Disgustingly unclean location, there was an alarm in the kitchen going off continuously. The staff was busy chatting among themselves.fries weren't even salted.

This has to be the worst Mc Donalds around I used to stop there every Sunday to get a breakfast for my mum she loves the McGriddles. No more for 4 weeks straight no lattes no hot chocolate and last week no Mc Griddles. What a joke! Never going there again I suggest to anyone else don't bother.

Blood on floors, sink and mirror in the bathrooms, tables not cleaned, no ketchup in bags, one napkin given for my son and I, numerous trips back to the counter for items not in bag, just not a pleasant time here.

What McDonald’s doesn’t salt their fries and then rolls your eyes at you when you ask for salt? By the looks on everyone else’s face in this place they aren’t making too many happy people.

30 minute seating limit but it takes you 25 minutes to get your meal. Third time is a final time for me here.

Worst McDonalds experience ive ever had, ordered my food at the drive through, they did not get the order put through when i got to the window. I got frustrated and because of that they said they coupdnt serve me. I will never go back here.

Worst of all the McDonald's I've been to. The drive-thru ordering staff biasedly took the order from one side, as if they didn't even know the order, and started taking orders only after shouting, as if they didn't intend to take the other side. I don't know if I've been trained properly.

Multiple wrong orders. Ordered doordash> 20 chicken nuggets, did not receive sauce, ordered a double hamburger, received a regular hamburger. Previously received a mc flurry with a hair attached to the spoon. Seriously questioning the standards of this Mc Donald's

Update, Apr 24,2019: Still slow service, still messing up orders.and now, no ketchup, no straws, no napkins. Mr. McDonald, don’t you read these reviews?

Update, Aug 31,2021: Don't cut off customers when they're trying to explain something and "wish" them a good day. If you wish they leave, they may do it for good.

Update, Sep 8,2021: This place should be closed and the spot sold to Tim Hortons. 15 min for one latte? Unacceptable.

I can understand places our short staffed
I first used the app to order and do curbside pickup. It kept showing as unable to process-
I went in and ordered. Had to order something different because what I ordered was mobile only.
My two breakfast sandwiches came out rather quickly and then they sat and sat and sat for at least 10 minutes because they didn’t have any hash browns. Then waited for another person to pour a coffee.
It seemed they had enough staff but very unorganized.checking my banking I was charged for a breakfast that was cold AND for the mobile order I did not receive.

Look at the reviews. One of the WORST! Last time I EVER stop at a McDonalds. I even called and complained but was asked to bring it back. It's 430 am I was the only person in the drive through. Completely unnacceptable not just because it's littlerally burnt but because the rest of it is hard.

This has got to be the worst McDonald's I have ever visited. Just went through the drive through and they didn't understand how the mobile order works and they only had no pay window, so the line moved slow. Glad I wasted 12 minutes and have no coffee. This isn't my first poor interaction with this location either.

The filet fish was delicious. We watched the cranberry harvest earlier then an owl came to visit my backyard.

Have had many issues with this location. Many complaints. Most have had to go the the cooperate level. Most understaffed mcdonalds I have ever been in. Stay away unless your really hungry and double check everything before you leave. Mostly the dead fries they serve! On a positive the staff are friendly

The young man that took our order in the drivethru today was miserable (clearly was not interested in being there) and couldn’t get the order correct. I can understand if he was learning or having a bad day but we were more than patient and polite and he was still miserable.
He missed a drink (we caught it and they gave us one at the window) but then he shorter us 2 fries which sucks when you have 4 hungry kids.
That was probably the worst service I’ve gotten in years.

One of the slowest, if not the slowest drive thru's in the lower mainland. There will be 5-10 vehicles in line and it still takes a few minutes for someone to get on the intercom. Mostly based on evening experience after 9pm. Not sure why this location consistently has issues in 2020/2021. I've been sitting in line so long tonight I was able to complete this whole review and I'm not even at the pickup window yet.

Dbl quarter pounder and large ice water to go, no problem what is the problem at rotten Ronnie's in Poco by Costco and by the Safeway on lougheed, poor service no large ice water with my order and they also got mad

Drive thru was packed so I went inside to order on the self service machines. No hand sanitizer available, every one i tried was empty.

Drive thru orders took priority over inside orders which should not be happening during covid.

The inside was packed and no one was monitoring how many people were waiting. Almost impossible to social distance. Not impressed.

