I requested them to provide me the copy of document with signature to prove that I have purchased car replacement insurance. But they hided their face.

Requested to cancel Vehicle Replacement Insurance and received no response. Still waiting. Will update once I have cancellation

I think this is my third year renewing my auto insurance with Tracy over the phone. She's really great, and Maxaam makes it so easy! We're going to reach out regarding our home and business insurance come renewal time.

Melanie is one of a kind and goes above and beyond. She truly takes care of her customers, and looks out for their better interests. We went to multiple companies to see if they would search out the best price through their insurance providers. They would only deal with 1 provider, and were not willing to reach out to anyone else. Melanie went the extra mile, for us, searching multiple insurance providers to seek out the best price for us, and saved us lots of $$. Didn’t pick this insurance as the dealer had them come over for new vehicle purchase. Made it clear their price seemed oddly high. Sure enough next day my usual insurance tells me “yeah they added replacement cost insurance” for nearly $500 a year extra, not needed and didn’t run it by me or ask if I’d like it.

Friendly team always available to help with my insurance. Best insurance company in Langford, BC by far! Will use them again.

Called to ask about a letter I received for my car insurance and every single time I asked a question I was met with a 20 second silence followed by a smug response which eventually turned into go to ICBC and figure it out yourself very unprofessional.

Had just paid off a new car from the dealer, and went in to cancel the insurance of the vehicle to reinsure it with different coverage.
And the trainee cancelled the insurance off our other BMW Instead of the recently paid off car.
So now had to reinsure my BMW and pay for new insurance, that was now $15/month more. And then had to pay for insurance on another car, which should have been pretty easy to figure out from the get go.
Their rates are way higher then other places and wouldn't do anything about canceling our other vehicles insurance. What a waste of time and a joke
