Worst customer service I’ve ever received in Canada, long waiting in line, only one cashier working in peak hours. Never suggested!

How do you have no ice cream but have milk shakes and mcflurries. We asked for 2 cones was told by the girl you only have milkshakes and mcflurries. My kids settled for oreo flurry. But didn't make sense please train staff better.

I ordered a 6 piece chicken meal and a big Mac meal + drinks. When I got to my place, everything was there except the chicken nuggets. I called them to let them of their mistake, as they don't check to make sure your order is all inside. I went back to pick up the chicken nuggets, but it was an inconvenience, a second trip, and I had to wait for it. It took almost 1/2 hour for them to give me my nuggets. When I got back home, the rest of my food was cold. Advised: always check your order before leaving the drive thru.

The restaurant itself is quite stinky smelling like bathroom and homeless. I just order the food online for pick up

Stupid owner, bought small coffee today. Honestly it doesn't taste like coffee

Just went through this mcdonalds drivethru yeesterday. I ordered the quarter pounder meal and honestly it was one of the best once ive ever tasted for a long time now. It was fresh like it was just made also the fries was hot and fresh. Surrey mcdonalds should learn to make fresh sandwiches and fries also. When i buy the quarter pounder meal in all the surrey mcdonalds locations its never fresh and the meat always tastes so gross. The fries is never fresh there either. Plsss learn from this example surrey mcdonalds locations. Way to go guysssss i enjoyeddddddd the quarter pounder and fries soo much def will come back again. Even the drive thru line up was long but it was sooo worth the wait.

1st McDonald's in Burnaby B. C.that made my brother and myself wish we tried this location earlier. The food was not as greasy like back at home, and had flavor. Definitely going back to this location when I'm down there again.

App offers any size drink at $1. They said they're out of large cup. So I accept a medium. He took my code, rang it up at $1.40. I asked why? He corrected it and won't say sorry, instead says "Because it's $1 + tax". Lesson: don't cheat customers and if you make a mistake, simple apology goes a long way. Don't blame the customer and don't assume they're stupid. Most are not.

Worse night service. The night staff does not care about customers. They are rude and does not accommodate their guests. So disgusting.

Always check your order from here. Drive thru. Fries were ice cold. Smells so bad in the drive thru. Can see why

Very unhygenic and dirty washrooms not good for kids health please management needs to check they have 15 employees working but nobody is cleaning in front or sanitising tables dinner time

Got my usual order, but the best part is the staff on this branch are really thoughtful and attentive. Thanks for the extra mayo.

EVERY single time we come there is at least a ten minute wait in the drive through to place our order then we always get asked to "pull forward and wait" last week my kids and I waited over 40 minutes to get 2 sundaes at 9pm! Why is this the slowest mcondalds. The drive thru line up often spills out onto the street (hall ave.) Something should really be fixed!

Very slow "fast food, " orders aren't correct, quite often fries aren't full, terrible drive thru setup that causes cars to be backed up successfully not the street resulting in traffic jams. Good luck to anyone who visits here

Very long wait times, average food, and hours not as advertised. Definitely not open 24/7. Consistently screwing up orders here too.

I would just like to add that one time while going through the drive thru they somehow got grease all over my car and I had to hit up a car wash immediately after.

Went in to have my yearly big mac and fries. Got the grand mac instead. Tastes just like the little mac. The regular mac is small, like really, where do they get the audacity to call it a BIG mac? The place needs a good cleaning btw. It is very busy when I went so that explains it a bit. And the coke zero was absolutely tasteless, yuk!

Breakfast sandwich was fresh and delicious. But coffee was very bad with lots of coarse sediments at the last few sips.

The service in this location is not the best - we are always waiting for our food for 10-15 minutes. Sometimes people who have ordered before us would get their food first. In addition, the breakfast in the morning are stale and not fresh. Plus you’re still waiting for your breakfast, if I am expected to wait for my food I’d assume that it would be fresh.

I have been to multiple locations and even if they were busy, they have never been this bad.

Hit or miss location sometimes the coffee is hot and great other times not so much!

I'm a McDonald's fan, but I've found the Edmonds location to be sub-average. Long Drive-thru wait times, congested layout of the parking lot, and the 'interesting' encounters with some of the patrons of this location come to mind. I only come here if I have to.

Huge lineup at drive thru always. In line for 45 min and my order is all ruined up. I asked for 20 nuggets and got only 10 and 3 of them was raw. Moreover, my seriously chicken have soggy grilled patty and the bun was burnt. I would definitely never recommend this location again especially after long wait and you get just garbage. A BIG NO

This is first McDonald’s where I waited almost 10 minutes just to place my order. They were 7 in total but nobody paid attention towards customers. Staff is extremely rude. There was a long line behind me. And then i was there for 12-13 minutes to pick up my order. Customer service at this McDonald’s does not even deserve one star. Thank you for worse service for just 1 drink

Don't go this one. The worst MCD ever. Staff is rude when you order 2 HAPPY Meal. They don't even change toy/book for you. She said no other option. All the same. It is ridiculous when you see the next customer got the totally different toy. Would never go to this one again. I'd rather driver 5 mins to another location or the burger king next door. If I can rate for 0 star, I will do.

