I didn’t get my junior chicken. They always mess up my order. And I mean every single time

Sunday morning stop. Went inside, small lineup so went to washroom.

Then placed my order, chatted with a local for a few minutes and got my order before someone else who had been waiting for over 12 minutes inside.

Down the hwy a bit I noticed my dark roast coffee was a DECAF.ug!

Manager there not doing a very good job on Sunday morning, which wasn't even busy.

Get it together Quesnel McDonald's, as next time passing through I'll go to Tim Horton's

Very nice place inside. Clean and friendly staff.
Food sometimes are served with a kid buns.

It's fast food. Used to be cheap and fast. Not either now although every burger looks thrown together. I avoid as much as possible.

No delivery don't waste your time filling out an order they won't deliver it. It's all a sham to get you to go pick it up. I can't get to my car it's under a mountain of snow. And I have a baby or I'd go for a little cruise.

Old review: They have a play place and table service. Convenient if you have children. Used to be a 5 star review.

New review. They've removed the play place and all registers except one. Everyone that works there seems lost like theyve never been trained. They removed the complimentary newspapers and wifi. The new decor looks sterile and lifeless. I took my son here once since the new renovations and hated it. This place screams give me your money and get out!

Well, I’d call and speak to someone but they’d have to answer their phones. Was kind of them to put an allergy label on saying no tomato or ketchup but I would have appreciated the actual tomato not be on there

Great service, went for fries but found out breakfast starts at 4 am.
Loving the hot fries.

Tried to get an early Grey tea with 2 milk and a shot of vanilla (aka London fog when others working). Told they don't do that like huh? It's tea with milk

What a schmozel- missing 4 items both coffees wrong, took a long time to get it sorted and coffee still wasn’t correct. With the price of grabbing a breakfast these days I will be skipping this experience in the future.

1 out of 6 orders are bound to be messed up. Check your food before leaving. Open it and check to make sure burger has all fixings. And coffee has the proper stuff in.

The same person that owns this McDonald's owns the Williams Lake McDonald's.
Seems no one answers their phones at either locations. When they finally answered at this McDonald's, I asked to have the person responsible for both locations to contact me back.
Girl that answered took my number but have yet to receive a call back.
Seems bad customer service reaches all the way to the top.

Pretty good for a small town McDonalds. Make sure to check your order before leaving because they often seem to get it wrong. Inside is generally pretty clean.

Edit! They claim 24 hours still and drive through is closed! Get it together!

The business updated their hours about a week ago stating that the drive thru is open Sundays from 12am-10pm. Two weeks in a row I have gone between these hours and they have been closed. Very unprofessional.

Love a good cheeseburger. This place is hidden off of the highway though, seemingly in the middle of nowhere.

Good place to eat for the family, just not for children in hi chairs. They don't have any right now

Cheap with their sausage in the breakfast wrap, probably had a total of three measly pieces in each wrap. Waste of money, this restaurant is trying to cut down on their costs or something.

Sometimes the food is not as good as it should be but definitely my go to for ice cream and fries

Needs a wider & bigger waiting area at the end of the drive-thru and have those constant potholes filled!

This place needs 3 windows:

1. For payment.
2. For pickup.
3. For correcting your messed up order.

The McDonald's order app could actually see your food get made before you get there. The way it is I dont see any benefit

I always get sweet n sour dipping sauce for my mcchicken nuggets and ONLY sweet n sour.well today, me and my family decided to go get mcdonalds as a treat.so, we went and ordered and we asked for the sauce because well, sweet n sour sauce is the best sauce ever.we got our food, not bothering to look for the sauce because y'know, it'll be in there we thought.we drove 15km back home and i was getting ready to engulfed my mcchicken nuggets with my favorite sauce.looked in the bag, no sauce.looked in the other bag, no sauce.i am very disappointed with this as now my mcchicken nuggets have no sauce to dip them in.

The only person in the restaurant, they forgot half of our food and our drinks. When we got our drinks they were wrong.

Food was ok, wish the b! Tch at the counter was professional and not act like I as the customer didn't have the right to ask for an error to be fixed. Then dropping a 2/3rds full pink slush in front of me.

Only McDonald's I've ever been to where they can't do more than one order per car. Told me to drive around to make a second order!

Loved the drive thru experience we had. The guy who took our order had a different accent each time he talked, was entertaining.

Sometimes my order is wrong nice staff decent atmosphere but not very special it's close to the pool though

This is by far the worst McDonald's from here to the Florida Keys. The service is horrible, the people who work there are really not into their job. Just bad experiences at this place time and time again

Fast, tasty and affordable. Can't expect much more when they give you exactly what they advertise. Keep it up, we will be back soon!

Usually they screw the order up but if u call u get a free meal and there drive three 1 and 2 stops do need to be re done and re paved there's more pot holes then on the west side

They only had one cashier running the front counter when I visited. And several people lined up.

This is a clean well kept McDonald's. The food is freshly made and not overly greasy. It has a great leaning post that's padded! Service is good.

When it comes to McDonalds, I think most people don't generally expect a high level of cleanliness. However, this location is most definitely well kept. Service has always been very friendly, as well.

Love this store but can rarely find my size in clothes or shoes & I am a pretty standard size!

Well the chicken wrap and salad was the worst food my hasband has ever eaten. He thought he was going to heave. He said he still couldn't look at the food there again.

Awesome burgers a little bit of a wait time usually but not bad, my puggo loves most of their menu esspecially the Cod wraps

The girl/ woman was not very nice taking my order. Then when I drove up, she did not open the window, so I went to front window. The guy at the front window asked me why I not go to first window. I told him the lady was not nice then did not take my money at window so I went to front window. I said again she was rude. His response was oh how nice. I said are you the manager he just laughed and dismissed me.
