Sub par food. Zero nutritional value. Corporate greed at its finest. Only reason to eat here is because you are strapped for time or no other options exist. Only reason I ever eat here is because i am strapped for time.

CLEAN YOUR SODA MACHINES. My dad goes here all the time and I’ve tried his coke he orders and it tastes like MOLD. He says it tastes like that all the time at this McDonald’s but he needs a drink with his meal and so he gets it anyway. I’m worried for his health and everyone on else who orders soda here. MOLD IN SODA MACHINE. HEALTH HAZARD.

Hours say it's open at 6 am but multiple days in a row now when I have come for breakfast just after 6 they have the doors locked and the drive through closed.

The food was good. The girl who took my order at the counter got really confused when I used a coupon to order some breakfast and then asked to buy a box of donuts on top of that and thought I was trying to use the coupon for the donuts. Had to get her coworker to explain it to her. But we got there. I've been to this place a few times and it's not always like this. The food is always as it should be and the look of the restaurant is pretty good.
I think next time I'll just use the kiosk to order though

Have had consistent great service from this McDonalds. Can be a bit busy, but seems decently fast even when it is busy. Would recommend.

Bad service, always missing food from my order and the employees are rude and refuse to give me their names or managers name

Its the McDonald's in the hood, I thought it was going to be a drug user hang out, like it was 2 years ago but I was pleasantly surprised there were no panhandlers no drug paraphernalia and lots of working class ppl.families and kids there enjoying a good meal

Got food poisoning. Ordered Chicken Nuggets & they weren’t cooked. Called the store & they didn’t care.
Fries & chicken were still cold/frozen.

It's McDonald's, nothing really new to expect from a fast food megachain. Food is fine during the day but can tend to be on the stale side during night shift. Staff here are always friendly, my go to for coffee which is pretty consistent

Horrible McDonald's with dumb policies. The policies of their restaurant does not match with the policies of their own app.

Drive thru. Fast. Received fresh hot sandwich. Parking lot was clean. Staff were friendly.

Likes to ignore customers who try to explain they don't have all there items they paid for

I normally only go here for breakfast, but the food is reliably good. I love that they use frozen concentrate for their Orange Juice instead of the canned juice that many restaurants use. The staff is friendly and attentive, and I love their addition of Christmas carols.

They just throw your meals together with no care about appearance, burgers and slapped together, I come here daily and 3 days in a row they messed up my order and gave me some random breakfast sandwich when I order the same thing everyday.

Crack heads hang out by the front doors and around the corner twaking out and bugging customers or making a scene.

Employees at macdonalds victoria Prince George are so rude, especially the girl who was working at Macdonalds drive through today. Our order was not displayed on screen, when asked her to double check the order, she responded so rudely junior chicken, ya we do everytime, we know everything. Is this the way they are expecting respect from us.
If you want to take respect guys first start giving respect.
Very disappointed today, these employees should be given warnings as they are spoiling the company’s name#Macdonalds

Visit daily for My coffee on my way to work. Typically wait forever and often they mess up on the orders. Most of the staff is friendly and happy.

They were really rude and racist! Did not like the service I got at all. Not a recommended place to bring your kids. Worst customer service ever!

Horrible memebers of staff. I was treated poorly and I was harassed. An employee from this mc Donald's named Zachery Simpson sliped in a note into my burger box which contained his Snapchat and when I decided to add his he was sending me explicit pics and messages. This is discusting mostly because im a minor. I can't get into contact with this mc donald and I want to sort this out because now im physically disgusted and honestly scared of Entering this mc Donald again

Every time we go there after 11 they are like oo our system is shut down for 20 minutes sorry… even if we go at 12 after 12 or even 1 am … right now it’s 1 am I just left from there the lady said our system is off for 20 minutes didn’t even asked to wait somewhere or anything… but why is the system always shut down… I feel like they don’t wana work and blaming the system helps

I will not go here anymore, there is no wifi, no outside seating and last time I went I walked in vomit, and they seemed to still want to take my order over the vomit I walked out not once but twice and walked almost a mile the other way to go to the other one with my three kids, nope, never here again, vomit issue has been acknowledged, even accessibility.you have to go around the street lights to get across is just ridiculous

Very friendly staff are the only thing that sucks is the fact that there's so many panhandlers out front that ask for money

Food is always hot when I order. My hubby loves the coffee. And it's VERY rare they forget anything.

They want to park any one and every one if there more then a 1 min wait for there order.as well as when u get parked u half to deal with pan handlers and i feel its very unsafe for staff members to be out dropping order after 9pm.if your lobby is closed no staff should need to leave the building for there safty

Food good but dpp never works well especially on game fay canuck big mac's. And twice I've asked an employee for the wifi password. Never given tje right one yet

My 14 yr old was assaulted by an employee and when RCMP went to see the surveillance he said they refused to show him. Now RCMP won't press charges so now we have to take extra steps to get this resolved.very angry parents.

Avoid this McDonald's in town. Staff and management are not friendly. For a better experience go to Massey location

Second time happen. FOOD IS GOOD BUT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE! ! BETTER TRAIN EM NICE SO THEY GET GOOD REVIEW. WRONG ORDER MANY TIMES! LIKE MARK IT 2: 30am (SUNDAY) THAT LADY WE ORDER AND GIVE US TH WRONG ONE AND SHE DID IT ON PURPOSE. VERY RUDE SERVICE! GAVE US ATTITUDE WE ORDERED NICELY BUT GIVE US THAT ATTITUDE!

