I'm waiting at the door for ten minutes for them to open today, Saturday, August 19,2023 (our dryer repair guy comes on Monday) and I come in and the employee has ALL the dryers used up doing her own laundry. She said it'll be 20 minutes! I said "don't customers come first"? I then had to ask her to release ONE dryer, as she was making no move to help out. It's obviously fine to do your laundry at work when you work at a laundromat, but it's not ok to take over ALL the dryers.

I sent a pant for washing and I picked it up "ready" after a week, when I got home and unpacked my pant to wear for something important, I noticed it was full of stains that weren't there before dropping them off there. It's been more than 2 weeks and I haven't been able to pick it up because they haven't figured out how to remove the stains.

Very dirty. Do they really know about customer service? The short girl at counter should learn some manners. Very rude and mannerless. We literally called them 3times but she could not hear as she had airpods on.

Prices increased since I last used. Building crowded with old machines, 2 out of 3 doors locked. People can barely move around. I think this is hazardous should there be an emergency.

Not happy with this place. Place says open till 5 pm My husband went there at3pm and was told he couldn't washout blankets. If your open till 5 pm. Then you should change your sign stating your closing at 3pm
