Pleasure dealing with this shop. Kevin and the team went out of their way to make my repair as easy as possible. No other shop would even look at my truck for at least 1.5 months but even though they were busy they found time and took it in. 5/5 for everything. Thank you again Kevin.

Don't trust this place. My gf's car had a hit and run and because no-one has come forward they are blaming her saying she must of hit something. If we do catch the people icbc and this center will be seen in court.

I recently moved from Quebec to Abbotsford. In QC it's not required to have a front license plate. So I went to this body shop to have it installed. A very nice gentleman kindly guided me to chevy dealership to buy a plastic adjustment first. After I bought it and came back, it took about 15 minutes for them to install it in the front of my car. When I asked the gentleman how much do I owe you, he responded: "Nothing, it's on us. Welcome to Abbotsford". Such a class act, such a community builder. I never had any kind of experience remotely like this during 8 years living in Montreal. I will go nowhere else for anything in relation of cars.

Spectacular service! Maximum Collision has the kindest and most friendly staff, and I received excellent communication throughout the repair. Completely satisfied the work done and the length of repair time. This is the only place I will take my car. Thank you again for the wonderful service!

I have been dealing with chronic car issues these past couple of years (seal coming off around the windshield of my Toyota RAV 4). The previous autoglass repair shop failed to fix this issue twice, when they were the once who caused the problem to begin with. I grew frustrated and recently, I randomly stopped by the Carstar collision & glass service shop on Emerson Street. I was greeted by friendly attentive staff, who made it clear I was going to be taken care of, and they would try their best to see me leave as a satisfied customer. I felt heard, like I mattered. Within minutes, the owner of the shop and his staff took care of the car and the problem, at no cost. Repairs were done in a timely fashion with a friendly & professional approach. I would totally return to this shop and trust their work, should my car need other repairs in the future. Thank you to the team at Carstar- you really gave me hope that, customers and a job well done still really matter! I am grateful!

Helped me out on Sunday when undercarriage protector was falling off as I travelled through Abbotsford to the Interior. Thanks for the friendly, complementary service Carl!

I took my car to repair it and they gave me a courtesy car to drive.
When I returned the courtesy car the employee at the shop inspected it very careful. She even rubbed her finger on a spot she thought would be a chip but she said it was a dirt.
The next day the owner called me and send me I long scratch and accused me that I did it.
I told him your employee inspected the car very carefully and the car did not have any scratches. I said obviously the car was damaged when they were washing or move it at their car lot.
You have to be careful when you return their courtesy car.

This place did a great job at fixing my windshield. The broke it by mistake when fixing my car and replaced it right away and now because of rock chips and the windshield breaking, they replaced it again through ICBC but they drove me back to my home and even delivered the car to my work after it was ready and on top of it all, they cleaned my whole car, inside and out! Definitely worth going to as they care about their customers!

I had my car broke into and needed to drive back to kelowna and Carl and his staff helped me out and got me back on the road. Carl also got me hooked up with a shop in kelowna to replace my window.

Great team that does work extremely fast. They even took it upon themselves to touch up some rock chips despite me bringing my vehicle in for a totally unrelated incident. Second time I've used them and there will definitely be a third!

Derrick was awesome to deal with. Saved us close to $1600 on a repair. They tried their hardest to keep the costs low and definitely came through with their promise. I would highly recommend maximum collision.

First time I went here. My experience wasn't super, but that was several years ago and the last 2 years I have taken my car to them because they are open and most reliable to respond in Abbotsford from my experience. Every encounter in the last 2 years I have had have been great, friendly, and very responsive from the staff to my concerns, questions, and issues. I would recommend this business as my go to as a student and local.

Recently had my truck worked on here. Derek
his and team did an fantastic job. Anytime I called for info the receptionists were polite and helped me in a timely manner. My truck looks brand new and they went above and beyond to detail minor aspects! Overall excellent experience and I would recommend to anyone!

Work quality is sometimes dubious (breaking clips and double sided taping vanity parts back on), but they have always fixed their mistakes. Customer service is a wash, makes it all kinda average.

I would have given a 4 possibly 5 star review. The customer service is what did made it a two star. I took my car in for a back windshield. They needed some tint to get that in they made me extremely happy getting it in fast, this is the 4 or 5 stars. Got me in cleaned my car for me. Gabe me a courtesy car for their mistake. Thia is why they get a 2 star rating. Installing my window they broke my motor and wiper making a 4 hour or so day into two daua without my car. No real apologies from the person who called me instead it was hey yiy get a new part ouyof it. How about you my car instead? I didn't get my car till late in the day, being that they made a mistake you think they would try to get the parts as early as possible. I get a phone call to get my car. When I ahow up, no apologies for the mistake, no acknowledgement of anything really. I was even told that they would buff some scratches out. They washed it. That's it. Had they been like hey sorry, here's an aiefrrahnair I wouldn't be writing this 2 star it would be a 4 star. Hell just a acknowledgement would have been nice.

Highly recommend this friendly and efficient shop; after replacing my windows they detailed the vehicle and replaced a blown out dashboard bulb at no extra cost.
