McCleaners Drycleaning & Laundromats

Closes way to early, supposedly it closes a 7pm but if you show up at 5: 15 you are not allowed to put even a small load because they tell you no loads started after 5pm. Most people do not even get home from work until 5 so when are we suppose to do laundry, weekends are busy so forget about doing laundry on those days. The businesses are not well maintained, terribly dirty. I have been using the one for over 9 years, there are areas inside that have so much dust and dirt. WHY do they not clean the premises?

We seriously need a new laundromat in this city, a clean one that has working machines that are kept clean and where the employees are helpful and not visiting with friends or sitting on their phones. They COULD be cleaning instead, they don’t get paid to chat with friends, text and play games.

This had to have had the most absolute rudest staff I have ever encountered in a business. I would never come here again. Their prices are absolutely exorbitant and their machines are all broken down. Definitely would not recommend even under worse circumstances. It's not worth it. The owner's definitely needed you to do some spot checking on their staff and they would understand that their staff is ruining their business

Service sucks, half the machines are broken, disgustingly dirty and full of junkies that steal your clothes. Yeah, who knew junkies did laundry

Given its a business and its getting harder and harder to find laundromat in Kamloops. The owners are doing the best they can to keep open but still run a business. They were always friendly and accommodating so that people could do their laundry while still running their other business which was dry cleaning next to being a laundromat.

Closing time is at 7pm. Last load is at 6pm. Why was I turned away at 545pm? I work and am from out of town, rushed to make last load time to do my laundry.
Wouldn't have used a dryer if only to have clean clothes for work. It is unfortunate that this is the only option. Bad business, unhelpful staff. Because of this I was forced to go and purchase more clothing for work.

Multiple broken machines just left without covers, place is a mess and the service is dire. Had to wait for change while the worker stood on her phone talking knowing I was waiting. This place washes clothes, don't expect good service or a clean atmosphere.

We used the washers and dryers. Washers did not spin the water out and the dryers did mot dry the clothes. Very expensive. Had to go to another laundry mat to dry the clothes. Would NOT recomend this facility. Walked out very frustrated.

I just went there to use the big machine to wash a sleeping bag and just found the place not very clean. It was not very clean

Kamloops desperately needs a new laundromat. This place is old, grungy, a lil dirty, and definitely over priced. I paid $6 today for a load in the wash making me pay nearly 8 bucks including the dryer. Very disappointing, new laundromat please pop up soon.

If i could rate this a -10 i would. I dropped a jacket off march 11th to have a zipper sewn in, the armpit mended and for it to be cleaned. When i called im august inquiring about my jacket i was told it was all ready to be picked up. I went to collect my jacket, got home and when i opened the wrap noticed that the armpit was never mended and the zipper was bunched along the seam and it didn't line up at the top. I yelles at the cashier and called another store in town and they told me that the owner would go pick it up and have it back within 2 weeks. I calles today to see what was happening with it and was told that it was there and ready to be picked up. I opened it in the store and it has not been fixed. They also wrote on the receipt that they had left a msg sept. 13th and the 20th, which is untrue. I told her i wanted my money back. Left called the other store and told the girl to let her owner know that he should look for a new line of work. Worst service ever
