didn't charge extra for dark meat. I called the store and expressed my disappointment with their terrible customer service. She just laughed and said bye. I will not go to this location ever again.

I always order the plant based sidekick sandwiches without issue, but today I ordered two and they’re both real chicken.this is super upsetting to me because I don’t eat meat and I ate one sandwich and part of the other sandwich trying to figure out if it’s real.

Really good food! Tastes light and very fresh. Relaxed atmosphere without loud, blaring music like the other Mary Browns we used to go to.

2 weeks ago I was here and my chicken wasn't fully cooked. Today I asked for my chicken cooked a little longer, but nope.

Would have been 5 * if order of white meat (when payin up charge) was given all the time. I know mistakes happen all the time, we're only human!

This was my first time trying Mary Browns chicken. I was impressed. Both by the service and taste. The chicken was tender and crispy with a nice blend of spices. I had pieces and nuggets with lil wedges. I appreciated that the slaw was not put in a blender and tasted fresh. All was yummy. Keaira, was very polite, friendly and spoke clearly. I enjoyed my experience. I would recommend eating in or taking Mary Browns Chicken home.

Order chicken side kick and chicken tender it is way too salty to consume. Really disappointed
