Mary Hill Fit Body Boot Camp is fantastic. The coaches, the members, the workouts. I have been to many gyms, programs etc over the years and this is the first place I have been, that has made me want to keep going and has made positive changes to my fitness and body. Highly recommend.

Absolutely love Mary Hill Boot Camp! Suitable for ALL fitness levels, everyone is made to feel welcome from day one. For anyone who feels lost in the gym, this is a super effective alternative. All the coaches are fantastic, they are super supportive, encourage you to do your very best, and I love how they make a point of remembering every single member’s name. If you need a reset - physically, mentally and emotionally - give it a go, you will learn things you didn’t know about yourself and most importantly you will learn healthy habits that can be easily transferred into other areas of your life. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend Mary Hill FitBody Bootcamp as it accommodates all fitness levels. The gym itself is spacious, clean, well-maintained and have a wide variety of high-quality equipments. The instructors are friendly, experienced and certified and genuinely invest in helping their clients achieve their fitness goals. Going to MHFBBC is joining a community of fun and mind-set individuals pursuing a better quality of life and stronger bodies. Leila, Moe, Dora and Will will greet you at the door and you will enjoy their varied and challenging workouts. They are always looking at adding new workout experiences to their clients and Will always shares in the Facebook Group how to achieve better results by doing the exercises in the proper form. Moe will send you yummy recipes and motivation messages on a weekly basis. There is always a word of encouragement to reflect and focus on each week and seasonal challenges to improve your body, mind and nutrition goals.

They really have figured it out. I came here to start on their Ultimate Transformation Program. I had one mentality - to loose weight. Little did I know, I was in for a change of a lifetime. The atmosphere and family-oriented environment is what really stuck with me, paired with amazing Coaches who guide and support you. My mindset changed over the coarse of 8 weeks. I never once felt intimated or judged. Instead, always met with a smile and warmth. I highly recommend this place for anyone who wants to start their fitness journey. It's only 30 minutes, so you really can't make any excuses. Get up and start!

I was really looking forward to coming to Maryhill boot camp because I go to school across the street but that changed because I was speaking to someone, her name was Cathie. She told me that they were offering the 28 day challenge for $80 and had told her on the phone that I’d come by on Thursday to sign up as I didn’t want to give my cc details online and she said ok. She told me that the 28 day challenge promo had ended on the Wednesday. I am very disappointed because I really want to try the 28 day challenge.not impressed!

I have been coming to MHFBBC for a few months now and the most important aspect of me coming back each workout is the acceptance and kindness I’m shown each time I show up. The atmosphere is always positive and welcoming. Love this place!

My wife and I have been members of Mary Hill Fit Body Bootcamp for about 2 years now and have to say it has been a game changer for us. We tried for years to go to the gym and workout but always struggled as we didn't have the knowledge on what exercises to do to maximize our results. The team here is very knowledgeable and is able to cater to each individual based on individual capabilities and restrictions. The 30 min workouts fit perfectly into our busy schedules and allow us to get 4-5 solid workouts weekly. Definitely seeing the results and just feeling better overall on a daily basis. I highly recommend trying them out if you haven't already!

My husband and I joined Mary Hill bootcamp last year and it is the best decision we have ever made. I love how it's only 30 minutes work out, but that 30 minutes give you the best work out and feeling good after. Leila and Moe is so easy to communicate with. I highly recommend Maryhill bootcamp.

They have a cult following, however, after being a member for a year and half, I was left insulted and humiliated by both their most uneducated and inexperienced coach and the owner. This is not the “fit family” they claim to be. They have their own interests well ahead of yours and have no boundaries. Too bad, really. I did enjoy the workouts and gained a lot of strength, but the arrogance and unprofessionalism of this business and it’s “team” was overwhelming.

One of the best exercise experiences I've ever done. The staff is amazing and the depth of communication, exercises, food plans, challenges was something I never expected from a typical bootcamp. The facilities are clean, up-to-date and variety of exercise equipment. If you are nervous about trying a bootcamp, put your anxiety aside and signup! You will be pleasantly surprised and glad you did.

This is one of the best boot camps I have been to. Everyone is amazing and helpful. I actually learned things about myself that I didn't realize. I love that it is a different workout every time.

One year ago today we joined Mary Hill Fit Body Boot Camp. I would like to thank Leila, Moe and Gareth for guiding Erin and I to a significant lifestyle change. When we started the Fall Challenge 2020, I walked into the gym for my first workout, weighing 240 lbs, I stepped off the scale today weighing 173 lbs.

Thank you Gareth for sharing the passion you have for fitness, for giving technique advice and challenging me each and every workout with you. I seriously did not know there were so many different ways to enjoy battle ropes!

Thank you Moe for sharing your love and human kindness, especially in the trying times we are going through now. When not only our community, but the world as a whole could use some of what flows from you naturally.

