Had diner here, and it was delicious! I highly recommend their drinks and cocktails, and the customer service was great!

Food was great. We were there on Monday during lunch time and they have special lunch combos, which have good quantity for two people.

This is our favourite restaurant in Kamloops.
When you come, try the Pakoras and any of the korma dishes… For that matter any of the main dishes.they make any holiday, season, a special occasion!

We have been in several times over the years. Food is solid. However, the prices keep going up to the point where the value for dollar doesn't make sense. The menu has also changed and not for the better.

Good jain food. Tasty and delicious. One of the best dinner I had in Canada since arrival about 10 days. Sambar and cabbage curry were superb.
Roti and other items were also good but sambar and cabbage took the first place.

It was just amazing, we went there last night and were a 13 people group. They stayed open 1h later for us, we felt no rush, they were just amazing. The food is typically Indian and the taste is perfect. They also have a good wine and beers variety.

We were greeted right away with warm hellos and kind smiles! The owner was so kind and came over to explain some of the background of the restaurant! It was very interesting as my partner and I have little experience with Indian cuisine. The customer service was immaculate! The food, gave me goose bumps. They specialize in flavoured drinks with natural and pure ingredients and they made us a rose petal spritzer which was incredibly good. We ordered a bunch of different dishes to try because we are very experimental with food and love to try new things! They were helpful to tell us a little about the foods before we ordered and were patient and happy to educate us.

They asked us “How could we ensure your service is better for next time, be picky. ” That in itself is so admirable… the effort they put into their service is something to be learned from. AMAZING. I recommend to try Maurya’s even if spice isn’t your thing… because they have great spice options! Pick your spice level and you got it!

Left a 30% tip…it was that good.

We had a family gathering at Maurya's and it was a memorable evening. The servers were very attentive and supplied us with lots of interesting tidbits about the ingredients and the Indian region this food represents. There are lots of interesting drinks and although a little pricey are worth the experience as they are quite different! We will definitely go back and this is in our opinion the best restaurant for Indian food!

We had a great experience at Mauryas. Went there for dinner. They are very hospitable and the food was outstanding.

Maurya is a hidden jewel in the heart of Kamloops downtown. A family own and run business, very personable with great food, drinks and service. Anushka gave suggestions on the rose mocktail with real rose petals that are hand-picked from the local farm and also on the food choices. Definitely recommend.

We enjoyed an amazing lunch at Mauryas rest bar banquet today. We ordered the feast #3 and everything was top notch. The servers made me 2 amazing mocktails that were so delicious with awesome extra steps as a cardamom spray on the lemon spritz drink and a rose water spray on the rose drink they shook on ice and had hand picked dried roses on top. Lovely atmosphere and awesome service. We will be back again. Thank you Dilip cheers

This restaurant is located right downtown and has a great atmosphere. The food has always been tasty and the specialty drinks are very popular. I'm looking forward to more!
