For my most recent contract with MatchBox Consulting Group, I worked very closely with Chris Otisi, Business Development Manager. Chris was very efficient, communicative, and helpful in ensuring that I was well-prepared for my new role.

The team at Matchbox is courteous, professional and well meaning. My interaction with them has always been very positive and supportive. I would highly recommend them for assistance in finding a temporary contract within an organization. The only downside is being in a long-term contract, and Matchbox does not provide extended health benefits, or dental coverage.
Many other placement agencies offer these benefits to you if you are in a contract that is over 3-months, but Matchbox does not offer benefits, thus I gave them a lower rating.

The team at Matchbox have been an outstanding partner to help get me in with my dream company. They have been easy to access for any questions on pay slips and tax documentation and happy to oblige when I have questions.

They have been very friendly and professional throughout our correspondences. When you sometimes have weird cut off periods or your manager is busy/away, it can be hard to get timesheets on time. This is a great company to work with. They have many great, terrific and professional people working for them; people like Nikki, Cherish and of course Jay. They always come through for you and are always very supportive. If you are lucky to have a chance to work with Matchbox, you will understand this.

Spent way too much time working with them as a candidate to one of their clients, the entire process (2-3 hours for phone screening / initial interview) (2-4 hours for technical test) didn't even speak to the client before being requested to do a tech test.

Would not recommend this to a candidate. A tech test should not be 4 pages long.

I get contacted every so often by email explaining how I have what the "Client" is looking for. The consultant sets up a phone call time and no follow through from the consultant. Getting old. Not that I need employment but it is nice to explore whats out there. So. As far as reliability thumbs down.
