Waited for meal in pickup spot for 30 mins cause they forgot or just gave it to the wrong person somehow, had to go in to get it finally

Update:
they're hoarding the BMX toys and only handing out the skateboards and sometimes scooters. What are the odds of getting the same toy in 12 different meals?

Actually five stars for everything but not until they pay me for the three shifts I worked almost 4 months ago.still haven't received a paycheck (that I was told was in the mail that was 3 weeks ago) to be fair I forgot I even had a wages owed until I did my taxes heh, one could assume a cheque was made available to me pending pick up from the restaurant for some time but really? Deciding to 86 shucking fries with a bunch of future astronauts doesn't garner free labour so unless hamburgler ran off with my money, cough it up! (Please and thanks)

Druggies pride dust pan make me sick after bought food from them. They don’t care if your food is ready for pickup you need to request several time because they are busy in cracking jokes.

Made a mobile order, paid for two bags so it would be easy to take out. Waited 20 minutes in an empty restaurant, was served only after I asked for my order. And after all they stuffed all my food in one torn bag, no napkins, everything got squished.

Dirty restaurant. Every empty table was filthy with left food that was not cleared. Pop Station a mess with garbage over flowing. Sticky floors, young staff running front end that had zero control. Waited 24 minutes for a coffee, fries super oily, bun hard. Not the best experience

Always have my order wrong. Have to check everytime to get it rectified. Every second time fries are half cooked.

It was Filthy! It was 7 at night, the garbage were over flowing, the bathroom was disgusting, there was a dying wasp on a seat that was there the entire time I was. The fries were kinda cold, and the ordering machine wasn't giving out receipts/numbers. I understand they, like everyone else are understaffed, but there were at Least 10 people behind the counter you would think 1 of them could go around and do a bit of cleaning.

Very bad experience with drive thru. They are so rude and no manners. Worst experience ever. Zero for you guys. Sorry.

Worst staff ever. Waited more than an hour for the order to get ready. Rude, ignorant and aggressive staff. Would’ve given 0 stars if was given an option

Probably the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to. Staff doesn’t know what customer service is. Night staff speaks in a very bad manner without any shame. Never coming back. Zero stars rating for you guys.

Kyle on nights was rude when taking my order was just trying to make sure I got my sauce for my order rudely says I got everything on your order, I get to the last window he takes my money while I’m trying to double check he got my sauce he rolls his eyes and walks off, when he comes back he nearly throws my food at me and straight up ignores me and closes the window like I could see him being rushed when it came to the ordering part if it were busy but I was literally the only car in the drive thru at the time so his behavior right from the start was all the way wrong would give negative stars if I could for that so called service you shouldn’t be in service if you can’t provide decent service bare minimum!

It was pretty good. They made my burger fresh but they added pickles when I asked them not to. Over all the drive-through was great

Went to the Mcdonalds on yale street to get a mcmuffin. Went through the druve thru. What a frustrating experience. They have 2 areas to order which then go to one lane. When they take your order, the proper way is to take the order in one lane then take the order for the other lane. The person (s) taking the order kept on taking the orders of at least 5 cars before they did ours! The only reason we went there was because our son wanted a mcmuffin. Plus it tasted lousy. Should of went to timmies for a bagel belt!

Need better training and listening skills. Got a simple order wrong twice on the same visit, they re-made it wrong again. Not the finest location.

Long.waits like 19 minutes for a coffee to go. My daughter. Was going to put in a complaint I will do it for her. This was at Sardis Mcdonald.

Ordered my Son a 'Cheese' Burger with 'just mustard'. I get home and sure, there's mustard.and ONIONS! Worse yet, there was NO CHEESE! The buggers gave me a plain Hamburger, charged me for a Cheeseburger, and then screwed the order even more by adding onions!

No ice cream, no milkshakes. Wanted 2 cookies but they only did 1. Speaker system was horrible. Had to ask the lady to keep repeating.so hard to understand.

Super busy lately with one of the other McDonalds under construction. Very friendly staff, sometimes the foods wrong but it happens when they are super busy and over worked.

Not a McDonald's fan but this restaurant is pretty on the ball and rarely messes up the order, at least that's been my experience.

By far my favourite place for a late night surreal experience. Night staff isn't the most polite, but honestly it adds to the experience. Food tastes fresh and warm.

Terrible service, left waiting at the menu board while the other ordering line continuesly gets served, finally after saying "hello" repeatedly someone answered without any apologies for the wait.

The food is fine as usual, but if you go through the drive thru I advise you to check your bag before pulling away. They get my order wrong more often than not.

PLEASE for the love of God use a glove when your handling the coffee lids. There's literally finger prints, it looks like a thumb print right where my lips would go if I didn't remove the lid.

Waited in drive thru for twenty minutes to have staff come out and put two crates in front of the vehicle at 11: 15 pm. I had to reverse around all the cars behind me in line. I understand if they have some reconciliation to do but that was just messed up to do after stalling service for such a prolonged time.

Food is always old stale and makes my stomach feel weak. They are forgetful about the most simplest of things like dipping sauce

If I could give this Mcdonalds no stars I would. Ordered my food on the kiosk and waited over 20 mins for my food only to be told they thought my order was for a driver. I asked how long it sat for and the lady said she just packed it and drinks are in the bag. I get to my car only to find drinks weren't I the bag. I live 2 mins away and only to get home to everything super stale and cold

Staff is rude in 3 trips to this establishment they have never gotten my order correct once even the most basic. People always hang around asking for money, and the drive threw wait line should be more pronounced

Breakfast sandwiches disgusting. Egg watery, bun hard.it was a mcgriddle so it should have been more moist. Couldn't eat it.

Not sanitized after customer use of tables, drink machine being used for refills (even with a sign saying not to), lots of dirty tables

There waiting area for food is way to dangerous for other cars to drive around. You need to put it into another area. And write down plate numbers and color of car as my food went to someone else and they had to remake my food and I waited 20 mins.

Fast as hell. Just need to get rid of the concrete post at that last window. My buddy broke his mirror off as it doesn't fold inward.

I find it extremely frustrating to drive all the way across town because it said open on your website such wasn't the case although I a delivery guy walked in ahead of me and was let in and I was told it was an open till 8 but the sign on the door says 5 a.m. Dine in and the website said you were open I have a right hand drive vehicle so the drive-thru is not an option

They should think about having one person on the drive though window, its frustrating watching three cars go by because your girl is slow to answer.

After today I was disgusted with McDonald’s. I went here for coffee with my wife and the floors were so disgusting and slippery with grease that I couldn’t even stand up straight without my feet’s skidding apart. I ordered a coffee for me and my wife and they forgot my order so everyone behind me got their order but me and finally at the end I said something. I also told them that the floors where slippery with grease and that my feet were skidding apart just standing in one spot and the girl said they had the wet floor signs out for that which is not what those signs are for. The tables were not clean and the walls were dirty too. This is a very poorly managed McDonald’s. Probably the worst I’ve ever seen.

Enjoy their coffee and fibre muffin, also Chris at the north Vernon location always makes our day with his incredible positive outlook and friendly demeanor as he serves his customers day after day. Wayne.
