The acupuncturist is highly skilled, compassionate, and truly cares about their patients' well-being. After just one session, I noticed significant improvements in my back and ankle conditions. I highly recommend the acupuncture treatments for anyone seeking to alleviate their pains.

I consulted with the Acupuncturist Linda Chen at Empathy Massage and Acupuncture about my MVA related back pain. She is very knowledgeable and super helpful. She asked about my medical history, did physical exam and made a detailed treatment plan for me. She explained the theory of acupuncture and how it will help me.

I always get great massages at Empathy Massage. Anna is compassionate and thoughtful. Fantastic in relieving stress and sore spots. Thank you for the awesome massages!

Have visited this clinic and received treatment from Cliff and Edward almost 20 times. Both have been professional and efficient, helping a lot with my stress, lower back pain, muscle tightness and injuries.

Saw Cliff for a massage therapy, he’s very informative and ask for consent/let you know what his next steps are before he proceed. They also direct bill to insurance for you, easy and short turnaround for appointment booking.

Great service. Anna greet you at the door and always ask which area needs to be worked on. Time well spent base on personal needs. Always feel relax after the treatment.

Anna is amazing. I went in for back and neck pain due to muscle stiffness in that area. With her knowledge and skills she has managed to relax my muscles after several sessions. Other RMTs I’ve gone through have not accomplished this feat. Will definitely keep going back to her for healthy muscle maintenance: D

One more thing that impressed me a lot is that she made up full 60 minutes even I was late for 10 mins. For most other RMT, even when I am on time, after payment and set up, I only have 50 minutes left and not everyone will like Anna to make it up. (and I also understand that sometimes another customers are waiting behind) but anyways, big big credit to Anna!

Just to note that the location is not easy to find. It is not in the plaza and it’s actually on Alexandra street.

Work remote during this pandemic and sitting in front of computer for long time, I twisted my neck and back muscles with bad ergonomic posture, made me feel really uncomfortable and dizzy. I went to Massage Empathy RMT, Anna gave me a very good treatment. She found the trigger points accurately, her operations are gentle and after treatment, it was really relaxed, I felt my muscles were back to the correct position. Anna is a very nice lady and the clinic location is convenient, parking is easy, the procedure room is cozy. I will visit here again in the future as I need.

If you're suffering from pain, I would suggest you go to Massage Empathy and see Anna. She is really good! I went to other clinic and got some massage from other RMT; but, I was really disappointed and didn't want to go back there again. However, Anna is different. I want to keep getting massage from her. I can feel that she is trying to do her best to relieve pain I'm suffering. I would definitely recommend here if you have pain like me.