Don't usually expect too much from a McDonald's experience but this location is the worst I've every been to. The manager is incredibly rude and treats her employees horribly. My order was made incorrectly, not blaming the staff but think the drive thru order didn't come through properly or something so went in the get it corrected. The staff at the register was super nice but the manager was so rude and when my order was ready she pointed at me and said "hey you! " and tossed the bag in my direction. Food was no longer fresh and just re-packaged. Got a McChicken from here some time ago as well and was stale and rock hard, so gross. Don't go to this one, go anywhere else but here.

Its slow the guy in the window is taking to much time he is way to social its fine to be nice but pick up the pace be like Mcbride McDonald's fast and friendly and they get it right

Probably the worst McDonald store i have ever visited. This McDonald is close to me so I do go there for convenience. But I have to say they are so terrible in terms of mobile order or drive through or through Uber or whatsoever. Constantly missing things. I would say 6 out of 10 times of visit you would miss at least one or two items. Today we ordered through Uber eats and they missed the entire happy meal. My son was very upset. My daughter had her happy meal but was missing the toy. Like seriously, if you can't count the items from the order you shouldn't work in this job. I don't know how they train their staff but they are just so bad. Plus before covid was calming down, they were constantly having staff covid cases. I question their cleaning, sanitation protocols and management /training procedures. Never want to order from them again.

You ask for sauce and the staff refuse to give you more than 1 and act like it comes out of their paycheque.

Horrible customer service, I have never got my order properly always something missing, poutine with no fork no straw with drink no ketchup or mayo, I asked them so many times but never got my order properly, never coming back again

Don't come here if you plan on doing Mobile Order or Curbside pickup. They have these parking spots beside where you like up for drive through, which there's always a line up, so Goodluck getting in or out of these spots. Friendly staff but my order was missing items too.

They don’t give you ketchups and straws. How can you give a person fries without ketchup and iced drink without straws.

This place sucks, I will never come here again!

As you would expect in most McDonalds, it is busy. I do like the drive thru though. Sometimes you may chat with one of employees, particularly one in the morning, if you regularly come here through a drive thru. He is a nice chatty one.

Absolutely disappointed by the supervisors actions there tonight. April 30 2021. So incredibly rude. After they messed up our order (3 Sunday’s
And two McFlurrys) she came to the window and said “what are you waiting for? ” We started to repeat our order for the 4th time and as we were talking she just walked away from us. Unreal.

Inconsiderate tackless customer service! Ordered through the mobile app and picked it up from the drive thru. Was waved through the paying window since it was already paid. Got to the pick up window and we were handed one part of our order (coffee) but for some reason they just couldn’t get the rest of our order because someone messed it up in their system and the order didn’t make it to the kitchen. The guy just kept asking for our order code over and over again and we kept telling him what it was and what our order was and they just refused to make the order and kept asking us to come inside to sort it out. Finally gave up since the line was getting too long and just let it go. These McDonald’s trips are getting worse and worse.

Came through here last night around 1: 30am and received the worst customer service I have ever experienced at Mcdonalds. We went through drive thru and let them know we had a 2-can-dine coupon and would like to get it with 2 Big Macs along with 2 Mcdoubles. Since they didn't ask us what drink we wanted, I let them know I would like it with iced tea. When we rolled up to pay they just gave us the machine to pay and didn't even bother to let us know the amount. So I asked how much everything came to and she let me know it came to around $19. The math checks out for 2-can-dine coupon and 2 mcdoubles so I paid. When we got our food we got 2 big macs, 2 mcdoubles and an iced tea. We let them know we asked for the 2-can-dine when we ordered and they said "you should have told us earlier.it's too late we cannot reverse it". We asked why they couldn't reverse the transaction and charge us for what we asked for. They said because we have already been charged and we already paid there is nothing they can do. They also informed us that if we wanted to speak to the manager we would have to wait 30-35 minutes because they were on break and would not be able to come out. What is the point of having a manager if they are not present to resolve issues like this? They continued to blame us for not informing them ahead of time that we wanted 2-can-dine. We are upset about this situation because they continued to blame us for getting the order wrong. But we let them know at the very beginning exactly what we wanted. They did not confirm our order with us and just stuck out the machine for us to pay. We don't care that there was an error in the order. It happens all the time. What we're upset about is these employees not taking responsibility and not even trying to resolve the problem. Instead they chose to blame us and hope to move on.

We also did not receive a receipt for this order so we don't actually know what they charged us for. All we know is that we were order #313 on May 12th, 2021 around 1: 30am.

We are extremely disappointed with the customer service at this McDonalds location. We will no longer be doing business with this location.

Late at night they usually don't have the mcflurries available because they close the machines off for cleaning. I VE tried different times and the schedule for cleaning seems static. It's disappointing as they should have a set time so that a person knows it's not a trip for nothing.

The One Manager (long hair) sorry forgot ur Name.always goes the extra mile, she is friendly, professional, kind and an awesome rep for the whole dam corporate office which could learn alot from. Her.thanks for the great service!
