You desire kindness, consideration, love. This is no ordinary dentistry. It is absolutely above and beyond.

I went here when I was in college and struggling financially. It was by far the most painful cleaning of my life. I left the office balling because I was quoted over 7000 dollars worth of "essential work" that I did not have coverage or funds for. Luckily I was able to find an amazing dentist who felt I only needed 86$ worth of work and I have been going to him since. This place felt incredibly greedy with no heart.

The cleaning was such a great experience as a patient. The service and communication of the staff definitely goes above and beyond what I expected. The dentist was friendly and professional. I can't wait to go back for my next cleaning!

I live outside of Victoria and had a dental emergency on a holiday weekend and couldn't get in to see my regular dentist. Christina at reception promptly addressed my concerns and arranged for
Dr. Yen to remotely diagnose and treat the (recurring) issue. They even checked in on me throughout the weekend to see how I was doing! Excellent service!

Dr. Standish was amazing during a difficult and lengthy procedure.
"Oh, hello! " Her casual greeting immediately puts you at ease.
The support staff are great too.

Seek second opinions. I felt rushed, like my questions were an inconvenience and like it was the 1950s because he has no idea what care should look like in the 21st century. Dentists and doctors please STOP calling patients sweetly, hun and touching their limbs. It’s uncomfortable not comforting. I did not feel like my dentist was giving me all my options and was basing opinions off assumptions and possibly what would cost the most. I am not happy with the care I received here.

Dr. Yen and his amazing assistant Carly gave me my smile back! I couldn’t be more pleased and impressed with the service they provided!
The entire staff there are fun, professional, efficient, displaying incredible teamwork and trust!

I've always had dental anxiety but Dr. Tubio, Amy and Alyssa are very reassuring and ensured I was comfortable the entire time. Would highly recommend this office to anyone who asks! Reception staff is also amazing! Always working with smiles on their faces

My experience at Mayfair Dental has been nothing but amazing! The staff are always so friendly, starting from the receptionists to Dr. Tubio himself.
The best part is that they make you laugh and enjoy the appointment, always ensuring you get enough freezing.
If you need a knowledgeable dentist with a great sense of humour, you need to see Dr. Tubio!

I have not been to the dentist since 2004 and had a super experience yesterday at Mayfair dental. As I fear the dentist and really would rather never go, it was very difficult to even get up the courage to go. I was not the easiest for the staff to deal with (very sorry) but they all treated me amazingly and caring and with patience. I thank the staff of Dr. Stankoven (receptionist) and Beverley (Dental assistant) and of corse the super caring treatment from Dr. Stankoven. Wow I did it! - Only because all of you caring. Dr. Sandridge and Darlene completed my root canal yesterday and I cannot say enough great things about my experience with them. I was very nervous about getting it done as I'm not good with pain and it was my first major procedure/surgery of any kind!

Both Darlene and the Dr. Made feel so comfortable and that I was in great hands. During the procedure they asked me many times if I was doing ok, not just waiting for me to say something. They also talked to me and didn't act like I was just a slab of meat sitting on they're table.

Even though I was so nervous of the pain, Dr. Sandridge did AMAZING job of making my root canal pain free. Again I can't say enough good things about both of them! If I need any dental work from now on I will be going with Dr.s' team! Thanks you so much for making this an experience I'll look back on with a smile and not another bad dental experience!
