One of the busier McDonald's in the area. This keeps the cooked food fresher instead of sitting in a heated drawer.

Good location and staff. Will be a little more busier now that the branch at Coquitlam Centre has closed down.

Mmmm, two dollar sundaes. How can you go wrong. I recommend adding both, hot fudge and caramel.

They made my order wrong, I politely asked them for a correct remake. The food I then received gave me the worst case of food poisoning I’ve ever had in my life. Absolutely under no circumstances should anyone eat here.

It's MacDonalds. I mean, I don't really know what more to say. We got victory fries to celebrate doing responsible things.

Recent 2 visits (drive thru) at this McDonald's, hair in fries, egg BLT bagel with the egg, pictures added. Ridiculous! Not one person wearing a hear net inside.

Was at this location at around 418am this am, Oct 29,2021, just gotten off shift, order a #2 sausage n egg evm, ask for it extra toasted due to when even i order it before the muffin always seems either under toasted or not at all.
Had to repete my order several times, when i finally got up to the drive thru window, and confirmed my order again as well as my request, i was told "ooo we dont do that", asked why not, was not given an answer, then another employee showed up and stated "the manage said no", again i asked why not, bringing up the FACT i had been at the store about five days before and it wasnt a issue, was told again, with a blank look, "we dont do that".

Other issues i have had at this store, hard/old nuggets, dehydrated onions rather the the proper real ones, even when specifically asked, as well as mold found on buns, have tried twice since gotten home to fill out the online complaint form and both times after i hit submit i get "oops, sorry something went wrong try again later"

Since the onset of COVID, service at a McDonald's has been on a steady decline. In a time when restaurants have been one of the hardest hit industries, o e would think they would beef up all areas of their business. Service is definitely a cause for concern. That being said, it's still a great on the go snack!

Changes review from a 5. We waited for 15 minutes in the drive through. Ordered through the App. They made us park for 20 minutes and the food was old. They didn’t answer their phone at all when we called. It went to an answering machine that that didn’t have a voicemail. So disappointing. What happened? My daughter loves it when we go to McDonald’s after school ️ You pretty much know what you’re going to get. The drinks are cold and refreshing. We were surprised that they still had plastic straws. The filet o fish was fresh and tasty but it would have been better with more sauce and the sandwich especially since we asked for it and the fish was dry. We were really looking forward to the the fries but they did not taste fresh and were cold Most restaurants have meatless options being that they are the largest fast food chain you would think they would to. We will probably be back soon for ice cream

Good location. The staffs works so hard and fast. If your order is late or wrong, it's not because they didn't try. Supper buys at time and I feel for the staffs.

This McDonalds used to be a prime example of a really good fast food restaurant, but recently it's gone downhill. The lady taking our order in the drive through couldn't understand us and we couldn't understand her. The order was delayed and we had to park. After we parked there was at least 7 other cars waiting for their food, including an ambulance. Who makes a ambulance wait for drinks? The car next to us had an incorrect order, and our order was incorrect and took 5 minutes to correct it.

Something happened here and it is beyond me.

So my bestfriend and I attended the drive thru at this restaurant on Barnet Hwy.at approx 9: 40pm. We had two separate orders. My Bestie orders a Double Quarter BLT without Onions, Pickles and Mustard. During this time, he adds in a Large Fries and a small Diet. The man on the headset was rude and multiple times interrupted him. Also at the window, he wanted to explain to add an extra couple of burgers to his order but the woman at the window did not want to listen and continued to interrupt him and began to argue with him. I mean truly having to watch this happen is crazy. No professionalism at all from the staff. My friend left the vehicle and went to the main store and re-ordered his food. The re-order was messed up as well. The burgers are squished, the lettuce was brown, the mayo was way to much. At which point is this supposed to be enjoyable?

Went through the drive-thru for the first time at this location and I was thoroughly impressed by how quick and accurate the staff work.

I like their new system of paying either at the touch screens or at the counter and then having your number called when ready. This is a good change to their processes. For all McDonald's they are trying to offer so many items that you might find at Tim Hortons. The donuts at MCs are total sugar-shock.

Just purchased 2 large cups of coffee and was quite dissapointed by quality of coffee. Taste like cheap instant coffee, totally not from fresh grinded coffee beans.

Worst customer service ever. Food is not made as to order and when I go ask for it to be made correctly they ask me how I want to pay for me new order. Fries are cold not even luke warm. I had to argue to get the food I had already bought and paid for. Do not go here.

Waited 20 minutes for a quarter pounder meal after they forgot they sent us to park.then gave our food to the wrong person

Absolutely the WORST McDonald's I have ever been to! I ordered a large glass of water, 2 coffees, 2 cheeseburgers and a smoothie. There was only one other customer inside ahead of me. They were far more concerned with the drive through than the fact that I was standing there for over 15 minutes. Even another customer who came in behind me couldn't understand why they had me waiting for so long, he even said something to them. I ordered the large glass of water and all the manager would give me was a small cup in person, although when I paid the cashier assured me a large glass, for my husband. I got my bag and coffees from the manager on shift and she then looked at me like why was I still standing there, I told her I was still waiting for my smoothie. She rudely replied, Oh! I know, it takes time! After finally getting my smoothie I then had to ask for another straw from the manager and she replied to me rudely, you have a straw. I then proceeded to tell her I had 2 straws and needed a third. She was absolutely rude to me for no reason whatsoever. It was about 20 minutes later before I finally got out of there! Avoid this place like the plague

Nice dual lane drive through McDonald’s. Generally a quick and pleasant experience. Food is consistently fresh and accurate. Team is quick and precise. Large parking for convenient parking. Today’s order was an iced Frappuccino, 6 piece McNuggets, with a ranch snack wrap. My semi healthy post Coquitlam Crunch dinner (balance is key! Lol).