Super rude lady at the window. No ice supposedly for my drink. Asked her to please fill it up and she refused. No smoothies.to be able to order. Call and no one answers the phone. Brutal.why not tell people your out of ice.

Bad experience they over change me for me and my wife breakfast meals,
They changed me for medium drinks with aut asking me and when I ask the manager he told me if I don't like it to take my business somewhere else very rude and a professional.

Long line-up at drive thru so I went in.
Long wait inside too.
Told the gal I wanted a treat for my dogs. Ice cream w/o the cone.
She charges me for 2 sundas, plain.
Lil bit of ice cream, in 2 cups, $5.

I don't know what's happening to this particular location? ! I was ordering an ice coffee and they told me they don't have any except for the sugar free vanilla. So I said I would take one of those, they gave me a regular ice coffee with NO sugar at all ‍️ and they charged me for the vanilla!

Its a McDonald's you know what I mean, it's good and fast food, and it's always ok just dont do it everyday.

Absolute chaos. The right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing. There are in excess of 10 staff members in the kitchen as I’m standing here at the moment, and they’re all running around like chickens with their heads cut off. Meanwhile, there are 11 people standing by, waiting for their orders. The drive-through is backed up way into the mall as well. Save your time, and go somewhere else.

To management at this location; if you want to increase reviews and reduce costs fire every single person as no matter what time you come here they take a gourmet restaurant amount of time to prepare your order which they’re guaranteed to get wrong. Save yourself time and a headache and avoid this location at all costs.

I waited 20 minutes for a coffee and muffin.during that time people were walking in from the drive thru cause their orders were wrong.staff were rude and service was poor.the owner needs to get on top of things.the only reason they are busy is for the location not for good service.

Stood at the register for 10 minutes waiting to order. I would have used the kiosk but you can't sub different sauces on it for junior chickens. Staff were extremely stressed and understaffed which seems to be a normal occurrence here. Maybe hire a few more people? You sure as hell can afford it while paying poverty wages.

Went to this location this morning. Sat at the drive-thru order for quite a while before giving up. No one in line.no one took my order. Worst service I have ever had. Lost a customer this morning. I would give 0 stars if the system would accept it

Do not buy their McGriddles, this is not the first time it's happened where it's not cooked. Told the drive through person and she said she cannot give me a new one! HORRIBLE SERVICE.

Please double check your order before leaving. The employee constantly messing up order from drive through, dine in to delivery. I used to work at McDonald's and definitely rate them 1 star for their hardly working. Ice cream are melting and not filled up enough (fries too), missing patty in my sandwiches, deliver meals are all randomly from others, and employees are slow (sorry but it's true)

Horrible service I ever had! Had mobile orders for curbside pickup and waited for 35 minutes, called in and been asked to go inside to pick up. Due to COVID, I'm not comfortable to go inaide, so drove through instead. Their attitude was horrible and implite, they passed the foods to me super rude, dropped the drink just right on my car door and didn't even say sorry, then repassed a new drink and closed the window immediately and pretend didn't see me! I would give their service negative star if I can! Besides, the foods have been sit there for over 35 minutes, tasted horrible especially the fries! Moreover, this location has always provided the wrong orders, or missed your orders. Overall experience, I would definitely not recommended! I would suggest the store managers or the owner of this location to provide better training to the employees. Unbelievable!

Hands down worst McDonald's experience X2. First time intent through drive through the wait was 26 mins but the staff who took payment and gave us our food were apologetic for the wait and said they weren't ready for the lunch rush.ok these things happen but I'm thinking probably not a second time so I just went there this morning and after waiting in drive thru for 10 mins and not moving I parked my car and went inside instead to find a large group of people either waiting to place an order or waiting for their food. Immediatly I see frustrated faces and heads shaking. Staff are heard very loudly having conversations but only one guy at the counter so as it become my turn to order the one guy taking orders tells somone "I have like 7 orders can you call_. " another staff member who I thing is the manager/lead this shift tells him to stop taking orders? He ends up taking my order but seems preoccupied and then people behind me were told to just wait. I see a guy approach the counter and he is told "you are just going to have to wait I have to fill this guys order first" (referring to another patron asking after his order) very rude. I then notice after waiting 10 mins people are getting single coffees (wow u would think we were waiting on large food orders) I then notice all the order numbers in including mine are cleared from there screen but I have no food as well as others.so I approach the counter where I see a bag and a coffee but not sure if it's mine as it's not marked. Its takes me a few mins to try to get the attention of a staff member and I ask is this mine and show her my receipt. She peeks in bag and says yes but is rude! Another guys tells her his number was cleared too but no food.she asks what did you order? He ordered way before me. They forgot my water and I just left as I was Sooo frustrated at this staff members attitude. Also thanks for burning the bread on my breakfast sandwich.waste of time, money and frustration. I'm sure I'm not the only unhappy. Customer this morning. I pulled out of parking lot and noticed the truck that was behind me when I left drive thru line was still at the order speaker and 2 other cars left line

