It's gone down hill. The manager on shift correct the mistake at hand but it wasn't much better.

I'm typically not the type of person to leave reviews but this is just ridiculous. My wrap doesn't even look appetizing, every single time I've gone to this location I've been served food in the most slapped together way. I was a manager at mc donalds for 5 years and I at least had standards for what left the kitchen. I understand that it's a mc donalds and it's fast food but come on! You're getting paid to be there at least try to do a good job. I shouldn't be paying 8$ for a wrap that's ripped and not even wrapped properly.

Great food, I order 40 nuggets to enjoy as I live far from a McDonalds. Was prepared faster than any Kelowna franchise at lunch rush. Only 4 stars which is not at the fault of the business but our province. As the washrooms were locked, requiring manager permission to use.

The staff are super friendly and they've come a long way over the last few years in regards to timing and special orders. Though it's not perfect. But it honestly seems like very few of them care about the state of the food when it leaves the restaurant. For one example, I'm really tired of paying extra to upgrade to poutine and getting fries with a splash of gravy. If that's the way you are going to serve it, then don't charge extra for it.

This is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. I don't know why I go back. In 15 years of living in Penticton, my order has never been correct. Not at the counter nor through the drive through. The staff are either ill trained or simply have no pride in their job. And yes I know it's just McDonald's but if you are payed to do a job, then you are obligated to do it correctly. If you decide to waste your money at this location I guarantee that your order will be wrong or your food will be just slapped and slopped together with no regard as to your enjoyment of the food. McDonald's Penticton, please know that you are horribly incompetent, without reasonable common sense to complete even the simplest of tasks, and you run a seriously embarrassing establishment. I will however be back soon for a sausage egg mcgriddle meal, and I don't know why.

The employees consistently get my burger order wrong, idk how hard it is to miss the instructions when it’s written on the box but the past four times I’ve been there they’ve messed up my order.

One extra star because the place is clean and the staff was friendly. But since the last time I ate Macdonald food years ago, it is still absolutely gross. Not sure I want to know what's in those mcnuggets, chicken flavored mush.

Food is always very bland and not to usual McDonalds standards but the biggest frustration is the drive thru. We have yet to receive what we actually ordered, usually have to repeat the order several times, so not going to return to this location

Even though I had given and presented my code, my bank account was charged and even after informing the general manager that my payment was already approved. I even showed the GM my Mobile banking statement. I was told I must pay for my order, of course with my bank having already spent using the app to order I was carrying no cash, End result I was never reimbursed for the meal and was not given any courtesy common sense or even the opportunity to explain what had happened

Tried the waffle fries. Fail. Felt as though I would chip a tooth when I took a bite! I am not sure if they were intended to be hard as rock. Service was acceptable and cordial.

Please please make sure drive through knows the difference between hot chocolate and mocha. I hate coffee and this is the third time in three weeks I’ve gotten mocha instead of hot chocolate.

Loved my experience at McDonald's Because I was with my wife and my little girl that I love so very much:)

I can't complain about this McDonald's at all. The staff are friendly, the food is always consistently good, and the restaurant is clean.

They claim to do offers nationally but today was national cheeseburger day and they claimed to give out free double cheeseburgers with the app but no. Burger King is doing a offer on this day no reason McDonalds shouldnt.

2 sloths running a marathon would be faster than it takes these guys to make food

Twice I have ordered the bacon big mac and twice it has come with no bacon, once with only one patty. Dont have time on my 30 min lunch to do anything about it. Wont be back.

Although my fries were cold, I still love McDonalds fries no matter what. After placing my order for one of the new Chicken burgers, once I pulled up to the window to pay was asked to pull to the side to wait. I order the chicken to be grilled, and it even said so on the receipt. I waited 15 minutes, and once I got home, the chicken was crispy. Is it a big deal? Well, I did order it to be grilled, and had to wait, so yes!

Been living here my whole life, since I was young in hockey they have always had bad service, selling my dad rock hard bagels and me having to try and eat that as a kid, 90% of the time they get my order wrong when it's there simple menu items, I'm so disappointed with there service that I feel I could open a Mc Donald's across the street from them, and just have better service, and theres would fade in existence, I love mc Donald's everywhere else, but this one is terrible, hoping there will be a new owner in my lifetime, so I can have a good breakfast in peace knowing it will be made right.

Its a clean macdonalds as with all my other veiws you most likley know what you get no complaints drive through focused but does have adiquite seating

Each time I order an Angus beef hamburger, I know I have to stop at the pit box; but it is worth it! They are tastier, juicier and bulkier.

Dec 26/2019 4: 15 pm. Drive thru. Uncooked fries, paid for 2 packs of mayo, none in my bag and asked for mustard dip with my chicken nuggets, none in my bag. I know fast is fast foid, but I expect the fries cooked and everything I ordered in my bag. Not worth going back to get items. If I could give a minus star I would.

Drive thru means drive thru.
NOT order and pull ahead and park for 5 minutes.
You seem to be foing this for every car makes no sense