Among all the McD I patronage this place car service is slow. The coffee taste is not consistent due to their sugar portioning. They need to calibrate the machine more often or the maker doesn't care how much the customer want the level of sugar. We bought at least 4 cups a day from the Clarke road location. By now they should know our order. Unfortunately their turn over of employees are high.

At these days with Covid-19, washroom was up and running, and clean. Good friendly service too. Good system for customers in and out with regard to social distancy.

Screwed up my order even though i had them repeat it to me and after waiting for 5 minutes they brought out 1 egg mcmuffin and the deal is for 2 lol

I visit McDonald's everyday just about, just for their quality coffee. But I rarely eat any food there I find that unfortunately the quality and freshness of their sandwiches has gone downhill over the years.

Drive thru line moved quickly and staff were nice. Ordered a Big Mac meal but had to pull in to the reserved wait spots. Did not seem too busy at the time though. Should try mobile app next time which might avoid the pull over and wait involved with drive thru. They also increased the number of mobile pick up spots compared to last time I had been which is plus for mobile order.

You kinda messed up my double cheeseburger with extra pickles. The bun was a bit soggy in one section.bit besides that. Tasted ok. Lost a star marking from me though.

Terrible
Went in today around 1-1: 30 ordered a McChicken and had to wait almost 20 minute. I was irritated and when I finally got my food the only thing that calmed me down was at least my sandwhich will be fresh. It was cold and hard. Didnt have time to go back since my lunch break is over. Very displeased.

Just picked up a big breakfast from drive thru, first they forgot the salt n pepper i requested, second the scramble egg has too much milk in it, never had this milky scramble egg in my life, im not young 55, haha

We are going to this Macdonald's in coquitlam on Barnet hwy for about 30 years and never had any problem, I think It's the best of all the other restaurants in tri cities. During coupon book days they let you keep the coupon for next time and never charge for extra sauces. Everyday I go there for my afternoon coffee. BEST COFFEE

This is just for the drive in. Food is ok but They always get my order wrong. Ordered a side of salad but never got it. Ordered the ketchup on the side never got it. So sad with the fries without any ketchup

The service is good, but when the place is crowded the bacon in the burgers is not well cooked, It's chewy. Same with breakfast, most of the times the hashbrowns are not cooked well and they get all messy and sticky with the paper bag. I have to remove just small pieces at a time from the little bag. When the hashbrown are well cooked, they are crispy and they don't get stuck to the paper bag.

Always a lineup but staff get you through pretty quick. First cheeseburger I have ordered in a long time. As soon as I saw it I remembered why I don't anymore. I almost couldn't find the meat! If that is what it was!

It's a typical McDonalds. Not a whole lot more a person can say really.

It's rides for staff seemed friendly and capable. I've never received an incorrect or incomplete order.

Once or twice my large fries seemed more like a small for what they packed in the box. And more often than not the burgers arrived somewhat flattened with the toppings squished out one side or the other.

But you get what you pay for and you really can't beat the price. I guess. Right?

Asked for iced coffee, I got iced coffee with no ice, asked for black iced coffee, they put sugar in, asked for extra salsa sauce for my burrito, got none.

Poor service. Fries were cold after just receiving them. I tried to return them but lady argued with me

I don't like the new menu board. Speed of service will be slowed down because of it. Food was good as usual

A nice, clean McDolands. Sometimes waiting for your food can get a little long and tiring but otherwise, a nice place to grab a bite.

They usually forget something on my sandwich, and the burgers always look so messy and lopsided. They usually forget bacon or give too little. One time they forgot it and instead slathered a bucket full of sauce ontop to cover it up. This McDonald's food is always made better in the morning. The food is very overpriced now. Almost everything on the menu is $10. They also don't give you (or offer you) the receipts, ketchup, or napkins unless you ask.

We ordered at the drive through. They didn't punch in the order right and at the pick up window we had to pay extra for the item which is no big deal. What was annoying was the poor communication of how long the wait for one apple pie would have been. Had I known we would be waiting just under 10 minutes for the pie I wouldn't have bothered ordering it. I suggest they inform customers when the fresh pies are being prepared that they could wait up to 10 minutes.

They keep forgetting my ranch for mcnuggets. I say "i'd like ranch please" and they give me tartar sauce or mayo. I've had it done before at a different location which i may have to go to just to have my meal satisfied. Plus they always mess my order up somehow. I aint picky but damn, its every time

Grabbed a $1.00 cone for summer! Lots of self checkout! But I was paying cash so had to wait in line.

The bagels are mushy, like I made them myself. Hash browns are softer than rocks, and large fries aren't as big as medium fries. Worst McDonald's experience ever. Unfortunately it was past business hours and I ate them up because I was so hungry.

We asked to have our smoothies in a reusable cup and they said yes. However, they just brought the smoothies in a plastic cup and were going to pour it into ours. Completely against the point. I think McDonalds needs to up their game and be more eco friendly.

The Staff are unpolite and really slow, we waited 45 minutes just for a burger!
Finally when I complained about the delay and took a picture of the number bord the young Indian guy came and asked for my name and asked to delete the image! When I complained about the delay, he told me that I don't care. @McDonald's this is the new training course syllabus! Or new Costumer care program! I think that I never go to McDonald's again:/
