McDonald's

An excellent McDonald's. It's very clear management cares and the rest of the employees. I understand mistakes happen but I have visited this location several times and haven't had any issues. Nothing but good experiences. Anytime I am there every employee is working hard. Great job management! You've clearly set good examples for the rest of your hard working employees. Thank you for all your effort everyone. It doesn't go unnoticed!

Can't seem to ever get my order right, cheese burger- no cheese, often cold if not ordering during the rush times. Leaving out condiments.
They got me though because I love McDonald's. Might have it today who knows!

Terrible service. No hello, no you're welcome, no have a nice day. Just stood around talking. I paid and dude just shut the window. It wasn't busy. There was noone else in the drive thru. I worked in fast food and it sucked but I at least smiled and was polite like you should be in customer service.just saying.

They advised me they could not change a $50 bill on a $10 breakfast order. It is their practice to skim all their big bills and they can't give out their $5 bills to break a $50. They need to keep a few more $20 in the place.

One of the few left is run by white people. I'm not racist I like all people, but I do find the service at most mcdonalds has downgraded a lot and the quality of the food attitude from the employees and the cleanliness of the restaurant. I find that the McDonald's that has the majority of their staff are white the service hasn't changed, but the others I'm to the point I won't even go to them because the service is terrible.
This location and the location in the north shore are very good. All the rest are full of rude, not nice employees. I also like the McDonald's in Merritt. I find the food even tastes better there.

If you enjoy being treated like an inconvenience and paying for food you didn't order, this is the place for you. This McDonalds is close to my home and conveniently located on my way to work, yet, because of the terrible service and constant mistakes, I now go out of my way to get my morning coffee. I'll order an Extra Large Double Double and what I'll receive may be Black, it might be over creamed (to the point where it's best described as hot milk with a hint of coffee flavour) or they don't stir it (they will pour the sugar and cream first, then pour the coffee assuming that is as good as stirring it - it's not) so you end up with an undrinkable sludge about half way through.
The Tim Horton's & Starbucks located across the parking lot will routinely have traffic overflowing out to the street while this McDonalds might have 4 or 5 cars - I can only assume people have given up on this place as I have.
I would give it Zero Stars if I could.

It's a McDonalds... No better or worse than any other location. I always order a cheese burger with only cheese and never once have I received that, always comes with everything on it, usually the wrong drink or wrong size fries, but again I get that at every mcdonalds.

Went to this location today as I was extremely dissapointed in the 264th branch. Just like 264th, Whatcom's hot chocolate tastes like watered down 2% milk with little chocolate taste. To add on top of that, it's more of a tap warm chocolate over hot chocolate.

Worst experience of my life was going to this Mcdonald’s. Went to drive thru and they made me park at the front but the order never arrived. And when I went inside to pick the order, the bald man charged me 10 cents for ketchup.

Repeatedly having a problem when asking for a fresh fish filet, they agree to it, but don't follow through and I get served stale ones with a lame excuse, and apologies and lies about why leaving me confused about store policy when asking for fresh, not having a problem at any other McDonald's location anywhere else!

This location was awful. Obviously at this location quality control is not a priority. The food was cold. We were there between 630-730pm, there were no customers eating inside the store. The staff behind the counter were more interested in their personal conversations than serving the customer. Maybe as a suggestion this location requires adult supervision. For the cost of 2 meals, $20 bucks, you could go next door for a donair or a pizza as an alternative.

Nasty small stature female staff member working, openly talking trash about customers and delivery drivers. I thought her job was to serve food not judgment and BS! If that's the staff I would go to any other Mc Ds!

Good service. We've had some mistakes at the drive through, but they are always quick to make things right.

The line up was long this visit but the crew got me and the others through fast and my order was right. Has a 2 lane drive through to make it fast, good room in the drive through for bigger vehicle.

The Grand Big Mac is not that great
it feels like they just flattened out the meat patty to make it look bigger but it's not worth it
The meat is so thin

Used drive through for drinks during one of the hottest days on record and the service and quality was very good during the conditions

Service was mediocre. Drive-thru needs to do better with customer service. If you dont like your job, then it shows. Don't make other people's days miserable because you hate your job. Change worker attitudes when serving customers.

These forgot my ketchup after I specifically ordered for it and had to drive back. The environment looks good though and would be a good place to chill post-Covid

Dishonest staff alledge they cannot take ANY orders between 3: 30 and 4 am. It takes not five minutes to switch over to the next digital business day. Stop claiming to be a 24 hour drive through.

Paid the ridiculous price for the new BBQ quarter pounder meal from here only to get old cold fries (despite asking for fresh and saying I'd wait) and the burger had one small piece of bacon and nothing else except an excessive amount of BBQ sauce. Definitely won't be going back to this location AND definitely will not be ordering this burger again

I have not had some good mcdonald’s in awhile but my lord eveything was so fresh! The cheeseburger was made well the coke was fresh and the fires were perfectly salted and fresh.yummy.

