Amazing customer service!
I'm not sure who I spoke to on the phone (probably the manager) but when my order was wrong they went above and beyond to correct it. Jasmeen on the drivethrew was so nice and quickly got my McGriddle even though breakfast was over.

If you want mcdonalds McCallum is by far the best one in Abbotsford.

Sloooooooooooow, could not care less about in restaurant guests. Just as an aside on poor design, tech is not always the solution if poorly designed: at the indoor kiosk I ordered one black coffee, it required 12 screen taps.

Waited 20min at the second window for my drinks. They told me it would be 3min. My husband was on his way to the same McDonald’s and called me to see if I wanted anything. I asked him to tell them at the window that we were still waiting. Who knows how much longer it would’ve taken. Manager said they forgot about us and when I asked if he was going was going to make up for it in anyway he just snarked me off and handed me my drinks. Poor customer service and poor management skills. #unhappycustomer

Very bad customer service. Just 15 minutes ago I ordered mac chicken meal and they made my burger with a wrong sauce and then they find what they did. Instead of informing me they just let it go.one of them came to me to tell that they have done then someone told not to tell to the customer and then she told me "never mind" but I realized that there is something wrong and they are now hiding it. Very unprofessional manners are these by this Macdonald. They thing customer is idiot and whatever they make it will be okay by the customer. I recommend pls verify your order and the dressing too. This staff is very unprofessional. Very very bad customer service I received.

WORST MCDONALS ever. Manpreet the useless Manager refused to replace my $45.00 order they didn't even give me what I paid for to begin with in the first place. She was extremly rude argumentative and still didn't replace my whole order. Replaced order came and this is how I get apart of it. Never again would I go here or waste my money! Don't do it!

It was my first time going to the restaurant and I will not go again. I asked a question of the manager who treated me impatiently.

Worst service, rude staff, uncooked or sometimes half the quantity of food and would not suggest anybody to buys anything for here as it’s happened for quite a while now.

I don't really expect much from a place like McDonald's but come on guys.you can definitely take some efforts to spread the sauce on the bun.

Their menu signs flash by too fast, can't read and have to wait for it to show again.and again. So it takes too much time to place an order.

Said extra pickles on my cheeseburger, repeatedly, got a cheeseburger no pickles, checked with the guy before I took it, what'd they do? Open it up and slap some pickles on, this is after they gave my food to the guy in front of me

All McDonald's have their struggles, but this is the reliable one where we can get all the breakfast stuff all day. A lot of the other locations you can only get certain things. The staff are friendly even when you're not, so that's cool. Bonus they'll answer the phone when you're on the hunt for a chicken mcmuffin!

I waited 5 minutes at the counter before someone served me, then it took the another 5 minutes to make a cheeseburger and a mcdouble

We just ordered delivery and asked on the special requests to please add ketchup and vinegar and please make sure it’s fresh. We are almost right beside them. Our fries were hot. Thank you! Our hamburgers were dry and there was no napkins, straws, ketchup, or vinegar. Disappointed!

The worst service out of any McDonald's I've ever been to. Every morning 5 days a week for the past 1.5 years. I've ordered pretty much the same thing. They have NOT ONCE made it right. This morning my coffee was cold and the egg was raw. No condiments that I specifically ask for. 230 bucks a month for 1.5 years. I will see if I can take them to small claims court. HORRIBLE SERVICE especially between 4 and 5 am. Thanks for ruining my morning EVERY MORNING!

The McFlurries are amazing and I'm so glad they have Smarties back, but I was really disappointed in the chicken nuggets after not eating there in over 10 years I was surprised how thin and flavorless they were

I have not only eaten there I have also done several silent shopper. I do love it during the summer when I can get a large diet coke for the cheap price of $1.00, then I grab my puppies and head for Mill Lake for the day. Being that I live across the street you can always find me in the park.

I just ordered sausage egg muffins, bacon egg muffins, and coffee. Crew left to take orders from other customers while giving only muffins and no coffee.

It would be faster to go from here to the Mt. Lehman McDonald's, order and get food, then drive back to this McDonald's.

Everytime I use the drive through I get parked. They're always waiting on this or that.

Always something missing from order. If you go in Drive thru and they don't have fries, the will ask you to pull forward and park and then forget about you. This is the worst mcdonalds. The only good thing is the coffee.