Ordered tomato mozza chicken.chicken tastes of oil recycled a number of times and 4 the tomato, got a small slice, barely 2cm in diameter. Gave it back and 7 minutes later got the same thing, yet again!

I don't know exactly when it happened, but McDonald's has gone downhill something fierce. It's one thing to have lowered expectations when it comes to fast food, but it really feels like McDonald's has just given up.
Of the 6+ people we saw working, 2 argued about who was going to take our order. Neither wanted to. One I wasn't even sure if she was wearing a uniform, so maybe it was best she didn't serve us.
There was another guy walking around the food service area wearing a hoodie. He'd just rung in his own meal and went back to make food. I just hoped, since there was no hand washing, he wasn't touching my order.
The drink counter was covered in garbage. So were a number of tables.
Maybe stick to the drive-thru & pray they don't mess up your order while you wait.

Rarely visit McDonald's can't stand the food. Went in for just a coffee. 1 person in front of me took a total of 10 minutes to order my coffee and 15 to get it. Ridiculous

The split drive thru service was horrible. Two customers passed me before serving. I was asked to pull forward once I made my purchase. Six cars passed me before my order (for four people) was brought to my car. The only thing that doesn't make this review a one, is that the food was fresh.

Tl: dr if you're not in a pinch for time, one of the best McDonalds in our area.

I believe the crack heads in the dining room would do a better job than the current staff! The only way to order is the kiosk because the staff there are useless and will look at you for 5 min and do nothing.

I ordered two decaf coffee, and they were not hot at all. I asked for changing them into new hot coffee. However, they just seemed to pour hot water into already-existed coffee in order to make them hot enough. Coffee tasted like just water with sugar and cream. The most awful coffee I have ever had. McDonald coffee is very cheap but the quality is terrible. I am never going to get another coffee at McDonald again. Very displeased.

Lived in Pitt for 4 yrs. By far the WORST McD’s around. Was just there with my 1.5 and 3 yr old. 25 mins for food. Trash hadn’t been taken out that day. Bathroom was a pig pen. Of the 2 happy meals and my order they forgot both toys and my Angus burger.

And this was an improvement from our last visit!

This has got to be one of the dirtiest McDonald's I have visited. The main door looked liked someone had spat on it. There's garbage all over the drink fountain and most of the seats very filthy. The Apple pie we ordered were cold and hard.

It seems that any time I have made the mistake of visiting this location that they are out of the item I wish to order.

Worst run ever. They refuse to hire enough staff and the poor employee is run ragged. Avoid at all cost as management do not care

Clean, light, new remodeled, and comfortable dinning environment. Foods taste not bad. Foods temperature is good. Employees are nice, friendly, and helpful. Credit cards accepted. Waiting time is normal. Serve speed is ok. Public restrooms available. Free parking lot available. Located just beside Lougheed HWY.

Wow, over the last year this McDonald's in pitt meadows has got almost every single order wrong somehow, seriously people get your poop in a group, maybe management needs to retrain you people, it cant possibly be that difficult to get an order correct, here's a solution, GO BACK TO SCHOOL, your franchise is without a doubt the all time worst in the lower mainland, COMPLETE INCOMPETENCE.

Go back, explain the order, watch them throw first order away, wait again, check new order and go. " Fastfood ", pretty lame.

I drop by for a coffee. I was met with friendly prompt service. Coffee was fine and the restaurant was comfortable. The coffee was $1. Absolutely NO complaints!

Haha, when I went to ask for more condiments, I saw bunch of McDonald's cooks / sandwich artists, throwing a slice of cheese at each other and picking it up from the floor after couple of throws. I was curious so I watched a bit longer, and did not witness any of them washing their hands after. Thank goodness they didn't proceed to their next order. It was a very entertaining experience, but I'm probably never coming back for food.

You *must* check you order when going through the drive through, 9 times out of 10 it WILL be wrong.