I hadn't been to McDonalds since long before the pandemic. I was running errands on foot after a 12hr night shift on one of the first cold, wet, snowy, windy days of November. This McDonalds happened to be a possible last stop on my way home. I entered, then remembered I needed my vaccination screen shot from my phone. It took "forever" for my phone to turn on and wake up while I stood at a distance. An employee came over and politely asked me if I wanted to order and I explained what I was doing. Then my phone had zero percent power. I finally found the form in my wallet indicating I had both vaccinations. I showed it at the cashier and proceeded to order some fries. I then remembered that I had found out during the pandemic that artificial sweeteners were making me sick, so I had to change from my usual diet cola, which then caused further delay in my ordering.

This McD's is in a neighborhood with a higher crime rate. I was sleep deprived and disheveled and "looked the part". However all four employees that I interacted with were extremely professional, polite, patient and gracious. And the place was very clean. Well done!

Had to wait 20 minutes outside for a Mcflurry, when i went inside and asked about the delay, the manager apologized, and gave a refund for for meal for the hassle. Very polite and courteous management

Quick service, accurate order, no time wasted asking if I wanted something which I did not order in the first place.

The food was good, I especially liked the McFlurry. I'm just getting fed up with showing my ID.

Disappointment stopped here to have coffee with my cousin whom I only met for the first time in my life we went in so we could talk and visit they served us cold coffee I beleive they only cater to the drive throu

5 am October 27,2021. Pulled into the drive thru and it was closed. Signs all say Drive thru open 24/7? Had to go to Tim Horton's. Not impressed Mcdonalds.

They're decent but unfortunately they don't provide free wifi anymore. They took it away cuz my homeless community used it too often and because we weren't always paying customers, they punished everyone. They also pound out the opera music designed to drive away the loiterers. They've driven away all potential outdoor customers except drive thru. So they excel at drive thru, if they can understand your order and vice versa. There seems to be a consistent language barrier that's unaddressed but I've a feeling that's cuz they can't understand the complaints about it either. I can't rate it more than 2 stars cuz of that. But! Being that McDonald's sets the bar as the industry standard for fast food and reigns king as always, there are no surprises there.

Not much of a surprise that they've closed early.again! This is the worst McD's in town. Walked here to get the kids dinner and now have to walk back empty handed thx to them closing well before they're supposed to. If you're open until 9 then be open until 9. I got there at 8: 38 to find already locked doors. Perhaps the manager needs re-trained, some energy and a new watch? !

Was told to "just pull around the corner" at the drive thru. There were already 3 cars waiting in that area, leaving me with nowhere to park. They should really be keeping track of this, or telling us where to park when there is no room. Very frustrating.

One of the better McDonald's in Prince George, they really put some effort into those Big Mac's.

Drive through is a fustercluck for the uninitiated, and for people that are oblivious of their surroundings or who ordered before them and how to merge the dual order taking lines into one orderly line to pay and collect food.

Pls kindly tell your employees to listen when customers are ordering it happened twice and we dont get what we want to order. It seems that employee are in rush. THANKS.

Night manager doesn't wear her mask over her nose. Everyone else is fine. Coffee is what it is. Food is McDonalds, nothing to write home about.

I've seen the manager swear and yell at customers, threaten to call the cops on people who aren't making a scene, they were just peacefully making an order out he is extremely unprofessional, when I tried to read his name tag he took it off, the food was great when they were holding the covid standards more seriously, this* Mcdonalds is not our favorite location.

I just went through the drive through. Before ordering i asked if they had the coca cola cups for the extra value meals as this would determine what i ordered and was told that yes they did. I paid and got my food with no coca cola cups. I asked about it and was told that only the walmart mcdonalds offered the cups. Very disappointed as I ordered what I did specifically for the cups.

Go here if you like waiting 15 min for a big Mac meal after being sent to wait in the parking lot, only for the manager to sound very confused as to why you're waiting in the parking lot for your food in the first place (shes who parked me lol!)

This is not my favorite McDonald's location. Between the sketchy neighborhood it's located in, cleanliness of their bathrooms, and the fact that you have to assemble your own coffee if you order honey, there's a few things left to be desired.
Some of this franchise's shortcomings are likely a result simply of geography, but I find it's more worth my while to visit the 15th Ave McDonalds instead.

Very courteous, I see lots of safety measures of covid and always get what I want when I have to go there in person.

Friendly staff and prompt service. A real welcoming and professional atmosphere. Will definitely go back.

Decent service except for the 1 night staff lady who consistently forgets to stir my hot chocolate (which means I need to either drink the whip cream off the top of hot milk, or stir it in). I HAVE called & made complaints in person. The managers do their best to make it right, & said staff member bumps up her game, for a little while. I no longer bother going for my late night hot chocolates. I LOVE their fruit n fibre muffins, only got 1 that was slightly undercooked in the center.

Fast service not always good of getting the order right but that just shows we are people and not a vending machine lol

Second time I had a bad experience at this location manager made my wife cry I would avoid this place at all cost

Not this McDonald's but the one near the bank of Montreal the bo was so bad that I couldn't eat my food. I will never stop foot in that place again it was horrible.

Ate quarter pounder once last week and once this week and was sick after food goes right through for three days after both times NOT GOOD PEOPLE!

I keep finding lettuce in my McDonald's bag that's kinda weird cause I ordered a sausage Mc muffin and that has no lettuce in it this has happened 2 times.

It is like all other places these days. Getting iverrun by foreigners. Dont get me wrong. I am not against anyone. But i think english is our main language and i believe its rude of them to have a conversation in front of me in punjabi. Are they talking about me? Saying stuff about me?

The coffee is SO weak! Think they brew it through the same filter more than once. My coffee tastes like dishwater.

It's a nice consumer friendly place. My only problem is, which is specific to me, the MacDonald here have a very limited vegetarian menu and its kinda big deal to me

Good food for the price, when you have a coupon. I like that I can now customize what is put on my burger.

Not the best McDonald's in the world, but it still has food, so whatever. It's a McDonald's, what else did you want.