Every time I go to this location the service is terrible. There’s always a communication error and we have to repeat the order numerous times before it’s correct and we still get incorrect food. I would rather drive the extra distance to go to the sumas one. It’s beyond frustrating - I am more than willing to work with young people in the service industry but if they cannot understand English maybe they should not be taking orders. The store needs to put people in positions where they are successful and the customers are taken care of. Would not recommend this location.

Worst employee and customer service by Emma at the location! Wanted to place a big order and Specifically asked if they want to do it and they said yes! After taking the order she said you should have called but told her that I did and double checked the number with her and she said she doesn’t know the phone number to her store! It was $150 order and asked for mc chicken sauce and she said she has to charge me for those and just kept on getting ruder. Stay away from her as she looks like she has some issues and just doesn’t want to deal with customers at all!

Absolute worst mcdonald's i know. In the last 6 months if loving next to them. I kid you not 99% of what i order is ALWAYS wrong. They do not listen or care about details expecially when ordering through skip the dishes when the details are literally written down right infrobt of them. I am sick and tired of always getting the wrong food, missing food, or saying inly cheese and ketchup for the burger is then is coveree in everything. Even after having a conversation with the manager and them asking for us to give them another chance ans they will talk to their staff. 3 consistent major screw ups since. So. Im done here

I was there last night. Ordered double double coffee. They forgot to add sugar. Next day again went for a coffee and discussed this issue with manager deepika. She ignored me and asked money for the next coffee. More than just 2 dollars it was a a insult to me. These staffs are killing the reputation of this brand.

Fast service, but there is an older woman who works here that is down right rude every time I come here. Always taking someone else's order while I'm trying to pay, doesn't listen, and tries to rush you. Yesterday I ordered 10 McChicken sauces with my food, they weren't in the bag so I asked for them. The same older woman asked for my receipt, said it wasn't on there and shut the window on me. I drove through again, explained the situation, and the younger girl said no problem we'll have the sauce for you at the 2nd window. I got to the 2nd window, and the same older lady asked me if I'd paid for the sauce, I said no but I asked for it and she refused to give it to me. I offered to hand her $2, and she still would not give me the sauce. I had to tell her I was going to write a review before she finally just handed me a bag of sauce. What a headache and I will not be going back to this McDonald's as long as that older woman is working there.

Its nice when the food is hot and fresh even after midnight. Even got monopoly pieces 4 days after monopoly had ended. Not gonna complain about that

Went through, they got the order wrong, went through again and they took over half an hour, I had to go through the drive through three times and wait for around 45 minutes for them to get my order right. The manager was rude and dismissive and I was the only customer. It was pretty terrible.

This McDonalds chronically serves burnt breakfast Mcmuffins I get these on Sat mornings on the way to work and almost always lately have been burnt.

I ordered a big Mac after a nice long shift at work. It took them over 15 minutes to get my burger to the vehicle. As soon as I opened the bag, I took a bite out if my burger and noticed that they forgot the toppings. They were NOT busy. Then I went back and waited for over 20 more minutes for them to fix my order. Extremely disappointed in this mcdonalds.

Service was very slow. It took forever for just one dessert item. My daughter's mcflurry came nowhere near the top of the cup.

Like their coffee and icecream occasionally. I know it's NOT healthy but I still have it once in a while. SOOOO ***** GOOD*****

They get my order wrong every time, the drive through people are practically deaf and the food is always stale and tastes like it has sat in a warmer for two days. Terrible.

It's McDonalds what is there to say. This particular location sometimes has issues communicating with their McDonalds app for mobile orders. Also, I'd prefer if more of the staff reflected the community demographic make up. Sometimes, their is communication issues at this location, especially at night where some staff have don't speak fluent English.

Have visited this location a lot recently in the past early mornings for coffee before work witch has been a nightmare for service and then now tonight having this burger with a toasted bun beyond toasted that’s just is trash I’m not impressed.

Used to go here EVERY morning for about a year for my breakfast.the past 2 months have been mostly wrong orders - burnt coffee, not enough cream/sugar or too much sugar. I regularly order a cinnamon bagel with butter.the last 5 bagels haven’t been buttered? Like what do you do? ! Scrape the bagel with a dry knife? ! It takes just as long to pretend to butter a bagel as it does to ACTUALLY butter it! #micdrop
