They left out a hashbrown that I ordered. Got home.not very happy.one family member without their full breakfast.

I was happy that there was a drive thru closer to home but I will drive to Ottawa street if I want my order right. I don't think the cooks can read. I asked for sausage mcmuffin with extra patty and I got home and was NO sausage but I paid for the extra patty. I ordered a hamburger with no pickles I got hamburger with pickles and no onions. I have gone before 10 am twice and they were out of hashbrowns. Every time myself or my husband have gone through the drive thru it has been WRONG. The staff maybe nice but they screw up.no longer going to this Mcdonalds.

Update: I have gone due to convenience but if you order a hamburger with no pickle expect a hamburger with no pickle and no onion. I like my onions and they have screwed this up EVERYTIME! Can the cooks not read?
Also it should be drive thru and park. I’ve had to park at other McDs but this one I’m ALWAYS parking. That also a reason yo avoid this location

Despite the poor ratings I decided to try this McDonalds. They are doctoring their drive thru wait time stats. The car in front of me was directed to wait in the parking lot for their food. I pulled up to receive my food and saw that my order was no longer on the screen which meant they tagged it as completed. They asked me to pull ahead “anywhere” for my food which was just 2 double hamburgers. Still sitting here in the parking lot. I’ve been asked twice what my order was. Other people waiting for a long time and have been complaining. What are you doing!? Seven cars have come and gone before me.

Same as 99% of the McDonald's that I have been in.

Late night here and it’s been 25 min and still waiting for my turn on drive thru, it’s not crowded they’re just slow,

Food was cold, fries were cold and no taste, chicken burger was like a sample burger not full size, emailed wedsite, but no response from manager of the location, not surprised. Why would they care in improving thier service and food.

This McDonald's is generally always good, fresh, fast. Much better than the Ottawa street location

DONT EVER order takeout from here, they're just gonna mix up your order with another one and when confronted about it, blame the delivery driver when they're the ones responsible for putting the reciepts and addresses on the bags.

Ordered spicy mccrispy and charged for the deluxe with bacon but gave me the original. Drink syrup ran out so I got soda water. Went through the drive thru. Wasn't about to turn around in traffic to correct that

I get double double coffee in the morning but this location doesn't seem to know how to make it. Foods are good but keep on making mistake on coffee, I will just go other location.

The soda machine was broke and spreading sticky soda on everyone. When you tell them, they apologise but do nothing about it. Then the next person gets squirted. It's like the twilight zone.

I went through the drive thru and it was not busy and the employees were very polite. The service was fast and I tried the new waffle fries. Yummy!

Totally disaster burger. Packing was below average, food quality is worse, poutine was cold just a waste of money. I will not recommend any one to come this place ever.

Went the drive thru. Got 3 meals. Had to pull in to a stall and wait for the food. So I take a sip of my coke. It was tasteless.
So I leave my 9 year old son in the car and go inside. I wait for 5 minutes until I got a workers attention inside. Explain what’s wrong with my drinks.
So then I wait for another 10 minutes to get my replacement drinks. I take a sip and they are the exact same as my previous drinks TASTELESS. So I go back to my car and they left my food with my son which is now cold.
I tried to go onto the website to complain but they never gave me a receipt so I can’t even fill out a complaint online.
I’m never going back to this location again.

Typical McDonald restaurant, looks like all staff are trained, better than other locations. Waiting time is not bad as well.

I have worked at McDonald's a few times I go through the drive to a literally the only person I get put to the wait spot to wait for my food what I ordered only needed small patties and fries small patties get cooked in about 35 seconds fries get cooked about 3 minutes and 30 seconds I watch 5 people go through the drive-through and get their food and 3 people at the counter get their food 10 minutes to come out when the most time consuming thing to cook was the fries at 3 minutes tells you how good McDonald's service is

Ordered pancake and a burrito combo, what can go wrong? Yeah…. Butter was missing, hash brown was missing, no cream/milk for the coffee. The hot cake is cold. Luckily we dined in. Staffs needed some coffee to start their shift.

It's McDonalds. They double check orders to ensure they are good, and they have a surprisingly quick drive through staff that's gets people through at a decent rate. No complaints from this location. They always are there to say good morning at breakfast!

I rarely go to drive thrus but thought I would try it today. No line up, quick to order, nice staff. I requested no salt on my fries and was told I would have to wait. No problem at all. We parked and waited a couple of minutes. The staff came out with an order and gave it to the car next to us. It was ours. No big deal, it can happen. So my husband went inside to let them know they gave our order away. Wait some more. He comes back 10 minutes later and it's still the wrong order. 26 minutes after first pulling up (and getting pretty hungry) we left not getting what we paid for. Quite disappointing: (

By far the worst customer service and food quality of any fast food restaurant in the tri-cities! Orders are always wrong, fries are always cold. They don't make the burgers right to order, just whatever they want to put on it! Tried to call the manager to make a complaint and they hung up on me! I'd suggest eating dirt before getting food from this restaurant!

