I have ordered Large Fries.
They are delicious & fresh.
Restaurant was clean.
Workers were nice.

Everytime I order delivery they forget something. Without fail. Everytime.
I actually have to double check the bags contents, inside the burgers, everything when I order take out just to make sure they didn't forget any ingredients

This time they forgot my chicken nuggets which I'm sure the staff enjoyed. Called to get them re sent or a refund. I was told they don't issue remakes and I would only be refunded costs of the nuggets themselves not the costs of delivery, service, and tip fees.just really sucking the money out of the lower class that the food is aimed to sell. Had to bargain to get the proper amount refunded.
Customer service representative over the phone was great, only reason I gave that second star.

The biggest joke, the delivery bags are supposed to be double checked plus sealed by a floor manager.says a lot about them at this location and the huge corporation that can't or won't issue a remake/resend.

It's fast food. I do not consume anything other than muffins or coffee. Those were both great.

This restaurant has a real problem keeping up with McDonald’s freshness standards as seen in training videos by all employees including management. There are timers on all the treys they store food in that they are supposed to pay attention to but instead they turn off the timers and leave the food for much longer than allowed to try to sell it to someone. Very stale old food. Old chicken old beef. Old fries. Also fries are never filled properly you’ll be lucky to get a half order of fries. McDonald’s standard is that you should not see the picture of fries on the inside of the package it should be completely covered by the fries. You guys really need to step it up. I worked McDonald’s before and I know you guys are ignoring the food safety rules. Management doesn’t take any accountability for this ever when I bring this to their attention this is why the problem continues it’s cycle at this location without improvements. I don’t blame staff that aren’t trained properly that falls on management.

NOT 24 HOURS. Only 14 hours if you order through Uber Eats.

Don't show up in person. Waste of time and false advertising.

I came here at 3am and ordered a strawberry milkshake. I’m not sure who the girl who made my orders name was but it was the best milkshake I’ve had. Keep on rocking.

Super quick service, and great iced coffees.did i mention how quick they are.in and out in 5 mins.

This branch is very, very slow, especially at night. Where it takes an hour to process the request, sometimes only an hour and a half.

Best McDonald's. Order anything and you are out within 5 minutes. Never had wrong order or short orders. I wish every McDonald's were like this.

Asian lady with red hair was extremely rude and dismissive, slammed the door in my face while speaking with her, only to return 15 minutes after I ordered to say that they couldn’t fulfill it. Terrible customer service.

Service is semi-fast and orders are mostly correct when received, but it's still a good idea to verify b4 one leaves the premises.

It's McDonald's, what else can I say.fast, filling, used to be cheap, and still tasty after all these years

Terrible management decision to seal off 20+ seats and only allow 5 seats to customers. Covid is now 2 years old in 2022, other restaurants are full capacity since months but not this one. People are vaccinated, even mask restrictions have been lifted. But management at this restaurant keep torturing people who pay ever increasing fast food prices. Shame on them, hire a security if you have issues at this location but let people sit inside. I feel sad to give this place a low rating as its clean and front staff are polite but policies need to be revised.

I had a bad experience today around 3pm, I dined at the table that was OPEN when i was in, but while i ate the manager CATHY (as i saw in her name tag) came to me without saying sorry, she said "you cannot sit here" then i said why? There's no sign about that, then suddenly i realized that there was a yellow line that currently blocks the area, but it wasn't there before so i could in and i was enjoying my meals when she asked me to move, but she didn't care, even when i explained, she was so RUDE. And there was no more available table inside, RIDICULOUS! But again SHE DIDN'T CARE! The customer made a mistake because of their fault but they DIDN'T CARE at all, so disappointing!

The staff is harworking. They are busy for most of the time bit still they do their best to provide customers a good experience. They place was meat amd clean during my visit and I really liked that there was wait for my decaf and the staff served it on my table. Friendly and polite staff.

The food here has always been consistent for as long as I can remember unlike my body, lol. It seems that the older I get, the harder fast foods are on my body. I miss having the iron stomach of a girl in her 20's lol. Still have a crush on the food!?

It's 4.02 am online thus McDonald's says it's 24 hours. But only thru the mobile app. I don't have a credit card so can't pay thru the app.and they won't take cash.so it's not actually 24hrs!

The manager irresponsibly caters to selfish maskholes who come in and demand service without a mask or respect for rules or other people.

After i quit smoking, this is my next habit. Stop giving us deal on app. I want to quit mcdonald.

Fast service, very polite & pleasant staff, even at 6: 00 am which is a hard to pull off in a very busy store with a variety of customers all trying to get their foid/drink ordered and be on their way.

Tonight i went there and ordered two meal combo and 6 chicken naughts, they charge me and i wait for my order, when i got my food, noticed i was missing one medium fries, when i ask for it, they act like it was my fault and didn’t do anything wrong, specially they store manager, she was rude and was asking me that’s what i order and if i want what i ask for i have to wait and return and bill again for what i order and they didn’t get it right, worst experience, will never go back to that location, it was around 5: 45 pm - 6 pm on December 3,2021
Unfriendly and unprofessional

Even though this worldwide fast-food chain broke weak on my order once. I still love McDonald's french fries, soft serve vanilla and milk shakes!

This is my local McDonald's I have been coming here for about five years. This manager is notorious for extreme cost cutting including ripping off customers. My recommendation for this restaurant is that you always check your contents in the bag before walking away from the counter. If your bag is missing an item I would recommend that, instead of asking them for the item back, ask them for your money back instead.this will cost them a sale and hopefully their incentive to rip anybody else off in the future.

