Mastermind Toys

Well-organized store full of toys, books, board games, puzzles, and other products for kids and those young at heart. The store is very clean and has a range of products for every kid on your gift list. The prices are a bit high but you’re paying for the convenience to browse the products in-person. They also carry Ravensburger puzzles of different sizes. Lots of parking out front as it’s located within the plaza close to Superstore.

Wife went into Mastermind Toys inquiring about Lorcana Cards as it's out in some hobby stores.

Person who wife was talking to a short female with septum piercing was incredibly rude to her. Words my wife used was elite/snotty.

It's frustrating to see stores in the gaming community that try to gatekeep from people trying to explore a new hobby. My wife is brand new into the card scene and was interested in Lorcana because of Disney. Told her she should be able to find it at places that sold Magic or other games.

06-12-23: Bought a princess peach set there that had princess peach all over it and then in the fine print it said "princess peach not included". I tried to return it and they said no. I will have to stick to amazon or other places that give returns in the future. Unfortunately my review has gone from 5 star to 1 star: (

Here was my old review: Bought a Morphibian for my son for Christmas. It broke after using it for one hour. He was really disappointed. We called the store and spoke to the manager and they replaced it for us. Great customer service.

They close early and the lady in the in the store deliberately ignored me as I was trying to show her the time. It’s a shame that they are that careless about their customer service. Real shame

Excellent staff members! We were there right at opening on a Saturday morning. The staff members were so patient and kind and definitely went above and beyond to help us find the items we wanted! My son left the store in such a good mood that is sure to last for a long while! Thank you!
