McDonald's

This is the best McD I have tried in BC! I am wondering why all McDs inside Vancouver taste terrible and way different from the ones outside of Vancouver!

Took half and half an hour to make me a happy meal because the people that work there have the iq of a porpoise with blonde hair and the sprite has so muck carbonation that if the ocean gate sub had one in it the people probably could have lasted a few more days the big Mac has 8x the calories that you need in a week and it tastes Iike sharpies the service was so bad they told me to kms after I asked for 3 waters and a 20 piece micnuggets that are probably made out of ground sped kids if you eat the cheeseburgers are as flat as the girls that run long distance in the Olympics and the ice-cream machine is broken all the time maybe you could teach the minimum wage slaves in there to fix it the cook looks like Freddy Kruger with an even bigger nose

Sigh! Again with the egg shells! More often than not I have found myself crunching down on egg shells in the egg McMuffin. I have been checking for some time now and didn't see any this morning. Surprise! My mouth found some in the middle of the egg, Gag! The English muffin was burnt as well. I'm done with breakfasts there! McDonald's has definately gone downhill!

Went and got food and dropped it off to my friend before going home and once again they forgot the dip for nuggets seems everytime they forget something I told joyce who said she was the manager that I wanted the dip aswell as fresh nuggets since other nuggets would be cold and could drop them off to my friend as I told Joyce but she didn't care about anything other than bringing the old nuggets in and she said can't do anything with out the old ones.so what than? Drive to friends grab old ones drive there than drive back to friends than back home gas alone not worth it. Honestly if this was first time I wouldn't care but happens often and they just don't care about there customers just a job to them and super rude.

HORRIBLE. Awful wait times. Garbage customer service. Never gets my order correct and never remembers no pickles I cannot imagine trying to go here with an allergy. Horrendous quality of their food the only thing I'll be eating here from here on out is their cold drinks.

Asked for mccrispy was corrected to chicken and had to reask for mccrispy at window to correct the corrections. The sandwich was dry and swimming in mayo, tasted burnt -the patty dark brown and puck-like. I really like crunchy chicken sandwiches so I made my twice a year McDonald's visit. Difficult and not a nice sandwich. Disappointed.

I find it really loud sometimes with teens misbehaving and blasting there own music. I don't blame the staff but it makes it harder for others

Zero hand washing between working cash register and handling food. Bare hands used to handle cheese and patties. Manager laughed when issue raised.

We all make fun of McDonald's in one way or another. But they look after there staff and there consistant. Love there coffee better then Tim's by far.

Got a sausage egg Mcmuffin, ran some errands, get home to eat my breakfast and find this chrispy burnt muffin on top. Gross. If i wanted burnt food i would of cooked for myself.

I like MC DONALDS because i get great coffee and great food and the employees that work there are so friendly and kind and they do a great job helping there customers out they greet you with a hello which i appreciate very much thank you so much for beening there for us

90% of the time fries are fresh and hot and the rest of order is correct. Fast friendly drive through:)

I go there for coffee before work, mostly I order the same thing. Only once was my coffee (med.double double) was luke warm&too much cream (pasty taste). Also love that 2 medium Fraps don't cost 16$

Tried their new delivery service and their driver ‘did not show up’. A refund also takes 7-10 days which is ridiculous. Overall a complete waste of time and money.

Got my order and the fries were cold. Asked if I could wait and get hot fries. I was told they were hot. (They were not hot) Paid them in full gave them back the food and will never go back,

Wishing that spoke fluent English. We are deaf and they don't speak English fluently and don't understand us and we don't understand us.

English barely understood, zero eye contact, patty 3/4 off burger, soggy pickles. In short, sub-standard, won't be going back

About as good as big company fast food can get, the service is understandably hasty, so I mostly order online or at the kiosk across from the counter, but in any case it's a wonderful place to grab a snack with friends or get a quick meal on your way home after work.

This visit was fast and friendly. Just got a few apple pies which I will say is a value deal at only $1.79+ tax for 2 pies

Who would think McDonald's could go wrong?
Staff is rude, and frequently the number board with my order ends up saying my order was served so they can hit their time limits while I wait an extra 5-10 minutes for my order

Mcdonald's. You get what you get. Teenage employees that don't really care if you said smoothie or shake and double check your order I bet it's close and there are no straws

This place keeps getting our orders wrong. Especially in drive through, make sure to check your bags for the correct contents. In what world a chicken burger equals a big Mac still needs to be explained to me.
Gave us the wrong burgers, small fries instead of medium. We always ask for book and apple slices in the kids meal, we got fries and a toy today.

They don't have the specials they appetize online, people working there are rude, and disrespecting locals who support the business. Worst restaurant

Drive thru sucks. Consistantly pulled over to wait for our meal. 9 times our of ten we have to wait. Even if it's just a latte. No one even in line up today.

I order two quarter pounders no pickle, I get two QPs no pickle but also no onions and swimming in ketchup and mustard, sooooo bad, very unhappy.

One of the better Macdonald's that I've visited in terms of cleanliness and service. The young employees who are behind the counter were efficient, kind and courteous. Bathrooms were clean which I appreciate as a consistent amenity of MacDonalds. The food is. Well. Macdonald's food, what else is there to say about that.

I frequent this place. Three times a week for sure. Staff pretty much has my coffee out the window before I can stop.

Good food hard to understand the workers from another nationality until they become more fluent in English.

Consistantly poor service at this location. Staff isn't friendly and I have yet to have them get an order right. Prices are also higher at this location. Probably the worst McDonald's I've ever been to, and for that reason I will not be going back.