Coach Leila, thank you, thank you, thank you! Wow.you said it would be a roller coaster, what a fun ride! I'm so thankful we trusted your nutritional guidance. It wasn't easy, and had to stay disciplined (honest) about logging food intake, but with the end result definitely being a lifestyle change.
During a tough day and I need a smile, I think about walking into the gym and being greeted by our Fit Fam.now that's a smile!

This isn't meant to motivate anyone, if you read this far, you are already motivated, you just need to head to Mary Hill FitBody Bootcamp and get started on your own lifestyle change. Give your trust to them and I'm sure you will have similar results.

I joined Mary Hill Fit Body Boot Camp in September, 2020, Covid and a stressful 9 months of work had me at my heaviest and very out of shape. Signed my husband and I up for an 8 week challenge and haven't looked back.

Firstly, Leila, Moe and Gareth are amazing, from day one we were greeted by name each time we walked through the door. I was a little nervous returning to the gym during a pandemic, but the set up, and precautions immediately made me feel safe. They certainly go above and beyond. Six weeks into the challenge, gyms acrosss the province were ordered to shut down, but we finished the challenge by smoothly transitioning to the live zoom sessions and many recordings available online.

The workouts are fast, furious and fun! Both the in person and at home. Combined with the nutritional coaching, follow up and support it has been an amazing experience. It is like having a gym membership and a nutritionist all in one. The plan is approachable and reasonable and my coach Leila is constantly checking in.

So now to results, I feel strong and healthy. I am sleeping better and feel more comfortable in my body. We have stuck to the nutrition plan and calorie/protein goals and work out at least 4 times a week. 5 months in and I am down 29 pounds!

My recommendation, give MHFBBC a try. Trust the process, put in the effort and you will see results. The coaches are amazingly supportive and will help you achieve your goals, whatever they may be!

Don't live in the area? Do it anyhow. They have over 200 recorded workouts and 5 live zoom sessions a week. We have been working out at home since November and didn't miss a beat! I miss seeing everyone in person, and look forward to getting back to the gym, but the home workouts are convenient and just as effective and when doing the live sessions you still get real time feedback and modifications as needed.

The coaches at MaryHill Fitbody Bootcamp are amazing! They are supportive, encouraging and knowledgeable! I really like that the workouts are only 30 minutes long and very effective especially when paired with the coaches nutritional guidance. The atmosphere at the gym and online is so positive and is such a great way to start or end the day! Best gym I've ever been a part of, Mary Hill Fit Body Boot Camp is truly a fitness family!

I joined MHFBBC in September 2020 after seeing the amazing results of a friend going there. I have not regretted this decision for one day! Since day 1, they have made me feel like I've belonged. They're the best coaches anyone could ever want or need. ️ They make the workouts fun, yes I said fun. The whole environment is positive and uplifting. I legitimately look forward to going there daily. Not only improve my physical self, but also to maintain my mental health, especially during this pandemic. They have definitely become my #fitfam. Thank you, Moe, Leila, Gareth and now Julian for always providing us with such a supportive environment. I am forever thankful. ️

After years of struggling with different fitness offerings, and hating the corporate gym environment, I took a gamble on Mary Hill Fit Body Boot Camp and it has totally paid off! 30 minutes of your day and you're out of there; no hours at the gym where you get approached by a personal trainer to tell you how "at risk" you are and feel like you just want to go home and eat your feelings.

The coaches are friendly, energetic, and most importantly, supportive. No matter what level of fitness you are, they are there for you. Need additional nutritional coaching? They're there for you. Even better? Your fellow members are there for you too.

Each workout you walk in to is going to be different from the last which keeps your body guessing and keeps you interested. No need to track arm or leg day, no need to switch it up between cardio or muscle training. With the pandemic right now you can still feel comfortable going in to the studio for reduced class sizes with health and safety precautions above and beyond OR you can decide to do workouts online from your own place. Give it a shot!

Great guidance from coaches, top COVID protocols, motivating music and different routines every day. If I put the effort in and increase weight, my muscles for sure feel it the next day. Happy with this bootcamp!

Would not recommend. This review is based on terrible Customer Service. When I called to inquire about cancellation options, I've never been spoken to so rudely by an owner of a company. I was quite taken aback. I was told I would receive a follow up phone call, in which I never did. But thank goodness I did not, as it's quite uncomfortable to be spoken to so aggressively.

I can’t say enough about Moe and Leila! They are the owners of this place and they go above and beyond to take care of their clients like each one of us is actually part of their family! The clients are also amazing and I have become good friends with more than a few.
I have a ton of medical issues and Leila and Gareth (trainer at fit body) go out of their way to make sure I’m training safety and correctly at all times. They modify, the motivate and they support their clients better than any gym I’ve ever been to and I’ve been to a lot of gyms. Walking into that gym every morning at 545 am is one of the best parts of my day and I am so very thankful I found them last summer when they opened. If you want a better gym experience, you have found the right place! Check them out.you will be blown away by their kindness, knowledge and their love of what they do.
Take a chance! You will not be disappointed and I can guarantee you won’t ever want to go to just any old gym ever again

I love everything about this gym their energy and their attitude are phenomenal. I truly enjoy working out here. It is 30 minutes fast and quick and you get great result. I lost 5% body fat and add 4 pounds muscle in only two months. If you are looking to loose fat and gain muscle, this is the place you wanna go.

