Overpriced toys. Staff are friendly. Unfortunately not a great place for following instructions, or common sense.

Return policy is very bad. I bought a toy for my kid on the occasion of his birthday. When I tried to run the toy at home, I felt embarrassment because that toy was malfunctioning. One day after, I re-visited the store and gave them demo of malfunctioning and ask for refund. They gave me gift card instead of refund because the toy was opened.
The question is how would I know the working of the toy without opening it?

Very disappointed with the refund policy. Items were rung through twice, so I was over charged! Apparently you can't get any refunds. So now I'm stuck with double priced items!

The person at the till was awesome, helped me find the Lego I was looking for and then wrapped it for me. Top notch service and great selection!

Have been buying puzzles and Legos here for the last few months and the staff is always very helpful, had an especially good visit on May 13th and Will was very friendly and enthusiastic

Great staff at this location. Always willing to help and answer questions. Only downfall to this location is lack of merchandise. Which I realize is a corporate problem and nothing to do with this stores staff, etc.

My 2yo child had an absolute blast exploring and looking at all of the toys! The store was very clean and organized, the staff were also kind and helpful. We had a gift card that brought us in, but we will definitely be back again!

I LOOOVE this store. They have everything, including things you had no idea you were looking for. Books, LOLs, calico critters, beautiful soft dolls and dolls for older children plus accessories. They have, games, scooters, electronical toys, SQUISHMELLOWS! Everything.
