McDonald's

Charged me for some mayo kit? Did not ask for it but there was mayo in the bag and my receipt showed $1.50. Drive thru was very weak and lots of garbage on the property. Food was not fresh.

Nov 4th 0741 am.the east indian girl at the window took the monopoly stickers off of my cup.and gave me a cup with 0 stickers.are employees allowed to do that?

Using app is best then waiting inline, online order parking it is faster and get everything in your order

Aight for a McDonald's. They are kind of difficult about using their toilets (buzzer?), no warm water, often out of service and not very clean to boot. Would be a five star McDonald's if the bathrooms were revamped.

Food seems always sitting under warmers which dries out burgers. Chicken tastes like it sits long before serving. Like they make a huge bulk order ahead of time. Servers in drive thru are unfriendly and seem they want to just get people through without the service we typically expect a McDonald's to be.

Only reason they even get two stars is alot of the staff is friendly, but the people cooking the food need reading lessons cause they nearly never get your order right.

Friendly staff, but lineups are usually long and drive thru times are unclear and inconvenient.food is often lukewarm as well

Jenny is an absolute genius and such an amazing hair dresser and person. I'm so flippen happy with my color and hair cut had a great time during my appointment. Absolute gem.

You can tell the burgers have been sitting awhile. The food is put together in a hurry, and the taste is definitely not what I expect from a McDonalds. It seems they are doing everything on the cheap.

Drive thru always messes something up, but this place needs to update its drive thru hours, because their definitely not open 24hrs, they close at 11pm now and open at 5 or 6am, very inconvenient for people who work late or very early.

Their coms don’t work when ordering through drive thru. Had to wait more than 5 mins for a cafe mocha and they dint even deliver it outside and had to grab it from inside. Worst McD ever.

I'm frustrated they forget my food everytime where are my fries and where are me dips no straws no napkins and where is the pies. Ugh

They have gotten worse, fries cold and stale. Nuggets are cold and felt like they were held to long. Always forgetting something in your order now.

You just gave me a coffee cup covered in coffee creamer and the coffee isn't filled up enough usually places fill the cup up w only a 1cm gap but there's a whole inch and a half of emptyness, when I payed for a XXL dd, like it was made in a rush and there's tons of creamer I'm going back to ask for a refund or replacement smh, it is what I said

Customer service has gone downhill thousand fold. Get asked what type of sauce you would like for your chicken nuggets go get home and find out that there's not one sauce in the bag. Slightly frustrated but give them a call without profanity explaining that if they're going to ask they should probably put it in the bag for the customer and I get hung up on. Never have I been treated so disrespectful when trying to let someone know that a key component of the meal has been forgotten.

Inexperienced staff, but trying really hard. Food good and hot. Bit run down, washrooms dirty but secure buzz in.

Most of the food is good but the fries are usually really good or bad. I’ve also noticed that most of the staff is tired of working at McDonald’s

The whole team, including the shift managers and cooks, on a Saturday shift around 8pm were not wearing masks. This is a very busy restaurant and terrace has suffered so many covid exposures at restaurants due to reckless behaviour like this. We appreciate front line workers and the hard work they do but McDonald’s management need to train staff and shift managers about the severe consequences such behaviour results in. This is a huge breach of trust. Terrace has suffered enough and deserve better. This must be addressed.

The food was good, but it wasn't my order lol. I ordered my usual mcdouble no pickles or onions, with a fries and a coke. What I got was a 1/4 pounder blt fries and a ice tea.

Attempted to use coupons, were valid but we’re not accepted. Feel like we have been through here a few times and they charge incorrect amounts on the bills.

I’d suggest verifying your food totals if you are using any coupons prior to paying.

Food has been decent here however just issues with their billing likely their management

It was okay. But it was very unhealthy, and my stomach just didn't agree with it, nor my wallet. Kind of expensive for fast food. Most places are. So gonna maybe just cook at home now.

Clearly and loudly stated my entire order just to be asked to say it all again.

I have a hard time understanding almost anyone that works the drive thru there.

Drive thru backs up and can take longer than it should.

