We feel incredibly lucky to have had Matt and his team by our side through the process of getting our first mortgage. My partner and I went to two large banks before my realtor recommended Matt and she was so right - he was able to get us a better rate than both of the banks, plus he provided much more clarity and knowledge about the whole process. I have asked Matt to secure my mortgage before jumping jobs. My new job was going to be lower salary so I asked Matt if this was ok for my loan. He said yes. I removed my purchase condition back in Jan 2018 I worked my old job until Feb 5th so he had a whole month to have my file ready. Believing everything was taken care of I went on my over seas trip for a whole month. When I came back on Mar 16, I asked Matt if my mortgage was ready. Guess what he did not have anything ready for me; even thou he knew I was switching jobs. When I told him to do something he did not do it and tried to blame it on me. Telling me it is a fraud to have done so. Why didn't he tell me the truth in the first place?: I do not know. He came back wtith 9% loan instead of my mortgage. So I fired him for not being professional. Now he is not releasing my property appraisal to my new broker. I do not know what is your problem but instead of not answering my phone calls and texts you should have done your job in the first place. He failed and I do not recommend this guy to anyone at all

Matt has worked extremely hard to find me the best rate possible and putting me in a mortgage that best meets my personal and financial situations. I would recommend him to anyone. Pleasure to do business with!
