I ordered an Earl Grey tea and a coffee.my paper tag said Earl Grey tea. I waited 10 mins instore to get 2 COFFEES and since I was already late I didn't notice till I drove away. So I got no tea and was late for babysitting and I was very not pleased. Your staff CAN'T read a simple paper tag. I already avoid this place for the horrendous lineups it is known for now I will avoid it because of horrendous wait times and can't read a SIMPLE order

McDonald's coffee is usually good! Here the coffee quality is hit and miss. I think the employees are hitting the button to keep it warm and not making new coffee when they're supposed to. Makes for bitter unpleasant coffee: (

Diet Coke. Light Ice. How hard is it? Not root beer, not a bottle of water, not a mix of coke and frutopia. Diet. Coke. Light. Ice. Go back to school. Go home, have a nap, come back to work refreshed and give me what I ordered. For the love of God. Even Tim Horton got it right! TIM HORTONS. They never get anything right. Step up, McPricks. 1/10, man.

I know you guys are working on minimum wage and I respect that. Today I ordered diet coke and burgers. The diet coke had sprite or too much soda in it that it doesnt taste like coke. Please try to check your machines. I dont know the reason but its pathetic.

Good eats and service with a smile and I didn't feel as if I was being judged unlike any of the local tim Hortons in Langley.

Very standard, rushed and inconsistent for food quality.
Twice now I have been brought an incorrect order when asked to wait around the corner. This time I asked for a receipt and was aggressively refused. The woman at the window was adamant I not get a receipt for proof of what i ordered. I cannot stress do not go through the drive thru here.

Worst service ever! All tables are oily and dirty. No napkins available. When I kindly asked for more napkins so that I can WIPE THE TABLE BY MYSELF, the staff just ignored me for no fk reason. She heard me and had eye contact with me, and she asked me to wait then I had to stand there with my two toddlers watching her serving more and more customers without even responding to me any more! Not sure she’s racist or she’s just genuinely not a nice person. This place sucks! I’ll never come again.

Mobile ordered from langley to drive all the way to aldergrove, Sunday Aug 22 2021 to have some little snot tell me she wasn't going to make our order even though their 24/7, was quite rude about it. Told us she wasn't gonna make our order on her own, as if that wasn't her job. Same time, same location day previous and it was all good, apparently the person here today forgot her job was to make food and have watched her turn away over 10 customers now.

Poor service, even worse attitude from the girl working there and a compete waste of time and fuel.

Simple order and they couldn't manage it without my direction Parton order sitting under heat lamps for more than 5 min and rest of order half prepared waiting for rest of ingredients all served cold they had to remake I'm sure service is better than this normally but that day was an extreme fail. Personally I won't go to that location again.

Worst McChicken ever tonight, maybe 2 hours old? Cold fries. Not usually this way but really pathetic tonight. Big fail guys

All Mac's seem to "finish" the order before actually serving the customer

We arrived to a long line up at the drive-thru, and the board was glitching out on us. It was super hot outside and the person taking our order seemed a little harried. When I checked our order after getting it, we'd been given a chocolate sundae instead of a pink lemonade. I went inside to get it switched. The staff was quick to acknowledge me and didn't question the mistake but did tell me they were out of pink lemonade, so I asked for a raspberry one instead. When she came back she'd been able to make a pink lemonade after all. While I was waiting for her to come back 3 other staff members asked me if I was taken care of. I've eaten here a few times and this was the first time a mistake had been made on my order and they were quick to fix it and pleasant about it. The only reason they get 4 stars is because of the board, if it'd been working properly the mistake wouldn't have happened.

Consistently poor service and food accuracy. I recently tried to use a coupon and they were so confused by what the coupon was and rudely suggested I should have been more clear when I told them everything I needed to. They then messed up my order and didn’t give me a burger I ordered. I recommend going to a different McDonald’s.

What I recived this morning thru uber eats was disappointing. I paid $12 for the meal. Hardly any bacon hardly any lettuce. So poorly done. Waste of money. The staff who prepared this meal needs some training.

This McDonald is a good place to get yr food at, quick, clean and my order is always done right

Need training on staff working on large orders. Coffee carafe without cups/stir sticks/milk/cream/sugar? No good. When I asked the person who carried it out she said "did you ask cuz we stopped giving them out"

Clean location with great customer service! The drive way lineup is always massive but inside there's no lineup.

Friendly staffs, especially the person named Tylor. He is correct the system mistake right away and really helpful.

I visit this McDonald's location every couple of weeks for lunch, as I work nearby. They do a good job and they're consistent.

This McDonalds is the farthest thing from what one comes to expect from a McDonalds. The average wait from placing your order to getting your food is about 12 minutes, I've experienced over 20 minutes on many occasions. When you order inside they are clearing off all the order numbers on the screen so you have no idea what your order status is and because your order numbers aren't on the screen the staff forgets about you. The only thing this McDonalds is consistent at is making sure you wait for lengthy periods of time. If you value your time don't choose this location.

Food was cold fríes were way to salty I had to get rid of them. McDonald's quality and service is a 1 from 1 to 10 1 being the worst and 10 being the best.

Worse coffee ever! Quickly went through their drive-thru for a coffee thought of McDonald's coffee can never taste bad. I was wrong!

Sign says open 24hr but that's a lie.
Many times I have stopped to get a coffee and the drive through is always closed from approx 3: 45am to 4: 30am. MacDonalds updates their system around this time so they shut down the drive through so they don't have to offer a free coffee. Bad business Willowbrook McDonald's, shady kind of way telling us all to f#$k off until your update has been done.