McDonald's is McDonald's. This place never changes. The food is always good, the service is always good, the employees are always polite and well-mannered and helpful. Always a 5!

At drive through they parked us just for French fries and served another 10 customers.it was like they forgot about us

I walk up to the counter with no guests waiting. The girl at the cash completely ignores me while punching something in. She must've been on her break and was ordering food. She didn't notify the other colleague with her back to me that I was standing there. So I ordered without being acknowledged and the girl with her back to me realized I was there. I ordered a coffee and donut. My coffee came up but she intentionally made me wait for the donut from the same order. She make a Mcflurry then gave me my donut which was in the display right next to cash. The management should coach the staff on being more friendly to customers in store.

Terrible quality, zero covid protocol. If they don't give you covid they will definitely give you food poisoning.

Stay away! By far the worst Macdonalds I've ever been too. Rude young staff and managers have no clue how to appreciate customers who are their supporting your business by being there and ordering food. You won't have a job, if ppl stop coming. I have no words to explain the attitude of young girls (and I quote mostly young girls) who do not greet you, overcharge you, give you wrong food, make you wait in the line up and no thank you and no realization of it either. If you complain, all you get is another teenage manager who has next to no training. Spoke to Josh, today the store manager, let's see if this changes anything. Oh well.your loss.plenty of others places with far better food and with a smile!

This is a terrible Restaurant. The staff are kids who can be rude/ignorant and they are obviously not lead by a good manager because service is terrible. The food is often cold and old, but on occasion you can get something fresh. If you can go to a different place I would highly suggest it!

Had a bad experience at drive thru. Last night i ordered 2 burgers and poutine, they charge me for and i only get one burger i realize this when i reach home.
Secondly, patties they are using are not fresh

On the road long drive pulled in there about 7: 00, drive-thru wanted two hot coffees they tasted like watered down hot water even with cream and sugar which is too bad as we regularly stop there on the way through from the Okanagan

Every time I go to this mcdonalds I am dissapointed. From soggy burgers to poor customer service. I've said it before and I will say it again. Never again

Great place. Quick and friendly service. Mobile ordering super handy for pickup. App also has great duly deals and coupons.

No respect for people that are on semi trucks and can't drive thru.so they have to walk and they will reject serving you. Even if you tell them your on a semi they still deny u.come on guys have some respect the person is hungry and tired, where do you expect him to go with a 53 footer trailer on the back?

Had a very bad experience at drive thru everytime. Long wait time. Despite of 4-5 crew members the order is not ready at time. Foolish staff

It is a beautiful resort. The staff was attentive and helpful. Wishing the smoke was not there though, the experience would have been even better. Love the premium wine tasting. It was great.

Paid for burgers with a large coffee got 3/4 full large coffee. Thank you manager for knowing what to do. That was a difficult situation for the young guy that had no clue how to handle this o so difficult situation. Won't be back after the two young guys couldn't wait to talk smack and didn't see me within earshot.

Kinda trash. But I guess you know what to expect really. 7 cream, 7 milk, 7 sugar, 7 splenda coffies are pretty okay if you want an adventure.

Ordered online as we were with 2 toddlers and then the order didn't get to them and had to order again not impressed. I received confirmation when ordering so I know it went through.

Dollar iced coffee does the trick. Can't really beat the price, and you can actually tell that there is coffee in it.

We had a excellent experience! Ordered food for 10 people and they where very fast and accommodating!

Had an amazing experience here tonight! Had 10 people in drive through (due to restaurant not being open) and got great fast service and whole order correct! VERY IMPRESSED!

They mess up my order so I come back and they mess it once more. Then the manager acts all rude about. Worst service I've ever had at a McDonald's.

It was a very busy drive thru, the staff was fast and efficient. Bravo for the smooth and successful customer service

No worries about this Mc Donalds, they always have it going on with fast food hot and fresh, at least in my experience. My only complaint (out of their control) is the daytime traffic in this busy complex, and so many confused people driving around the parking lot looking as if they're lost! (This had no bearing on my review, just so you know*)

*I think that I only ever gave a full five stars to the stellar staff of the McDonalds on Clearbrook Road. They are exceptional all around!

There is only a change table in the mens room so I had to change my son on the bathroom floor which was disgusting. There is a family room but it also has no change ta The tables were dirty and there was garbage on every empty table.

Seriously the worst McDonalds I have ever been to. Pay for extra Oreo in my McFlurry every time and have never received more than a few little crumbs. Just ordered a sundae and the cup wasn’t even half full with next to no caramel. Been this way for as long as I can remember.only ever return out of convenience but I would honestly rather drive across town to a different one

Ok. I am sorry. But darn it their coffee is awesome! Wont rate the food because I cant eat it, but the coffee is amazing. The nice young lady who dealt with my order was very nice as well.
