In the world of fast food, McDonald's is a masterpiece. Not just a restaurant, but a magical taste experience place that takes you to a world of pleasure with every drop. This is the place where appetites are kept from disappearing due to delicious burgers rich in spices and hearts are made happy by McFlor's special smiles.

This is such an awful place to work. There is rats in the back. They dropped it on the floor and serve it to you. And management Jessica does not care.

The service is generally fast, and the food. Well it's MacDonald's right? My issue is the noise levels in the kitchen and dining room, most notably in the mornings. The staff are too loud and they're in the utility closet literally every two seconds to get a broom or mop, which leads to loud crashes and bangs which is an intimidating atmosphere at 5: 30am.

Cut the coffee. It's amazing. Service was great. Price was unbelievable. You never go wrong with the McDonald's coffee and some of them muffins

Prob the most expensive McDonald’s I’ve been to, will make the journey to Kerrisdale and save about 7$ on my total bill

Hamburger messy, paper wrap torn, ketchup everywhere and fries cold. Check your order before you drive away.

Went to this McDonald’s the other night it looks like a homeless camp out on the patio people sleeping and drinking alcohol and this is not the first time makes it hard to enjoy your food staff were amazing food was fresh I just don’t suggest you go there after dark

Too much drama out front of this place every day. Always the same group of homeless dudes arguing and stealing stuff. It's an incredibly sketchy McDonald's for the area it's in.

Who ever decided to put the napkins in a little bag is a GENIUS! I tried the McGriddle for the first time and it was AMAZING! Order ID# 430291695

Worse experience, the guy in the kitchen yelling so big, I don't know is a market or the workplace, need to improve the attitude.

I asked for bagel and egg plus lettus and tomato.
When I asked to go, she said 15c extra. My breakfast didn't have lettus and tomato, when I complained.she said extra 1.10.so ugly format of customer service. I would never visit that location for sure

I ordered mocha coffee, the coffee is really bad, no milk only a little cream, half cup of coffee. McDonald's now food quality is really bad in great vancouver.

My double hamburger bun was a bit soggy and beef patties texture was a bit dry. Sure doesn't look the same as on the digital ordering board. The were good.it was hot from the fryer. It wasn't too salty either. My vanilla ice coffee had too much ice.if they reduce it by 4 or 5 cubes would have been perfect. There is not a lot seating area in the restaurant but it wasn't busy when I was there today.

The late night crew has serious issues with lack of training, morale, and teamwork. Twice now I've had to wait over 10 minutes for my order while multiple orders that came after mine were already served. The first instance the employee at the counter put the wrong order up and called another order number, then tried to blame me for not picking it up. It was obviously not what I ordered and mine was sitting at the dispenser from the kitchen waiting to be picked. No apologies from him. To the owner's credit he got back to me and made up for the poor service. More recently after waiting 16 minutes they couldn't give me an update on where my order was. The counter employee seemed new, but the other 2 are not. Instead of helping their coworker, they stood nearby and were joking around and laughing. They were close enough to hear my conversation with the newer employee. On another occasion I've witnessed one of them cop an attitude to the shift manager when asked to clean up. He said "No. I'm tired! I've been working all night! " Then stormed out of the restaurant. It wasn't even half way through the night. I can't understand why he's still employed there. Bottom line, this McDonald's is too unreliable for me to pick up a meal in a timely manner before going to work. I'll take my business to their competitors.

May not be best tasting food but efficiency in getting order and deliver the food in fast organized fashion. It is still the one to beat. I enjoy their coffee and their summer priced drinks. Goid deal.

Had to wait to be served even though it was my turn to be served. I was standing there for 10 min before the girl came and asked me what I wanted to order. She had attitude and by the time she gave me my order my fries where cold. Ridiculous!

Not happy with their service. Please don't use you McDonald app to order if you will not go physically in restaurant and let your friend pick up the order for you. McDonald app didn't emphasize that when you are not able to pick up your order using your own mobile app they will not go through with your order physically until you go to restaurant with the original mobile you use (even our friend provided a photo that has been confirmed and order number is on their screen they will not make your order). It is waste of time to sent our friend and look so lost because order was not process and this McDonald restaurant claimed they didn't get the order. While when we checked on the mobile up it was confirmed and already been charge to whatever method of payment we use. I call this restaurant and spoke to owner named Giovanni and the only word he can offer is to call our financial institutions to refund our money. In short our friend wasted gas to try to pick our order, ending all of us in the office didn't get our lunch because of the McDonald app failed to process our food. I don't recommend using McDonald app, especially in this restaurant located at 830 SW marine Dr Vancouver, even the owner of this restaurant didn't have a better solution for his customer to be happy. If I could give no star I would. Waste of time but at least hoping for everyone to be aware when using the McDonald mobile app.

Some of the most moronic staff i have ever come across, it takes them ages to bring forth a muffin, always screw up your order, and dont even know how to count, seriously save yourself the hassle and just go somewhere else, at least they went to kindergarten and know the difference between a 1 AND A 6.seriously Mcdonald your employees might need a kindergarten refresher course.

Usually in and out without have. Fast and friendly too. Clean dining area. Outdoor dining area available but don't usually use it. Free WiFi too.

Plenty of parking in parking lot and street parking if for some reason there's no spots available.

Clean well run store, one til running even with croed but service speed is ok. 3 stars only due to wheelchair access is poor, chair person have to go through busy parking lot and cross drive thru lane to access store, door switch not working. There was no table suitable for the height of wheelchair, but there are a few tables that have a spot a chair can pull up.

Terrible experience. I ordered a small peppermint hot chocolate they said you have to wait for 1 hour we waited 5 minutes they come back they said their machine was broken and gave back the money 5 cents was missing there so I asked the lady she ignored me and said “it’s all there” and said they have nothing left so I ordered large fries and the fries took 10 minutes there were so less fries like the small size fries

Had the new Angus beef burger combo. It was better than expected. Came during the dinner hour and it wasn't crazy busy like it is during the daytime. Cooked to order, hot salty fries like I remember. Helpful service.