I love my Fit Body Fit Fam! It is such an energetic, friendly atmosphere, so unintimidating. They really get to know you, and keep you focussed and accountable. Bad knees, back, shoulder? No problem - options are always provided. They have really gone over and above to help you reach your goals AND provide a safe place to work out. Super-impressed with the measures they have taken during this pandemic!

I started coming to the 30 minute workout classes I think back in November 2019. The moment I walked through the door and met Laila and Moe I felt welcomed. I loved the workouts. Laila and Moe are positive people and Garreth on board has brought more enthusiasm as well. Health and fitness is there passion. I am so glad to be a part of this fitness journey.

I feel very fortunate to be a member of MHFBBC. I tried their Fat Loss Challenge last Spring initially before I became a member and I swear it was a game changer. I loved every minute of the challenge for many reasons as I learned so much about fat loss. The most important thing I learnt was how to eat my macronutrients to lose fat and sustain my weight. It is a lifestlye and not a diet. I actually lost 18.75 inches on this challenge and gained so much more strength and lean muscle than I thought I would. If you want to lose weight and improve your strength and gain more muscle you should try the challenges and join MHFBBC.

The gym is so convenient to get to and it is extremely clean, organized and very safe to go and do your workouts. You have variety of workouts that you can choose from. You can do your own or follow the suggested effective workouts in the gym or another option is to do live zoom workouts from home or do precorded workouts if you prefer. The workouts are fun and hard but anyone can do it! The Coaches are there to help you, give you modifications if you need and encourage you! They are Fantastic because they truly care about your success.

I have increased my strength, lean muscle and lost fat since going to MHFBBC. It has positively changed my health and fitness. It is for any fitness level.

MHFBBC is a super friendly gym with awesome Coaches and an amazing fitfam. I am so thankful for being part of this fitfam!

This gym is worth joining! The coaches are friendly and professional. They will help you with your fitness, losing fat and obtaining the healthy lifestyle you want. The workouts are quick and intense, but can be modified to any ailments you have. Honestly I love this gym and the support you get from the coaches.

I`ve never liked going to the gym. I find gyms very impersonal. Nobody knows who you are, what your goals are, and a personal trainer or a nutrition plan will cost you a small fortune.
Mary Hill FBBC is not your run-of-the-mill type of gym. In fact, there`s nothing ordinary about this studio, starting with the owners, Moe and Leila`s (also coach) dedication and commitment, and continuing with the coaches, Gareth and Julian`s (recent addition) creativity and enthusiasm.
What attracted me at MHFBBC in the first place, were the short workouts. The 30-minute long, quite intense, group personal training is fit for any age, size or fitness level. The exercises are adapted to everyone`s comfort level or health condition. Alongside the workout, everybody gets a personalized nutrition plan. That itself is huge. A few times a year, there are challenges, which are great to motivate those who, like me, can`t stay motivated every single day for one entire year. Who can?
Moe and Leila care about their community, as well. They partner with local businesses to everyone`s benefit, businesses and studio`s members. They give more than they receive and that makes them and their studio very special.
There is a word to say over here about the safety protocol during pandemic. From the very beginning, Moe, Leila and Gareth took all the safety measures and went above and beyond to make sure that in-person sessions are provided in a safe, sanitized environment. Those less comfortable to work out at the studio, are provided with live and recorded online sessions. Nobody looses, everybody wins and stays safe!
All of these, together with the passion and compassionate nature of Moe, Leila, Gareth and Julian, worth maybe a few thousands a month, but you`ll get it for a fraction of the cost of a regular gym personal trainer. At MHFBBC, you get the knowledge of three professional personal trainers. You`ll also get motivation, accountability, full support and, most importantly, a warm and family-like environment.
There is so much more to say about Mary Hill FBBC! I have only words of appreciation for Moe, Leila, Gareth and Julian! Big THANK YOU and keep up the good work! I encourage everybody to give it a try! You`ll gain more than you could think! Pick up the phone and give them a call!

I have never liked exercise but needed to start putting me first. The team at Mary Hill Fit Body took me in and showed me that i could do anything. I may be older and very out of fit when i started, but now I LOVE and look forward to my workouts each week. They don't break stride or embarrass you if they see you struggling, they come over and help you modify just a bit to make each exercise do-able for anyone! Thank you Moe, Leila, Gareth and Lourdes, you guys have changed my life