THEY CHARGE $0.20 FOR A PACKAGE OF MCCHICKEN SAUCE

On October 15 2020 at 11: 26pm; a man’s voice asked for my order. I started my order out as Med fries, med mango smoothie, mcchicken meal w/ lrg fries and a med mango smoothie; a 6 piece McNugget meal with a sprite; and a apple pie. I paid at the first window; got to the second window. Got my order, decided to check the bag, before driving away, to make sure it was all there. Noticed that I was missing a med fries, so got their attention and let them know I was missing a med fries. The lady on shift decided to make an argument over it, I literally had to ask her to not argue with me. She then finally offered to make a med fries. Food was not up to regular mcd’s standards. The nuggets and mcchicken were old and barely warm. Just overall poor experience, and poor customer service.

Every time we ask for a CUP of water as the drink for the meal, they charge us for a bottle. Like learn to listen and actually read back your orders. Smh

Always friendly staff, is clean, you get your food fast, can order on mobile app, or drive through, and can dine in. I love ordering on the mobile app as it's the fastest way to get your food, and you don't even need to have a car to do so.

Its ok. The new ordering board is hard to hear esp when its raining hard and our window is opened trying to order and hear the employees. I do notice alot of customers whom are very rude to employees here also. Unacceptable treatment to employees. Try be nicer to them.

Slowest service I've ever had at a drive through, 6am on a Sunday, 3 staff, no one else in drive through and took over 15min for 2 sausage and Eggers, and not the first time. Guys it's Tim Hortons from now on

Two many mistakes with the order. The staff speaks different languages to each all the time. Then cannot slow down to speaks English or French to the customers. If the big bosses are at the location then the staff speaks English to each other at all of McDonald's in Terrace.

This place is going downhill and fast. I will not be return to a place that looks like they shake the bag before giving it to me.

Once again they gor my order wrong.
I'm all for people from different contrived working in Canada.
However if you are in a position where communication in the English language is important you should be able to speak and understand it well.
I have on many occasions gotten the wrong order from this MacDonalds and it a real pain in the gut.

Says that it's 24 hours but in fact isn't tried to go through the drive-thru before taking off on a flight Cones blocked off drive thru, no signs indicating other hours, and the employees just stared to me through window and ignored us.

Went yesterday for a milkshake couldn't get one at 11 not the morning I've been there at 2pm one day and the garbage was all full the tables were dirty n one was cleaning them off wasn't happy the floor s weren't sweated

Fries were good. I asked for 1 slice of cheese instead of 2 in my quarter pounder and got no cheese. My burger was cold as well. The good thing about McDonald's is how accommodating they are with our orders. I know it can be overwhelming at times in a work environment like McDonald's but attention to detail can go a long way.

I found the perfect place for someone who wants french fries. Been going there for more than 3 years, it is always the perfect service!

Food was fine, nothing special, the service was slow and they didn't have what they had on their kiosks so when I got something as a substitute that was less expensive, they didn't give me any refund for what I paid for.

Friendly service at all times of the day. I've just had a few issues with them getting my order right a few times, but they usually fix it when we go back and explain again what we wanted.

The only McDonald's anywhere in BC and Alberta that doesn't give you a large coffee with the coffee stickers you get. No one smiles and you get treated like you're bothering them if you ask a question. Don't recommend this location at all.

It says open 24/7 but pretty much every time we have gone in the early morning they are closed. It says its open right now but there is no answer on the phone and its closed. This is getting old. Don’t say 24/7 when its clearly not and largely a hit and miss.

I ordered a regular old Junior Chicken and got this instead. It wasn't what I ordered which was pretty messed up but like, it also wasn't horrible so I'm not upset. I just hadn't realized it wasn't what I ordered until I had already left town with it.

Always seems to be decent service some issues but minor just hate how people park in the Mobile ordering spots and are inside would like to use them for the purpose they were made for

This McDonald's location had every garbage overflowing and it was littered with used napkins on the floors throughout the eating areas.

Always have a good experience. The person on drivethru the last few times has a very friendly voice, and they are so fast.
