Went to go buy a bucket of balls. Lady at the reception tells me the signature on my card doesn't match the signature I provided on the receipt (keep in mind that the pen she gave me did not work on the glossier paper the receipt was, so she was essentially looking at an engraving into the paper). I show her a picture of my ID with my face and name matching the card. She proceeds to swipe through my photos for another photo ID to find a picture of a signature without my permission.
She then tells me that she has 27 years of banking experience and that this was not acceptable. I tell her to give me another pen as the one she initially gave me had no ink/didn't work on the glossier paper. At this point, she grabs another piece of paper (not the glossy kind), and scribbles all over it, screaming "NO INK? NO INK? ". I tell her that it's a different type of paper. She ignores me. I then explain to her that my signatures in fact do match, but she refuses to listen. Also refuses to accept another signature or a step-by-step on how I write my signature so that she can properly compare again.
Extremely unprofessional staff. Never have I had this much trouble buying an 8 dollar bucket of balls anywhere.

Older white women at the front desk was very rude seemed to be racist and gave me a attitude from the moment i walked in i do not recommend coming here, not family friendly if you're front desk will be rude to young customers.

I've hit about a million of their balls. Unfortunately, the balls are in terrible shape now, and the "new" balls are limited flight. It's hard to work on yardage with flight reduced balls. Great to keep you moving, though!

Staffs are super nice, always greet you with a smile. Mats are in good shape, plenty of rubber tees are around. Balls aren’t the best though.

The staff have terrible customer service here. We needed to rent a club; my partner is right handed and the staff member said I should rent a left handed club as that’s my dominate hand. As soon as we got out and I tried holding the club, I could tell it was wrong and that I swing right handed. I returned the left handed club within 1 minute of picking it up. They wouldn’t refund my money, or give me a few extra balls to hit. Never experienced such greed and lack of customer service.