Very quick and friendly service. One of their two kiosks was down which was a bit annoying but the staff taking orders was still very quick. Great location for me because I am in the area and don't have to order via Uber eats anymore!

Hands down worst coffee in Vancouver, I saw other people come and complain I thought they were being picky BUT no I could not even take a sip it was that bad. The morning crew needs coffee making training.

Not a drive though. Hard to find parking. The line went quickly. But not a lot of people followed the 6 people at a time sign.

Some workers are ok but most even the surpervisors and managment are very rude and arent friendly at all. Everytime i go there its not a nice or fun experience. Majority of the people you ask will say the same. The if there was a differnt mcdonalds close by id go their. The only reason i go to this mcdonalds because its the only option i have.

Excellent service for midnight staff, except homeless guy on bike telling us to "hurry up" lmao. Buddy if u only knew my bro is Muai Tai kickboxer u lucky he listens to me, hope you wiped out with your meal, lol. Have a actual nice day everyone? ️

Terrible as usual. So Disappointed. Give you a small bag for a Large Order and a Big One for a small one? Seriously. Then more or less demand have to order before you can use the washroom and there is a long line up? Went there a few times too many due to Location. NEVER AGAIN. NEVER!

Good thing about this branch is they are well stuffed even in the night shifts but they could train their employees more to handle customers nicely.

If you don't want cancer and you don't want to die and you don't want to gain weight I suggest to not go to any McDonald's

This parking lot is a mess. Good drive thru.if you want to pick up some nails with your tires. Construction sites have fewer screws and nails on the ground. What's going on here?

This McDonald's is okay during the day but at night there are many transients around and it's not a good place for family at night and the service is very bad and it takes a long time to get your food.

How is it not to bad considering ts location the people who go there are moztlyhhunry or.have to use the bathroom. The staff are considerate much more then the staff were at the location on 41st. &Kingsway. I stood in line for 33 minutes while the staff their ignored and disrespectd calls from the overly patient customers.after midnight it's a gong show

Busy place, variety of people, hardworking employees but I would prefer another mcD instead if this not that hygienic place to sit and eat.

To get started the lady who took our order was rude and I forgot to order one thing so I went back to order, the lady told me that I should remember what I wanted to order, even after telling her that you can make it a separate order she made a face like I asked something bad from her. After waiting 20 mins for our order, we finally got it and it was cold. Upon asking why everything was cold I got a reply saying we called out your number but nobody came to pick it up even though I was in front of the counter the whole time.

Bad, really bad. 1 guy standing buy the counter asking for change, 1 guy seating in the center table got touched by the broom when a girl cleaning the floor and started yelling and swearing. Will never go back there again!

This MacDonalds is VERY conveniently located because it’s not even a block away from the Commercial-Broadway sky train station. The service is quick, friendly and efficient and every time I have ordered food at this location it was fresh and at its best. I have no complaints.

Same menu as in other McDs. Good friendly service. Convenient for commuters wanting a quick coffee or a? Meal

Parking can be very limited at times.

I am a frequent customer to McDonald’s. I went in at midnight today for a 10 dollar meal. They were super busy so I didn’t mind waiting. I finally got my food and it was a bag of old cold McDonald’s.they were busy so I ate the food then went up to complain and the rude till lady just said “no “ to me and I said “ but. ” she like “ no “. I’m so upset and kind of want to apply as a manager just so I can fire her immediately.

Too bad I forgot the nightmare from last year. Again only one cashier and one kiosk. The cashier was not able to accept my coupon so I had to painstakingly use the kiosk since the mailer coupons don't work on the app. I paid extra for the big mac sauce which they forgot. I would have stayed to complain to the manager but then my food would be cold.

I thought i would try this location to buy dinner for my family yesterday on my way home from work. There was only one cashier and I took a while to order which made the people waiting behind me agitated. I had ordered two mcdoubles like a mac with bacon for my husband and he was so dissapointed when I got home and there was no bacon. First and last time I will be picking up from there.

Poor service, crew member keeps mopping the floor even the customers ordering. And the floor was too wet.there is a time for every thing.

This small but high traffic location has a tight packed order and pick up area with 2 self-ordering kiosques. Without a fountain machine counter (as some other locations have), I request my coffee with ice in person. For this kind of special request, this McD's can still always handle super fast and efficient with a friendly smile. Reflective of good staff. Don't usually have trouble finding a seat since people generally don't stay for long and areas are kept clean.

It was actually the best McDonald's quarter pounder BLT ige ever eaten and it was very busy but I. Did not have to wait very long at all great work and effort from the employees 7 stars

Messed my order up slightly. I paid for a large fries & recieved a medium.other than that, the food was the same as it always is at McDonald's lol.

Arguably the worst McDonald in BC. Never can get your order right, the dont have skim milk. Machines always broken, filled with drug addicts.

Slow service in my opinion.
As someone who is generally very patient it took a long time for the employee to make my drink, also witnessed an Uber Eats employee asking to pick up an order at least 3 times and seemed annoyed.

Small busy crowded greasy pricey food an Ikea hot dog or a macs sundae is cheaper and a better experience good luck finding a clean or not busy bathroom in any McDonald's the coffee makes me sick and the hot chocolate costs more than Starbucks why can't we have 1 dollar hot chocolate instead of coffee or a mix. The best bargain is the sausage mcmuffin. The highly processed food is not tolerated well but is a cheap laxative if you needed. The stores are all cleaner with strong cleaners by amateur workers so expect some nasty products in your food. The food was so bad I didn't eat it for years but occasionally will eat if they have a deal, but for a meal there are much better options nearby. The Chinese food across the street is good.
