Had gel polish application. The girl applied it all over my cuticle and it looked awful. Never go back!

Got a lash lift done by Tyra, she did a great job and was super professional and friendly! Results were great especially considering I have stubborn stick straight lashes!

Love this new place! Always felt so welcomed when I come in here and they always give you the best advice/suggestions here when you get your nails done. I was a loyal client to MBL when they first opened, always booked with Lena and Cynthia. Took a 2 year hiatus, and went back today to realize the Salon has gone downhill.

Booked a gel manicure, and 10 minutes into removal of my current shellac, Kelly, my nail tech drilled into my cuticle - it’s now bleeding.i flinched and somewhat pulled away but she didn’t even say sorry. She proceeded to keep drilling my existing shellac down to my nail and the day nail bed got really hot cause she was pressing down. Ultimately just stopped the appointment and left after a disappointing removal. (fyi when removing shellac the proper way is to drill off the top coat and let it soak in acetone)

Also super awkward because the receptionist was really rude to the nail tech. He sounded like a teenager annoyed at his mom “Kelly why did you tell me it was a hard gel removal if it’s shellac? ” (said in a snarky way)

bad experience overall and will not be going back.

Gigi is the queen of lash extensions. She does such an amazing job and is so gentle every single time (I've fallen asleep every time). She is the only one that I will let touch my lashes. Highly recommended. Thanks again boss <3

MBL has the best staff! Everyone is kind and caring and ensure you are happy with the results. They have become like friends and it’s always a great visit.

I am surprised that they don’t really know how to shape the toe nails. They use regular cutter instead of toe nail scissors and refine the shape at the end by filing it. Also the girl cut it too short for me. It looks rather short, and not pro. The overall experience is slobbish work.

Been coming to this nail salon for quite some time now. Thank god for Tom, not only does he give excellent customer service but his quality of work is out of this world. He is gentle yet super efficient. I made a mistake by getting my nails done by someone else - it was poorly done. Thanks to Tom for coming to my rescue!

Not recommended, should give 0 points. The nail popped off the edge within a few days. Went to inquire and was told they only last 7 days on their nails, but they didn't say a word while I was doing it. I don't know if the agreement downstairs is really the paying customer, anyway, don't be fooled.
Poor job. Highly recommend NOT to go to this place, score 0/10.for 1 their gel only to last 7 days. And 2 they will not tell you that when you choose the service.
I had my gel nails done at 17th of Jun, few days later gel started to peeled up. Other nails place said it’s because the gel was not sealed properly at the edge.
I confronted with the employee, he denied he did poor job then told me the gel nails only supposed to last 7 days which he failed to mention in the beginning.
I wish no one else waste money on this place like I did.

May at MBL Artistry is Amazing! She did such a great job with my nails. She definitely paid attention to detail which I really appreciated! Normally a lot of nail salons do 2 coats but she did 3 coats which I love love love! I highly recommend this nail salon! 10/10

I've been coming here for over a year now. I use to just get gel manicures but my nail girl, Vi recommended a hard gel overlay. It's amazing how long my nails last instead of coming every 2 weeks for a manicure I can go 3 to 5 weeks with hard gel.