It was busy with a long line at drive thru. I went inside instead and didn't have to wait long. Just one issue with order but was corrected right away with no extra charge.

Started off as the next mcdonalds ever. Then service and quality went down dramatically every week that went by. Especially if you order skip or uber. You will NOT receive your entire order. Something WILL be missing or completely wrong.

They almost always have thoroughly blended McFlurrys! Sometimes bagels are over-burnt and ice coffee extra liquid sugar doesn't have the extra pump, but usually they fix it no problem by the second time. It is a busy location with long line-ups, but service is still pretty fast considering that. Have not dined-in yet, but it is a new location and looks clean. Most staff also waits until you finish your sentence to respond (instead of interrupting). In terms of consistency and drive-thru, it is one of the best locations in Coquitlam.

It's rotten Ronnie's what do you expect? Food is pretty decent pretty fresh usually because they are always busy. Never ever ever eat at a McDonald's that is not busy your food will not be fresh your fries will be stale unlike eating at this McDonald's fresh and hot the vast majority of the time when I decide to go there

Today I ordered 2 Egg BLT bagels on multigrain and a coffee at the drive thru. They gave me my coffee and then directed me to a grill spot to wait for my bagels. After almost 10 minutes they brought the order. When I got home the bagels were plain and were over-toasted to the point of being burnt. This is not new. I have been shoved in the grill lane 3 of the last 4 times I have gone here and this is not the first time they burnt the bagel. How hard is it for the kitchen to see that the bagel is burnt and do a new bagel. This location needs to improve their service.

Please hire one or two more person to make orders. People have to wait a long time for their pick up orders

I usually do the drive-thru but today I had some family members joined me so we decided to dine in.

We order their $1 cones and a large fry. I asked one of the staff if I can get the key to the washroom to wash my hands. Then the store manager/supervisor comes and said that the washroom is close bécosse dine area will be closed soon. I had 10mins left on the clock.

She apologize and said I can’t let you use the washroom. My response “Are you serious!? ” She said sorry!

Omg! Beside this bad in restaurant experience just use the drive-thru.

Service is adequate. Will Income back? Yes, but will be just using the drive-thru.

I understand because it’s a new store that’s opened with mostly young people working but the three times I’ve been there, they have made a mistake with my order. Only reason I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1 is cause of the above reason, but they seriously need to do a better of training their employees.

Fantastic experience. Visited at midnight for the first time. Ordered File-o-Fish & Big Mac. Was so fresh and hot. McDonald’s speaks for it-self. Glad to have a 24hrs restaurant near. Keep up the good job.

One of the menu screen speaker in drive thru doesn’t work properly, I had to repeat my order two times and they still got it wrong. Ottawa street location is way much better and never ever had to repeat My order.

Skip this place, i go with my kids we buy a meal and after we walk out the parking for 10 minute for watch the train and we get $70 ticket because walk out of parking limit time is one hour, we stay there only 20 minutes

It opened on February 5th 2021, right where Carl’s Jr used to be. This convenient location right off Lougheed Highway has 24 HR drive-thru, mobile order, and dine-in. Nice to see a friendly full staffed crew! Grand opening on February 15th with special deals all week!

My first and last visit to this location.
Poor service, food came half cold. I showed the coupon buy one get one free 20 seconds after the purchase. First she said yes, we get you a free sandwich and they don’t need the code to give a free one and then asked me to pay for it. Very unpleasant experience. I just walked away.

Egregiously unethical behavior. Will be filing a formal complaint to Corporate HQ. When asking about "Grand Opening Promotions" individual at window claimed "only on Feb. 15th" I reminded him that it was Feb. 15th at 12: 35AM. He then lied and said "Sorry grand opening was Jan. 15th, we've been open for 2 weeks". I believed him until I drove round the corner and saw a big sign stating "GRAND OPENING FEB. 15th". He begrudgingly admitted to lying but "only bc his system did not have any promotions". Godd thing I have a AUDIO-VIDEO recording

On February 12th at 9: 00pm I went to the drive thru. I bought 6 junior chickens, 3 of them were combos, the other three were on the side. We also asked for ketchup as well. When we were paying for our order, no one was in line. After that the employee sent us to wait at the parking lot. We waited 10 minutes at the parking lot. After we got our order, I asked an employee if everything was inside the bag, she answered yes. When we arrived home 2 minutes later, I opened the bag and checked if everything was inside, which it was, but the fries were cold, and salty. They also didn't provide us with any ketchup, and the 3 cokes tasted like warm water. They didn't provide us a contact number, not even a receipt.
